I woke up this morning to find that I was charged 106. Dollars for coins I never purchased. Dec. 30th, 31st. I signed in through facebook. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com, my name in the game is Traicy W. B. I did not purchase these coins. I would like a refund.

I am alerting you that I have unauthorized charges coming from my debit card. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges . You need to be notified in addition to my bank. Please respond to the email and I will furnish additional details concerning the problem. I do not want to submit account information through this report. Will discuss with one of your Customer Service reps . Please provide a number to use when calling to speak to a person from your company. I do not play hour games. How did my bank information get connected to your company?

Twice i've had all my chips taken and started me at beginning. It's getting worse I used to play every day but i'm thinking of deleting stupid crap company... I will be telling everyone not to okay this...

I spent $100 dollars to buy 60 billion chips, still had about 54 to 57 billion and they banned me for some reason without saying what for, really a damn bad way to cheap people out of our money, acct number is [protected], I am done with this poker site the way you let people lie and complain with any cause to be banned

I made a mistake while trying to help my wife overcome an issue on her tablet where her game was constantly crashing. The feeling I got from the player forums is that Zynga doesn't really have effective tech support, so I attempted to help her myself. The guidance from Zynga that I did find for this unresolved bug, was to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. They also warned to ensure the game is backed up, but failed to tell me how to that. I connected her game to Facebook, but as she doesn't use Facebook at all, I connected it to my account. I forgot that I had briefly had, y one game connected to Facebook three or more months ago, and then promptly disconnected it. Zynga then merged our two accounts. Initially we both would get constant pop up prompts asking us to confirm whether we wanted to play the local or the cloud version of the game, but two days later the game just Ed wiped my account and now we both are forced to play the same account. For a while there was even two of my wife's accounts listed in the club. She ended up kicking the second one.

I have just gotten no where with tech support, original ticket was filed November 26. I have been asked the same question three times now and given them everything I can about the matter. It appears they are unable or unwilling to read the entire thread and eye that these questions were previously answered.

At this time I can not even delete the game and start over from scratch as it does a sync soon after starting to play and again forces me to play my wife's game.

Was playing this evening and was looking at the word that was accepted as valid for the virtual challenger - oxo. When I looked at the dictionary it was described as a cube for making broth. However, oxo is a brand name and not a valid word. Since when are brand names i.e. Pepsi or maxwell house coffee or dentyne gum etc.

If you want to get into ridiculous word play you should provide all the "valid" words that have a definition, and not ones that are "no definition is available yet".

Zynga rigs the spades plus game in an effort to try to get players to purchase coins. I'm sure a lot of people say that simply because they lose. However, I have used different accounts to test the theory, and it is quite obvious. I believe they also have shills playing for them as well due to some of the crazy moves certain "partners" do in order to ensure a loss. If reported, some players are instantly banned, while others continuously get away with violating the rules. Since there's money involved for those who purchase coins, I feel these are criminal acts by zynga.

If you do not spend money your chance of winning on any machine are lowered by well over half. I have stats and videos of me playing different machies to prove my point. Also the wonkaventures never work when I spin. I play high bets but no cards. When I complain they make it worse. I lost on 79% of my spins just now. 1 trillion. I have personally spent in excess of $300. Over the past 6 or 7 months. Their hook is the top 6 players in each division on Sunday nihhts get rewards. The higher you finish the more you win. In the past month I have finished 1st second second and third. I am getting less now as far as winnings then when I was in the liwer divisions. Since I have not purchased any additional chips they have it to where no matter what machine I play I lose and lose big. This is not a sour grapes complaint, when you play as much as I do you can tell. It is very obvious. If they don't want me to play on their site, then they can give me half of my money back. Or leave the machines alone and put the odds back to where they we're before. Please let me know something. It's no fun knowing you have no chance to get ahead or just stay even.

I was playing my game 10/7/2020, had 106 billion coins (a major feat in itself), and the game started spinning, would not stop. A banner came up "game has encountered an error"... Then it rebooted itself I guess, then it shows only 105k coins. I panicked. I force stopped the game, went out, went back in... Still only 105k coins. I emailed the vip folks... And it's been over 24 hours with no reply and my coins are still not there. I've been forced to try to play with my hourly spins... But impossible. I really would appreciate getting my coins back please. Please help. I understand with technology there will be issues, but I would appreciate some timely resolution and all 106 billion coins back please.

