I am 73, retired, and in isolation. I have been playing this game for well over five years.

Last night I got on a table with two obnoxious 'bingo players'. Others were on the table, and I wanted to play. The two continued to ruin the game for everyone by 'bingo bidding'. I kept saying 'Stop the bingo' and, without using profanity, referred to them being dumb as to what they were doing. Then I won a big pot, and the 'bingo player' on the right started saying he just 'reported me'. I thought he was joking and I told him I reported him as well (I was joking).

But then when I tried to log on later I found myself banned from Zynga! This is WRONG... these two troublemakers should have been banned, not me! I was playing respectfully and even looking out for others who were trying to play a coherent and respectable game.

Then I tried to get reinstated the way they kept saying to hit 'contact us' but every time I did that all it did was put up another message. It wouldn't let me contact them! There was no way to ask to be reinstated!

I'm mad since I've been playing this game for years. This should not be just when someone complains someone is immediately booted. Yes, I was on there a long time, but ONLY put the 'stop the bingo' or like messages after they did the bingo!

In the future now I know I should have probably just left and not stayed on — but I felt it wasn't fair for me to go from a table I otherwise liked because of two insulting players who were just out to ruin the game for others.

I NEVER use profanity, or try to ruin a game. PLEASE REINSTATE ME ASAP.

My acc [protected]@gmail.com get ban around 11.46pm on 24th May 2020. I only play big table only by joining others. I win alot of chips. I think someone make fake report against me. Please dont take fake report from others players and I hope Zynga should unban my acc back. Seriously hoping to get back my account with my winning chips. I believe zynga is a fair play in this situation Zynga was not fair to my account. Please revert soonest possible.

I constantly get: network error, please check your internet connection, restart browser and try again later, network error, there was a problems loading words with friends, error, please wait while we check your token account, I dont hardly get any tokens, error, an error has occurred, please refresh and try again, wamy, spell words to score points, this blocks me from playing, error validating access tokon session, sorry this feature is not available at this time, try again later, login error, there was a problem logging you into words with friends, sorry this feature isnt available right now, an error has occurred, please try again later, hmm, were having trouble find that site, sorry, we spilled the tile bag and this game could not be recovered, rematch this friend and try again, sorry something went wrong, it goes on and on, then when I get some letters, I get 5 i's and one e, or 5 o's and i, or all vowels and no letters, or all letters and no vowels, always get, t, u, a, e, i, o, q, n and h, constantly. Who can I go to with this problem because of the color of my skin, and im not the only person of color with this problem, there is so much racism with this game.

This happened before. I am a loyal player, have played for years Its come to a point that I cannot deal with this anymore, There's always a problem whether it be a CC issue marketing lost coins, Im 70 and cannot do it its becoming a health issue when I lose sleep over this.
I bought a coin package, I no sooner accepted the hourly bonus and boom, another screen with the same dollar amount but 20k more coins. So of course I emailed CS immediately to explain, its almost day 3 of emails and back and forth because no one would credit me..After all this aggravation I don 't want to deal with them anymore, I am so turned off and tired of doing that now I dont want anything to do with this. All I am asking for is to credit me and I will disconnect myself permanently. So for 2 days I have been explaining myself and now Im told that the extra coins were credited to my account. They made me hate this game, now they want me to play, I cant I am so angry and tired of this. Last week my computer states, Not secure so I emailed them and all they said was I can promise you that I am secured, never fix or checked to see why. I can go on and on but I wont. I hope that someone will help, I was also told to contact the developer. Do you believe this. Im suppose to do there work... I really cant. Please help me I need it or tell me who I can speak to...I have all emails that I can send. Unethical behavior as far as Im concerned. They make me feel like I'm making all this up, why would anybody go through this. They made there bed and now I'm done After days of arguing now they credit me coins, I dont want them all I want is to credit my account take all coins back they were never used and I will gladley go away...Thank you .[protected]@verizon.net

Hit it rich is the game

My opponent picked an ace of ♠️ which was the first card to start the game - which I had also wanted to complete my set. But they picked it first. And it was a 50k bet game. However, just one hand later, my opponent got gin. And my ace of ♠️ was no where in their hand even though they had picked it.

Also, this game is heavily rigged. Dishonest!

It is very hard to win and be able to play for more than 10 minutes. If I get lucky and win, after 5 days or sooner, I lose it all and cannot win for months. I cannot afford to buy coins to play. I am retired and live on fixed income. I enjoy the games but I find it very frustrating! A couple of times I paid $4.99 for coin and lose it extremely fast and then I am sorry I bought anything. Plus during this pandemic, you could at least let people win more while we are all in quarantine! At least Candy Crush gave its players free lives during this difficult time!

