Horrible!

Returned a ring as the gold plate was peeling of after hardly wearing it.

Was promised a refund to which has not been given. They stopped responding to my emails but instead just have the same automated email sent to me everyday at the same time saying...

"We received your return package, and now we will apply the refund to you.

The refund for your order is 208.5(AUD). We are wondering whether you will consider a refund via store credit. In that case, we will offer a 229.35(AUD) store credit to you."

To which I reply that I will take the refund but nothing happens.

They say product is Silver...how can it be. Both my daughter and I had severe "burn" marks on out fingers after wearing one of the rings. Contacted them and they told us " make sure hands are dry and don't wear it all the time" since we did this and it didn't work they said we were past the return date but offered an exchange. Why would I exchange when it will have the same results. They refused to work with me and for 2 weeks kept repeating the same email answers. While they were very nice in their replies they refused to refund my money for a product they obviously do not stand behind.

I bought a ring from them that was NOT customized and they keep saying it is. They will only give me store credit after returning it to them and paying a 35% restocking fee. This ring is factory pristine with the tag still on it. They claim they cannot resell it to another customer, but it is brand new! It has not been engraved or custom sized. Order # [protected].

Bought a necklace, want to return and customer service won’t respond to my emails. It’s unworn and I should be able to return. Customer service coming up with excuses as to why I should exchange instead and then flat out stop responding. Absolutely unacceptable service and no one should EVER order from here. Not only will they make you jump through hurdles while “solving” the problem, they’ll just stop responding if you are adamant about solving the issue. Order: CA101392454

Avoid ordering from this company at all costs. This company have still not Delivered. All they do is lie and bounce backwards and forwards from delivery companies then blame a delivery company that hasn't got it for a delay to happen. The customer service is absolutely a disgrace And you will get nowhere at all. When you contact them regarding it all you do is get the same gibberish back and never an outcome. They lie about saying they have contacted certain delivery companies when in fact they haven't contacted them at all. And they come out of all sorts of crap like you can't cancel your order, I can cancel my order because you haven't delivered it.

The ring I ordered was the butterfly. I wanted it for years, so I finally got it. I got it about an hour ago and gettin ready to throw it in the garbage. It is NOTHING like the pic. It is just awful. Also, they sent a ring 2 sizes too small. I can’t send it back cause they will charge me stating that it’s because it’s a custom size. And that right there is bs cause it was in stock, all size rings are. They’re quick to take your money, and the. Find every excuse not to give it back. I will never order from there again even if it were free.

Steer clear of this company! I ordered rings off them back in Feb this year and after a few weeks the colour faded and has tarnished.

I emailed them to discuss my options and we agreed for a replacement. Anyway my replacement came after spending £15 to return the olds one to them and the exact same thing has happened again! They are supposed to be silver and they have tarnished considerably. I have emailed them requesting a refund and they just keep refusing and trying to get me to pick another item. I don't want another item off you due to the absolute garbage I have received over the last few months! Absolutely appalling customer service and even worse jewellery. I'm now out of pocket of £200 and left with rings that are only good for the bin! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

I've had nothing but issues with this company since February, approx 11th. My replacement engagement ring (first one wrong size) started to wear (gold plating wore off to silver underneath) within 2 weeks of having it. Had to fight with them until 24th to get even a slightly reasonable resolution. I was told they would cover shipping cost back to them and on return and they would make the ring the minute I sent it back to prevent delay getting it back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. I've asked several times for an update and just get told it's with the factory but nothing else. I was then told that it was being shipped back on Sunday 6th March. I asked 3 times for a tracking number only to be told today after I asked again that it failed inspection. They've given me no timescale of if or when it will be sent back. I have asked several times for a full refund as they vannot provide with me the product paid for but they have ignored me. I have asked at least 6 times to make a formal complaint and I am literally ignored, I can see they have read my message but they don't reply. I am at my wits end. My fiance has lost his money and I have no engagement ring. I am beyond words and getting physically ill from how much stress they are causing me.

We ordered out rings in March 2021 and only got the rings in August 2021. After 4 Months of having the rings, one of them were rose gold and silver the other was silver with black stones. The rose gold has faded to complete silver and the 4 of the black stones has fallen out of the.

I ordered a portable treadmill from this company in October 2020. They say they shipped it on November 5, 2020. It is now March 31, 2021 and I have not received this item. I asked for a refund in the full amount of $28.98 and I was told they could refund 15% ($4.34). I said I did not agree with this and she told me good luck with trying to get a refund through paypal. The tracking number she provided was not found either. I have contacted paypal with no response.

Purchased a ring on 2/2 and received it on 2/13. Junk. Smaller than what they show online and made so cheap it was bent. For what you pay it should be better quality. Scam. Don't buy from them. Spend the extra money for the real thing. There were a few other items I wanted to purchase but wanted to see this ring first. Glad I waited. The ring that they sent me shouldn't have cost more than $15-20 tops. Paid $99

I ordered 2 bangle bracelets from this company. I followed their instructions exactly to get the right sizes. What I received was very small child bracelets. When I requested to exchange as per their policy they refused. They would only offer a 50% discount on another product from their store. I will not give them any more money. They do not honor their own policies. Not to be trusted.

Hello on the 21st of jan I ordered a bracelet for 99.00 dollars. I paid for it with my paypal account. You received paypent but there is no history of me placeing an order I did not receive a confirmation email or any type of communication. Placed order May 12th, 2019 - ORDER #[protected]. Tried to apply M10 discount when ordering - didn't work & told them via text message. Advised credit would be posted by Carrie. Price of item should be $101.74 NOT $113.05. Requested credit $11.31 be applied BACK to credit card.

Was advised that the order to be shipped within 24 hrs. & arrive in 3 working days from California warehouse.

Texted today to locate shipment & was asked THREE times for same info. Order # & email address - THREE Times! Then I am told that shipping is now 7-12 working days! Have requested to cancel the order as there is no shipping information - which means it has NOT SHIPPED!

We want all the funds charged CREDITED back to the credit card immediately.

We are contacting our credit card company and telling them of the fraudulent scam you are attempting &running!

NOT a good Customer Service event! Hoping that this doesn't become a Problem and another complaint that adds to your SCAM review. Wish I had read them before I placed this order. Very Unhappy!

I was cleaning my microwave oven with window cleaner called Windex. I sprayed the paper towel with the Windex and cleaned my microwave. After that I just rinsed my hands off with clean water. Nothing else. I went to the bank and looked at my ring and notice that my ring was gold on one side and silver on the other. What is the problem with this ring ? If I have to keep taken this ring off for everything I do. Then what is the since for me wearing it and showing it off ? I live my ring but there has to be a problem with the metal for this to continue to happen.
