This is one of those companies that you want to order and try something and while you are focused on the product info and the price, below the main information you will see a few words, very minimal, about shipment every 30 days. They are not up front and detailed in their product order that this is intended to be a subscription, how the subscriptions works or how to manage it. You have to scour the website your self to find that! AND once you do accidentally order an item to try it and find yourself being charged for something you don't want monthly, you cannot cancel it yourself on your own account. All you can do is change the frequency of shipment (30,60,90). I have written to these people asking them to cancel the subscription they set-up since they have prevented me from doing so. myself I absolutely despise these types of companies who cleverly hide with small details as a footnote and then disable you from helping yourself to cancel. I haven't even tried the product from my order yet and already a new one is on the way. Have requested a refund and cancellation. UNSUBSCRIBE ME Please!

Thanks for reaching out here and sharing your feedback, although we’re so sorry to hear that you feel deceived, but our company will never intend to force anyone into something they don’t want. Rest assured, we’re here to clarify the situation and resolve your concern ASAP!

From our records, it looks like you chose the auto-ship option when you first ordered on March 2nd. We understand that our disclaimers might not be too visible for you. Apologies for any inconvenience! However, if you look into it closely, our disclaimer, “Refill Ships in 30 days,” is added just below the order button to ensure our customers are fully aware of their choice. Additionally, we send email warnings 3 days before the shipments are scheduled to be processed to double-check that sending them through was okay. But don’t worry, we’ve already canceled your subscription entirely going forward. We’ve also processed a FULL REFUND on the most recent order that was processed. Please check your inbox for the email confirmations of this refund and cancellation.

We understand that you didn’t see the option to cancel it yourself. However, for future reference, you can definitely cancel your own subscription by hitting “Manage Subscription” via the menu on our website.
