I was so disappointed with the experience I had with Rally House. I put in an order on rallyhouse.com and the day after, they sent me an email blasting off about how they canceled my order because the item was out of stock. They didn't even care to check if I was cool with getting something else that was a similar color or design!

Having to hear that bad news, I decided to call up their customer service hotline to see if they could help me out. But, to my surprise, they were anything but helpful. The person on the phone was SO rude and unhelpful. It was like they didn't even want to talk to me.

They told me the same thing that was in the email. That I had to put in another order, and that it wouldn't be shipped out until the following Monday. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! The service I got was terrible. If I didn't love the product so much, I would never buy from Rally House again.

I'm pretty upset with Rally House. I spent extra money to get my goodies fast and I got an email that said they were all on their way. But then, they sent me another email that half of my sale items were all gone! Not cool! I don't just want half my order, I want it ALL! Now, I have to send back half my order and have to go through that whole process, which is a real pain in the butt. Come on, Rally House, this is a bummer. You guys need to step it up and get your act together. You guys just plain suck.

So, I just had an experience with Rally House that left me feeling some type of way. I had ordered some sweat pants from their website - they looked great and had my size listed (or so I thought). When the package arrived, I was excited to try them on. But as I started to put them on, I quickly realized something was off. They were at least 3 inches too long!

Now, mind you, I'm not short - I'm 5'11'. And for a size medium, I was definitely expecting them to fit. But apparently, Rally House's idea of a medium is more like a large or extra large. The website didn't specify the length, so I took a chance. But boy, did I learn my lesson.

What really irritated me was the return process. It was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. I had to jump through so many hoops just to return the pants. I understand that companies have to protect themselves from fraudulent returns, but Rally House takes it to a whole other level. It felt like they were trying to make it as difficult as possible for me to get my money back.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Rally House, unless you're willing to take a risk on the sizing and deal with the headaches of their return process. It's just not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

Rally House is not cool. They take really good photos and make things look way better than they actually are. I wanted to buy a big Dallas Stars hockey puck with their logo on it, because they had a picture that looked like a real size and the price wasn't too bad. But when I got the package, I realized I'd been tricked! What I got was a really small, black plastic thing that only looks like a hockey puck if you squint your eyes. It was even more expensive than I thought it would be for something so tiny, and all it had on it was a stupid sticker. I don't know how they can stay in business by ripping off people like me.

Rally House be a pretty deceitful squad. Their gear be lookin' pretty swell on their website, but when ya get it, dang that be another story. It be like they give ya the cheapest cotton they can find, somethin' you wouldn't even want to wear. My shirts be all from sweatshops in Mexico, Peru, and Pakistan, ya know them havens of top-notch retail quality. What a waste of cash monies, bro. I don't even know how they be getting' any fools to buy from them again and again. I'm just sayin', yo, you been warned.

ought a New Era 39 Thirty NBA hat from Rally House and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with my purchase. Spent $35 on it, and it wasn't worth it at all. Could've gotten the same hat for less than a tenth of the price at Ross or something.
Overall, the quality of the cap is pretty bad - especially considering the price point. When it came in the mail, the box was practically falling apart, like it had been tossed around all day. And to make matters worse, the cap was extremely damaged when I finally got my hands on it.
After trying to get in contact with the customer service department, I can tell you for sure that Rally House isn't worth your time or money. The customer service is basically non-existent, which is a huge disappointment.
My advice? Shop elsewhere and save yourself a lot of trouble. Trust me, you'll thank me for this one.

Let me tell you about Rally House. First off, in my opinion, this is the worst franchise out there. They have no military discount. I mean, come on, we served our country and a simple discount isn't too much ask for. It's not like we are asking for handouts or anything. Without veterans, they probably wouldn't even exist. Secondly, their customer service is just plain terrible. It takes four days just to receive payment when ordering online and you can't even order in the store! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to order a shirt in the store? It's not like we are asking for the world here. And to think that veterans have to deal with such poor service is just plain wrong. It's just a shame that a company like this doesn't even have the decency to honor those who served our country.

So, I went to Rally House in Exton Pa. today and I gotta say, I was really disappointed. I witnessed this male boss guy talkin' to two women, one of whom was the manager, like they were total [censored]s. I mean, come on dude! Have some respect for your employees! I was only about 10 feet away from them and I could hear the whole thing. It was so bad that I had to just walk outta there. Ain't nobody deserve to be treated like that, no one.

Then, I was like, "I gotta find out who this guy is." So I went on their website and turns out, he's like the big boss. He's the COO of the whole dang company! Can you believe that? It really blew my mind. How can a company I love to shop at employ someone like that? It's crazy.

I mean, if there's a problem within the company, that's fine and all. But there's no need to handle it like that in front of customers. It's unprofessional and honestly, it made me feel sick to my stomach. I never wanna see anyone treated like that again. No one should be disrespected at work like that, especially not in front of others. It's just not cool.

Overall, I hope Rally House can handle their internal issues better and treat their employees with the respect they deserve. Cause as a customer, I wanna feel good about where I'm spending my money and I just didn't feel that way today.

