I think what you do is completely unprofessional.

I have so many troubles in my game: I can't see people, I don't know how to contact them, I can't even email them.
I guess I'm not the only one having same problems. You just have to remember that we paid money to play your games!
And I don't know how to get my storehouse with animals, they are invisible.
It's hard to control the game.
I could blame my laptop, but luckily there's no problem with anything EXCEPT for your game!

I had 1.8billions 3 days before that night someone hacked my id and stole all my chips...
I need my chips back at any cost
I want a justice
I never a solution from zynga team is this what u give service to customer.
From past 5 years I am the old customer of zynga poker

Suddenly my account was suspended... I guess my account was hacked.. please fix the issue and activate my account bck again... I want my 1.2billion chips bck in my account, it was hard earned... so kindly do the needful and I will take extra measures to protect my account from next time.. This is not done at all... it was not my mistake.. why shud I suffer because of something which I have not done.. I want my chips back.. please sir kindly look into the matter and grant me my chips bck.. please provide me ur customer service phone number, I want to talk to u over phone and explain my problem

This makes FOUR times, that I have been ripped off, just within the last 3 weeks. I complained to Zynga on Facebook, and they did nothing. I spent money to buy gold, and win chips. I played Blackjack and this screenshot, I will show has happened to me twice. 21 Blackjack is the game and when I win, it says sorry you lose, do you want to start over. I stupidly deleted the other screenshot, because I mistakenly thought the only place I could complain was on Facebook. My chat does not work, my sisters chat doesn't work. We both checked our settings and they show chat on...we both uninstalled and then installed again...that did not work, our Internet connections were working. Any suggestions? This is frustrating because we like to chat during our game..and not have to text during our games on our phones.

Hello sir,

I had installed this game on my Android phone and I had bought a suitcase of keys but it has been more than 2 hours that it is not showing in my game at all.
I had used the force stop action as you have mentioned in the website and even removed cache as well. Still this is not showing up. However the payment is being showing in my credit card as well as in the transactionsection of my Google play store.
Please refund me the amount or credit the same in the game.
I'm attaching the screenshot of the same as I've brought the keys for the game.

My 3- billion pot (In fact over) was hacked during the play. I was at the table1/2b. Nobody had the same amount as me. Before the game I had over 1b. One of the players did all in. All of a sudden, all went all in. I was the one that won all the pot. I saw new amount in my seat, more than 3 b. I went on playıng, but in my account it didn't change. I got suspicious and checked again.in my seat, the pot was over 3 b. But in my account 800m. Then, thinking it would be added, I left the table, but nothing changed. I let this know to zynga support. I got ı mail saying probably I answered the authomated message-I didn't or I sent my mail to the previous address. How can it be possible? If this company changed the mail address, it should have a link to the previous one or it still should not use those complaint pages that direct the vitcims. I am not a new player. Zynga is not dealing this problem seriously, let the customers be hacked and it takes no responsibility

I have updated the app, updated my phone
Uninstalled and reinstalled even tried updating all apps on my phone
I am on level 60. I never cheat by resetting the time. I'm at a loss.
I can only connect to Facebook briefly then it drops out and goes offline

I been trying to get help from zynga. Seems like no one intrested. Someone have hack my more than 5 billion chips. This not first time. When trying to contact no one replays. I have spend so much money on this fake chips. I thought i would get vip service. if this is VIP service then i wonder what it would be regular service. This is not right if somone hack our chips we have wait and wait and end get result that sorry we unable to find your loss.
What is this ? Some kind of joke. I guess this their employee who is stealling your chips so u make more purchase.

still there is no help. Its been 3 days now.. until then hackers keep changing their names. You can see in picture. so it proves that zynga want us to make purchase again and again

My games reset itself back to 5 days ago. It has restarted the event. Finished my 2 pigs that I had only had 1 day. The windmill and dairy I purchased have disappeared. I had also upgraded both my new windmill and dairy to 25% faster and can made 3 of everything. Is has also reset my Marie's orders board back to zero. Also lost all my country fair points. Please help!