I was locked out of my FB account last week and now I'm trying to get my account and winnings transferred to new FB account if that's possible. Emailed 4 times now and yet to hear a thing. Been playing this game for several years. Tried playing again and have to start from the beginning. No thank you. I was at level 106. and as others have posted, I am a very good GR player, but when your opponent draws one or two cards, and bam! they gin or the minute you throw a card away, the very next one up is the one you were waiting for. Really sucks. Why even have a place to file a complaint when no one ever responds. Bad business. Maybe I'll just dump my zynga games. Yeah... think that's what I'll do.

The game just said"oops something happened" and when it came back up I was in a 10 point 30, 000 game that I DID NOT want to be in and of course I lost. That's just not fair at all. And you wonder why people think you guys cheat? So there you go, a good example of cheating.

Recent update v2.10 I had to uninstall and reinstall to achieve the undate and 3 days all I have is syncronise profile and when I do it returns sync profile

So I have uninstalled and will now be claiming a full monetary refund from start of game play to end 3 yrs and I have google complaint in process and upon showing them a screen recording I was told that wasnt the first time they have been drawn to this problem and all the csr support says is please be patient it took them 2 days to contact me back about the issue

I now believe zynga is a money hungry company that is pushing a broken application to recieve more money fix the problems before releasing more problems and latest update has pushed thousands to stop playing

I love playing Zynga Poker and on the 21st of February I was going to purchase a $10 gold coin pack to spend for free coins but when I tried to purchase it it said error and transaction was canceled and I was not charged so I tried it again it said the same thing but a hold was put on my bank account for the amount of $10.69 twice so I contacted Zynga inform them of what happened they told me to contact Google Google head told me that after it got done pending it would drop off my account in the money would be back then on the 24th it charged me twice I contacted Google again they told me that Zynga has my money. So I contact Zynga again and they told me that I got my coins in must have spent them and want to give me a refund I feel robbed and cheated

I had almost 2b chips. Today I logged in again after 1, 2 months in zynga poker app via my tab and all my chips lost. I got only daily rewarded chips rest my chips gone. I paid thousand dollars for coins I want my coins restored to my account that was wrong I paid almost $1000 dollars but was separate order ya owe me 225 billions coins to my account... I forgot inform ya on the other order I suppose got 100% bonus coins for that one also... Yea I got most of the coins but I was owed more I had brought extra order did not get the bonus coins 100% so send to me so I be happy now... Send me the 225 billion coins now to my account now! zygna a free game, while playing words with friends, they always mess with my games, i have been keeping a log, hired an attorney, now my play button doesnt work, they have already completely destroyed one of my computers, have proof of that also, what can you do to help with this situation?

Boat race requires me to do 15 tasks. I had already done this plus a special task. It is now asking me to complete another 15. I have 7 of these. My points have stayed the same. This is a glitch and very unfair considering the amount of time and in-game purchased keys I have had to use for this. Please fix this. Player OF [protected].

Farmville 2 Country Escape

My account has been suspended and I'd like evidence for the reason why? I was on a table last night was being told you go and [censored] myself. I didn't even reply back to the person and may I add this person had sat with 2 of her accounts. I was playing normally when I was getting abuse I didn't reply just ignored and played. Now my 267billion have gone. This is not fair when it wasn't me being the abusive one yet her account is still sat there with all of her chips in. The isn't right and I'd like the evidence of why I was band.

I purchased 10 farm bucks a week or so ago and now I only have 1. This has happened before but it was because when I am playing a "quest" and it says post or buy, I ALWAYS post, as I only want to use my bucks for something I REALLY need. I have no idea what I clicked on this time. Why have 2 choices right next to each other and it's easy to click the wrong one?

Also, I purchased and raised 3 peacocks but the game hasn't registered that I have raised them, so now I will have to buy 3 more to complete the quest or not bother with that one.

PLEASE can I have my bucks back ? And maybe you can change the way we choose POST or BUY, ie, have 2 separate buttons?

I have recently become a daily player of gin rummy plus by zynga.
Have purchased a few times gems to support playing.
Just minutes ago I was disconnected from game, losing my winning strike, which I had regained by purchasing gems, and 200.000 coins.
Reconnecting, though my connection was good did not work and I expect my coins and strike back.
No point in playing or purchasing if this thing happens..