So, I gotta tell ya, this Rally House place really disappointed me. I don't normally like to give bad reviews, but dang, this was just too much. I ordered a yard sign for my kiddo who's heading off to college soon, and it took forever to even get shipped. After weeks of waiting, I decided to cancel the order and find somewhere else to get it. But when I called to cancel, the first dude didn't actually do it! And then the second guy tried to convince me not to cancel and said it was gonna ship soon. Well, it did finally ship, but it was a total mess when it got here. The sign was all squished in the box, the printing was all half-assed, the colors ran all over the place, some of the letters were missing, and there was a printer mark across the whole front of it. Ugh, I was so mad. And when I looked online to see if this was a common problem, I found out that Rally House has tons of bad reviews. I really shoulda gone somewhere else, but I guess I won't make that mistake again.

I ordered a Detroit Red Wings shirt from Rally House in early December, and was pretty happy it arrived pretty quick. But man, was I bummed when I opened the package and saw that the shirt I received was nothing like what I actually ordered. Like, really Rally House? I checked their website, and it said that when you return an item, they'll deduct $7.99 from your refund. Seriously? That's just not right, especially when it wasn't even my fault.

I thought to myself, "let me just go on a live chat and see if I can get a full refund." You know what they said? They had the audacity to say that they will only take the shirt back for free AND give me free shipping on my next order. That really got me heated. A few days later, I got an email with the free shipping code, but nothing else. Where was the return label? I had to go back on the live chat, which was already annoying, and ask what was up. They told me again that I wouldn't be charged for the return, and that I should receive my label shortly.

Days go by, and finally, I get the label and send the shirt back. I was relieved to get an email that I had been refunded, and then, the moment I saw that they took $7.99 off my refund, I was livid. I mean, come on Rally House, that's just really not cool. They totally made my already frustrating experience even worse. I cannot believe they charged me for THEIR mistake.

Unfortunately, I don't think I will order from Rally House again after this ordeal. It's a shame, because their selection was pretty decent, but the headache just isn't worth it.

Bait and Switch. Beware! So they had this $20 off $100 (or higher) eGift Cards promotion going on that they advertised in emails as well as plastering it on the top of their homepage. I purchased a $100 gift card using the code supplied. Their site claimed the eGift card would be delivered by email immediately. A day after the purchase, I reached out by chat to check on the status of the order as it hadn't been delivered. I received a rude sounding message stating they hadn't been able to work through all the orders. I waited a couple more days and wound up receiving a cancellation email. What's up with that? It's not like eGift Cards run out of stock. Bad, bad place to shop.

Returning GIFT with GIFT RECEIPT Cashier returned it back to the card of the person who bought gift. Now I have no gift no store credit and back to the friend who bought the gift. Very embarrassing for me that my friend knows I returned it. When all I wanted was a store credit to repurchase something else that would fit me! Their collection's so extensive, I didn't know which one to pick from. Tried to look for my favorite basketball team's shirt and they have it!

Navigating the site's easy, and you can filter your search too if you're looking for something specific. There's even a "fan shop" section where you can find cool merch for different teams like Penn State, Texas Tech, and more. And the best part? The prices are less expensive than other online shops I've come across.

On top of that, the website's user-friendly, and I didn't have any problems adding items to my cart. Shipping was fast, too! Received my shirt within the week, and it was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Rally House. If you're a sports fan, you'll definitely find something you'll love on the site!

I recently copped an $80 shirt from Rally House as a gift for my homeboy. But, like dang, after just one wash the material started to pull. Honestly, it's a total bummer that their customer service couldn't do much about it and had to reach out to the vendor. Like, umm, hello? Can't they just take care of it themselves? Anyway, I believe they better refund or exchange it without any hassle. Overall, I'm not sure if I would shop at Rally House again after this experience.

I was trying to cop some Baker Mayfield socks, but they were all out except for this one pair on the mannequin. Then things got real sketchy. Charles started making threats like "I'll kill you if you don't leave" and "I'm gonna blow this place up." I was shook, man. I had to call the cops and everything. Rally House, you need to do something about this dangerous employee. He's a liability and he's ruining your reputation.

But the real kicker is that I went back a few days later and there were like 14 pairs of those socks on the shelf. What the heck, Rally House? Why couldn't Charles just sell me one of those instead of being a total jerk? I don't think I'll be shopping with y'all again.

Ahh man, Rally House really let me down. I copped a Christmas present for my bro in December, and come February he needs to swap it. No biggie, except they wanted me to pay the difference even though it was the same exact shirt, just a different size. Come on Rally House, that's a weak policy. I went to Rally House located in Overland Park, Kansas and I couldn't believe what I saw. While there, I noticed a worker named Zach puffing on his vape pen right in the store! The nerve of this guy! Not only was his behavior completely disrespectful, but he also showed no interest in helping me and my family. It's truly a shame that this is the kind of person who represents Rally House. As if that weren't bad enough, this guy also set a terrible example for my kids. Imagine how uncomfortable I felt when they asked why smoke was coming out of his mouth! It's completely unacceptable and something needs to be done about it.