Game would not load rebooted lost all content. Was almost at level 24 with 15 expansions have spent a lot of money on in app purchases and had over 290000 coins how do I get my game back? Have played similar games with zynga and also had to reboot them with no problem. Takes to long to level up and asks to complete quests before you are on level to do them .I enjoy this type of game but notice others seem to have problems.

Once again I do not get the chips that I win. For easy math, if my account has 100 million and I buy in for 10 million and then win 10 million my account will only go up 5 million. So my account will be at 105 million and I will be on the table with 20 million. If I lose 10 million at the table, and go back to what I originally sat down with, my account will go down to 95 million. So on the table I am at even money but my account has lost 5 million. On the table it shows that I have not won or lost chips, but 5 million is taken off my account. Right now zynga poker owes me just over 80 million in chips. I purchased chips a while ago and just started playing again, so technically you are taking real money from me and not just play chips. Please get this issue fixed I only play on my android phone.

The dates of my incidents fall over the past month or two. I have lost several charms sent to me, by one player. I sent the date and time, with the player's name each time to customer support and not once did I receive a response!
The 2-hour timer is stopping and affecting our game! When the timer stops, all of the sudden your coin total drops! Then when you leave the game and come back in, and the timer is restarted, your coins start to rebuild. I brought this up to customer supports attention, as did other's, no response!
My Charm Meter will fill to the top and get stuck forever! I am stuck on #6 in the Race to the Rose even though I am at 944 million in the Daily Race and we are still within the 12th hour? There is just so many bugs that are just not being fixed. We complain and we are all told the same thing! or we are ignored! WE DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT FROM YOUR SUPPORT TEAM!

I have been playing farmville for years, unfortunately when i have problems/issues i of course need to contact Zynga because of this, but support takes days, sometimes at least a week it takes for someone to get back to me, i love Zynga games but they don't have good skills in helping customers in need, this is not relevant but i suffer with severe mental health difficulty's and this issue can be such a strain on all of this, my games give me sanity, but the Zynga team makes my brain lose its sanity thus i get very emotional. I'm sorry to make a this complaint but it's only right that i do, i made the team aware of this when i had emailed them for the 3rd time out of respect for others who also suffer with issues of getting help.

My name is Dean.I have a 14 year old Autistic daughter who loves playing Willy Wonka slots.Last week she won a massive 24billion which wasnt added to her winnings.I made an official complaint and after a 2 day investigation they couldnt find the win anywhere.Sonya who is the supervisor in charge of my complaint was extremely rude and had the audacity to give me some parental advise.After being aware that my child was sick and suffering this condition, she told me it would be wise to keep my mobile device away from her as she was under aged.How dare she really, as any mental stimulation is a great thing for kids like my daughter with that kind of ilness..Not only havent they payed my daughter what was rightfully hers, Sonya had the nerve to offer me an extra 25% increase ontop of what i would purchase in the future as a one off..

I have been facing an unexpected problem which are so frustrating. On april 5. 2017 i have secured my winning stake as bigger three of a kind than my opponent. but unfortunately the winning stake went on my opponent though he had lesser three of a kind.! today i have lost my stake against single pair though i had double pair. it happened between 6-6:30 afternoon. i am facing more such type of unexpected problem.

I submitted to zynga a trouble ticket 5 days ago pertaining to the game CSR Racing 2 where my online profile was lost because of one of the support members messing it up and when I've tried contacting them for either reimbursement or some way to fix it they will not so much as respond. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game thru in app purchases and I'm starting to feel robbed by these ####

How in the world can Quads lose from full house?
I lost around 120M in that hand so now what shall i do to get it back because this is just insane.
And another complain is the tax you deduct from the hand that we wins and also some chips are deducted from the chips left safe by us which we have not taken to play in a table.
Really disappointed with that even after playing zynga poker from so many years.

I earned an extra farmhand by winning the county fair. He was taken away after one hour. That is it. It is a very easy fix yet I have to keep typing. Give me back the farm hand hat I earned. I apparently have to type 350 charters to be heard. How about you give me my farm hand back and 350 keys to make this worth my while. I have spent money playing this game that I have enjoyed ball in your court. I will not play again until I have heard from you