It is a sad day indeed for the demise of Farmville... To just say it's done and that's that is an insult to all your loyal customers. My husband AND ex husband played since it's inception, and personally, it was always a comfort to me of sorts. I knew all the paths and different animals and it was like a place to hide... to be safe... to have no one bother you. I'm quite sure your decision was 100% financial, I guess you can never make too much money. With that being said... it's like someone pulling the rug out from under you... I know, it's just a game, but it was much more than that. It was friendships and a great place to go. Zynga games now represents a bad taste in my mouth and a company I don't want to be bothered with anymore. Funny, it took me forever to find a place to send you this note. A telling point I think...

Since your web designer changed the format a few weeks ago, it is impossible to delete "done" games. Also, in order to create new games, an old game must be opened and "rematch" tapped sometimes as many as four times. How do I correct these issues? I am an avid user and am completely frustrated. I find it hard to believe that others have not complained about this.

This runs really fast on my smartphone, but on my laptop it freezes, then runs impossibly slow with no way to exit or stop playing. Lost my chips, had to shutdown and reboot. Ran Malware and cleaners to no avail. Internet speed is 29.4. Is this a common problem?

My account went missing along with my missing billions l had 4/5 billion poker chips on my Zynga poker account, just gone, l ve enjoyed playing Zynga Poker for 10 yrs. now since l lost my Son, its kept me sane beliee it or not. lm not too clever with technology at all being 74 yrs. old. so can you tell me what went wrong? I have $15 billion chips and 300 plus gold and 400 plus tickets on zynga poker app.. I didn't do anything with my game! I spend almost 6 years playing this game but they banned my account with no enough reason. I love the game but now i'm emotionally depressed. On behalf of my time spending playing their games, they banned it with no enough reason.. Please reactivate my account. Here's my username and id number.

I accidentally touched the screen when a phantom box appeared in the screen that said I would be charged $7.99 so I quickly went into manage subscriptions and cancelled I could not get a refund on the $7.99 and was told that it would cancel at the end of the cycle month. I then looked at my bank online transactions to find that I was in fact charged $79.99! And that it said it was recurring. I never intended to purchase anything I merely let my eyes move from the screen for a second and touch it when a at the wrong time.

Please remove the charge immediately as $79.99 is a substantial amount of money at these times when we are out of work.

I was trying to teach my friend how to play Gin Rummy Plus using your app. She didn't have enough coins to learn on, so I thought it no big deal to share some of mine, so I could teach her. But, because of it (I think) I was permanently suspended. That is unfair since I was not given a warning first, and did not know it was a problem. I have always been fair, and respectful in playing. There is a section balled challenges, and it claims once you complete the challenge you will receive, in my case, 6 trillion and a second challenge, 262 billion chips. I have screenshots before and after completion. I never received those chips and wrote their support. They gave some off the wall answer that did NOT explain my concern. I then wrote a letter with attachments to their chief legal officer. No answer. I filed a complaint to their BBB. The answer I got this morning said they resolved the case. A total lie. I have told the BBB that was an unacceptable answer and included my attachments.

I can't get into the game. If I do it's only for a few seconds. Boat race, pike, marie's board, I can't get them to load. If I do get to do something, the game kicks me out and anything I did do is gone like it never happened when I get back in. I was in first place with the points to win the extra farm hand for a week and I had just one the last 30 farmhand. Now I can't get back in to get or use either one. Now there is 2 new quests going on where I could use them and I can't. I'm not happy about not being able to play. I have 12. Something operating system on my ipad and it's not my internet. Please fix this

A player was using chat to make unfriendly comments while playing the game it distracted me while playing and I lost quite a few coins. He called me a [censored] and an [censored]. Do you drop or suspend players for that kind of behavior. I noticed he has been a player since 2017 and if he has been acting like this and he has not been taken out of the game. If he has been saying things like that to me what has he been saying to other players.

I am playing zynga poker since last 5 years with the same account. This month they first block my big stack table and then took my 114t chips and inform me that I am transferring chips where as I made my chips fairly. I send many emails but again and again sending same response. Need to log case against them. I have proof of emails send to customer support. They are doing this only to buy chips from them. They gave me 119m chips only to play. Again I made 3t chips and then they block my big table stacks. I spend 10 to 12 hours daily to made my chips and they took in one minute.
