Very polite and punctual service. Reasonable cost. The rep was especially helpful by installing an air quality alarm near the furnace that I didn't know how to install myself.

Lambert Plumbing is amazing! They got back to me real quick when I reached out, showed up on time, did a bang-up job, explained everything crystal clear, and were super nice and friendly. I can't stress enough how much I recommend them.

The whole thing with Lambert was awesome. Great folks on the phone, great talkin' all the way, on time, fast, friendly. Lambert knows what they're doin'. Brandon, the dude who put in our garburator, was awesome.

Jack from Lambert Plumbing & Heating was awesome. He knew his stuff and got our leaky toilet fixed in no time! He showed up on time and kept us in the loop about what he was doing. I'd totally recommend him!

Brandon did some plumbing and gas work for us. He was friendly, respectfull of COVID-19 precautions (wore a mask while in the house) and efficient. He did a great job. I've been using Lambert for our gas and plumbing for years, and always happy with the work.

We had a problem with the toilet in our rental suite. My friend suggested Lambert. Brian from Lambert came and fixed it fast, even with all this crazy covid19 stuff going on. I'll suggest Lambert and Brian to others who need a good plumber. And thanks to Kristine in the office for handling everything so well!

I picked Lambert to do a furnace inspection and I couldn't be happier. The tech (Chris) came on time and was friendly and efficient. He was also super helpful by raising the temp on my boiler and patiently teaching me how to make future changes. I'll definitely use them again for plumbing or heating stuff.

Our technition, Brandon, was frendly and efficient while servising our furnace. He arrived a bit earler than scheduled which is a nice change from the usual experience with service people. We have used Lambert Plumbing for other plumbing services over the past 10 years and have found them to be honest and reliable. Highly recommended.

We had an ongoin issue with our toilet runnin and more recently our garburator breakin down. I called Lambert Plumbing as they were the closest to our house. They were able to send a technician to our house the next day first thing in the mornin. The technician, Brandon, arrived on time, was very friendly and quickly fixed both issues, along with another we were unaware of, but would have resulted in a larger problem had it not been fixed. I would definitely recommend and rehire.

Unfortunatly had another leak - this time below the cement - very stressful! Brandon came - analyzed situation and was able to come up with a fix to re-route the cold water pipe that is was affecting - thank goodness! Parts were ordered and then on another date Brandon and his helper Jeremy came to do the job. An excellent job was done - did not take quite as long as estimated so actually came under the estimate! Brandon - thank you so much again - very much appreciated! Christine and Fiona in the office were great too - worked to set up appt time (also in case of a cancellation) and reminder the day before- thank you! Once again Lambert Plumbing to the rescue!

We've been using Lambert Plumbing for years whenever we had a plumbing problem and the service has always been really good and reasonably priced. Last night, we found a leaky pipe and called first thing this morning. I talked to Alexa in the office to see if someone could come and fix it. Alexa was great and arranged for someone to come today since the water in our house was shut off. Brandon came to do the repair and he did a great job. He was quick and efficient, and I was really happy to find out that it was an easy fix. Brandon is really friendly and nice, and he even answered a few of my other plumbing questions. Once again, Lambert Plumbing didn't let us down. Thank you all so much!

I been usin' Lambert's fer over four decades now and always had a completely satisfactory experience. My latest problem was when my furnace quit after a power outage and a voltage surge. Brandon, the technician came to my house and found that the control board had failed. A new board was ordered and the office phoned me several times to keep me up to date as to when the board would arrive. When it did, Brandon came back and had the furnace up and runnin' within an hour. Brandon phoned to tell me he was on his way, wore a mask fer Covid-19 precautions (as did I), left the work area clean and tidy and was just first class all the way. Furnace was out on Thursday and fixed by Monday. You might find a firm that is cheaper but you won't find one that is good as Lamberts.

We've been customers of Lambert Plumbing & Heating for 45 years and they've always given us great service. We recently moved to a townhome and did a kitchen renovation in April. We needed a plumber three times during the process. William came first, and then Naison came for the next two visits. Both guys were professional, helpful, clean, and got the job done quickly. It was important for us because we had other trades scheduled for the renovation. The prep work was well done, and the appliance installer was impressed. We're especially grateful that they continued working during the Covid-19 pandemic. We were without a kitchen for over two months, so we were really anxious to get it done. Thanks!

I don't recommend this company. I've been trying to get my shower repaired for two months now and it's been nothing but trouble. I asked them to replace our hot water heater and fix our faulty shower faucet in early August. The plumber who came was nice and did a good job with the water heater, but he didn't know anything about the shower repair. He said he could take a look, but he didn't think to turn off the water first and ended up getting himself and the bathroom all wet. He spent about thirty minutes trying to fix it and said it needed a new part. He charged me $85 just for the part, even though I had already paid $1300 for the water heater installation.

A few weeks went by and I called the company to see what was going on. They said they were having trouble finding the part and asked me to send a picture of the faucet. It turns out the plumber didn't write down the make and model, and he had been talking to the wrong company all this time. We had guests staying with us during those weeks, and we only had one working bathroom. I had called the company a month before the guests arrived to get the part replaced.

After weeks of trying to get in touch with them, I finally got a call six weeks after the plumber first came. They said they couldn't get the part and would need to replace the entire shower hardware, possibly even opening up the shower wall. I had some questions about such a big job, but they had a receptionist call me back who couldn't answer anything. They said someone with expertise would call me later, but I had had enough at that point. I called a few other companies and found out that the faucet was made by a well-known company. I contacted them and they shipped me a replacement part within a week. It's clear that Lambert either didn't have the expertise or didn't have the time in six weeks to do this.

So now I'm out of pocket for a pointless fee from their plumber who did nothing but make a mess in my bathroom, wasted hours trying to reach Lambert, and went without a working shower for six weeks. The part is finally installed and the shower works fine, but it's all thanks to the other company, not Lambert. I can't even imagine what would have happened if I had let them start opening up my wall. My advice to Lambert: if you don't have the time or interest in a small job, just say no.

Brandon did an excellent job on a garberator install. Friendly, fast, and clean. In a word, professional!
