My husband and I both play, my game keeps shutting down while playing, his does not! Zynga suggested that it was internet problem, but why just my game? So disturbing! I lose so many games while rebooting iPad. Just not fair! Any more suggestions? I have held home and start buttons down and waited for apple icon to show and wait for game to reboot, works for a few minutes, then same problem starts. Other times while playing, I have no problem! HELP!

I just met my challenge. I am on my computer. I did not receive my fifty coins, This is not the first time. Please give me my fifty coins. There were at least two other times that this happened. I did it on the computer because the reward is somewhat different on the phone. Originally I didn't know how to put in a complaint.

This game is so rigged it is a joke! I am a considered a great GR player, played over 40 hands yesterday @ a table and lost 99% of the hands..really? Why is it every time I break up a pair or run the next card is always the card you need..really? Why is it everytime your opponent goes out it's always the card you need to go out...really?
So rigged & f*ck*d up! Dont waist your time people!

Why my zynga account banned 3 days ago. Give me proof. I have already share clarity them. They dont remove banned at all. Now i am deeply suffering. Not only they banned my account but also they took my all chips around 130 billion. At this moment i need help to solve this problem as soon as possible. Other wide i will kill myself. I think will seriously take my complain and reopen my account so hurry.

Hit it Rich a Zynga app is extorting it's player in a feature called the Weekly Race. The set-up is finish in the top 80 and keep your current division spot. End up in the lower 80 and be demoted a level at the end of the weekly race losing FREE bonus coins. This feature is forced upon the players and those that can't obtain enough or buy enough coins to constantly spin lose. Furthermore, another feature called "challenges" allows a player to complete certain tasks and win coins or other prizes. The problem once again is that those players who can't obtain enough or buy enough coins are unable to partake because the goals are set to high. I'm realist and I understand that because the game is free revenue to pay employees and such is generated by coin package purchases and that is a given. The games are fun and free coins are offered but that doesn't help the situation because once again it is not enough for most to compete. What is Hit it Rich going to do to help it's players?

Your game now sucks. PLEASE get it back to what I paid you for. Stop with all the garbage. The game takes sooooooo long to play now, it's boring. Your game cannot keep up with the players' ability to spell. Tiles freeze. The board freezes. The score freezes. You have taken a good game, taken our money, and given us a piece of crap. Cut it the F out.

Every time I swap now, I get the same letters back! In addition, my rewards are less and less... use to be be 4 Daily, now 2. Use to be
I could watch a video and get 3, now that is gone. NO FUN being screwed by the machine.
It is very frustrating to play the Rewards game this WWF's insists on, but then to be screwed.

I bought 8 packs of chips from Zynga to help me build up, since I get more engaged at the game, playing higher stakes. and then Zynga banned/suspended my account, saying I can get back if I accept penalties, they confiscated my chips.
I can't.
They dont refund.
They don't answer me anymore.
Please improve it.

And be as fair you claim to be.

This game is so slow in everything showing your letters, going to the next player
Also should get rid of all them presents boxes.I am going to delete
The game soon also when you drag a letter to the board to make a word the letter does not go
As you touch it or drag it.All together this game needs improvement.
I play other games and all goes well but only with. WORDS WITH FRIENDS.

Currently, playing the weekly race, the coins I earn in the daily race are not being computed properly. They are suppose to accumulate as I play. And if I play the daily rush game which is a timed event, nothing to do with the weekly event, I now have the daily vs challenger contest break in while I'm playing and dreeze my screen and take up my time so I don't get high enough scores. Why did this change?

Zynga poker banned account

My account has been banned, I tried the support, but they can't reinstal my account, saying that I bough/sold chips.
I bought... 8 packs of chips from Zynga in one month to help me to build it up.
Now, I can't play or use them.
So, I asked for refund, they can't help either.

Please do something, and prove it's a fair game.

It's very aggravating that I can't search a specific Co-Op to add a friend. My invites also aren't being sent to my friends. Invited to our co-op. It's very inefficient to add people that you aren't friends with of Facebook. There is no way to even search their name and find their farm. The old FarmVille seemed so much more efficient. I probably won't continue to play if it does get fixed soon. It's not fun if you can't play with ALL your friends. On or off Facebook.

Ok here is my problem, the market on farmville 2 country escape is very sensitive and alot of times i always end up opening a slot on market that i never wanted. Please can they change how we get the extra slots by asking if we are sure we want to buy. Then hoofully i cercle and many more will not lose keys. In total i have lost over 100 over the past months. Now I've have enough. Thanks for your time.

Your game charged me twice and should not have.yall owe my checking account $5.99. the first time gave me a $1.00 redemption code for $3.99 for 140 keys.i was charged $4.99 still and was charged an additional$5.99 ontop of the $4.99..id love to be reimbursed please!

I just finished the latest event in third place and was supposed to get the Pizza Dog on 07/28/19 but I didn't. The game stated that if you placed 1 through 5 you would get the dog. My daughter won both rounds and actually received the upgraded Burger Dog. I used a lot of my gloves and some of my keys to do this. Please help as I am very disappointed. I would like to have the dog. I really like this game. I think my game ID# is [protected].

I have just recently restarted my game of Star Wars commander which I found out zynga took over late last year. The issue is my game was saved through Facebook but when I opened it my game had disappeared and a new game was started so all my previous progress had been lost. I contacted support who requested me send a screenshot of my player ID. I had by chance written it down but was told it was wrong and I needed a screenshot of it. As I had lost the game it was physically impossible for me to provide the screenshot as asked. No where during the game are you prompted to to take screen shots of all your info in case something like this happens so I was informed there is nothing they can do and start again. I had invested 4 years and money into the game and reached a lvl 10 and to be told it is gone is not acceptable. My new player id is 13fbb73f-a1ca-11e9-a658-0a580a2c1749

This game is constantly steeling peoples money with its constant unfair play. A game will begin and as soon as you change your hand the card you were waiting for suddenly appears next. You will win one hand and the second game the other player will be out within 2 cards being dealt. The winning average and losing average is also interesting to see. For instance I have won 817 games and lost 874. With this game I can understand getting people completely addicted, it's a great game if the odds were fair. They are completely stacked against you. No matter how much money you pay you will lose it all. In the space of 20 minutes I lost all my money. I have read so many complaints about this game and yet nothing is done about it.

My name is Linda Bevel I allowed my daughter to use my DEBIT card for a 1 (one) time use ONLY last month June 24, 2019, for $49.99, to an app for the Game of Thrones but billed by Google Zynga Mountain View CA since then she went and removed my card number from your account. Now another charge has been debit out of my checking account on July 8, 2019, and my card was not authorized for you to make any more charges from my checking account.
I would appreciate if you would make sure my card ending in 1145 is deleted and please refund my account for the amount of $49.99.
