Zumba Inappropriate behaviour zumba instructor

About 2 years ago I had a lot of trouble with a zumba instructor based in Blackpool by the name of Dan Whiston. As far as I was concerned it was all over and done with only now I find he is getting his zumba students to post despicable vile comments on my blog page, and they have even said they are his students. I have messaged Dan Whiston and his agent regarding this and have had no reply they are not denying it. As far as I'm concerned these comments are harassing and Internet bullying. He is a pathetic man who hides behind women and gets them to do his dirty work for him. This is despicable behavior from a professional zumba instructor.

Zumba I am complaining about using my certificate

I am Rosa Shapiro Instructor of Zumba Gold and Zumba 1 I work at Build up and Encourage with speacial needs I had done zumba Gold for two years already I teach the class Tuesday and Thursday I am the only Zumba Instructor at Build up and Encourage also I work as an assistant on March -3 -20 I go hurt at work doing something as assistant they sent home on Tuesday after I got hurt it is another instructor but no of Zumba she not certified I found out that this instructor Beatriz castellano did my class today Thursday March -5 -20 as Zumba no as a dancing class somebody asked what class it was and they said Zumba class thats is why I am doing this complain. Zumba Payment fraud made by Zumba

Hi,
My name is Vlad Radulian and 6-7 month ago I made a payment for a subscription for a friend Ruge Petru Nicolae who is a Zumba instructor, because I had a debt with him, using my Revolut card. I mention I have nothing to do with Zumba. It was just one payment for this debt. All good till now. After 6-7 month you took without my authorization my friends next subscribtion from my revolut card without my authorization by an offline transaction even if i had no money on my revolut and even if my revolut is not a credit card, but a debit card.I remember you i have nothing to do with zumba. Revolut filed a complain with you and now revolut took that amount from a national card i have with a bank in my country. How can you take money from accounts and people that have nothing to do with you. This is a fraude. Zumba zumba instructor network

My name is Lamia Fahim. My email address is [protected]@sabanciuniv.edu. I am a ZIN and SYNC member. I get charged USD 45.95 per month total to be part of both networks. However, I was charged TWICE this month. Once for this whole amount on the 2nd of October, 2019 and once more October 22nd, 2019 (today). I am attaching my bank‘s credit card receipts as proof. Why have I been charged twice? I have basically been overcharged and I need for this error to be fixed ASAP. Please help me.

Zumba instructor membership

This is what I am complaining about and that I intend to send to the relevant authorities against Zumba Fitness :

I was contacted months ago (almost a year or so) by a representant of Zumba telling me that my last payment had not been debited (I had lost my debit card and asked for another one) As it happens when he called me back in November 2018, I said not to send me anything anymore as I wanted to cancel my membership as I had not been teaching for two years. He was trying to force me not to do so by saying I could think about it.
For months until a week ago, I did not receive any mayerial., Discs or anything.
In April, I was bereaved from the last member on my dad's side of the family and someone called me again to whom I said I had cancelled already, ai didn't quite understand and thought it was just because there was still an option to get back into the scheme that he was calling me. I clearly stated AGAIN that it was a bad time and that I had already been contacted and didn't want to continue.
To my surprise I received yet another threatening phone call, again your representant trying to make me pause or reinstate or pay something that I have not wanted for almost a year.
I received those two dvds, I didn't open them, you are welcome to have them back, but it is very clear that your staff is trying to trick us, no matter how long we have been with you, giving impossible options or asking for undue money.
As my card had not been debited, the simple thing was not to send me any material anymore and cancel my membership, especially when asked to do so.
Unless this membership is now canceled I will turn to the Ombudsman which regulates all complaints such as mine within the UK, when customers are being forced into unwanted membership with unlawful automatic renewals and forcing customers to call the Zumba 'helpline' to cancel as no email or mail can be accepted!

What happens in the US is one thing, there are laws to protect customers against abusive schemes elsewhere too.

Thank you once for all for cancelling my membership, not trying to withdraw any money anymore and I will return the only material I received in over a year (apparently Zin volume 82) to the address you will indicate me.

Zumba I am complaining about my zumba fee refund.

Dear Sir,

Four days ago I joined the Zumba class in which I was given a free trial for 2 days and the next day zumba instructor spoke to me for a fee and I paid the fee for the next day... Suddenly my foot got factored due to which the doctor has told me for 3 months bed rest and I will not be able to join Jumma class in the end. I told the zumba instructor to refund my fees but he told me that Zumba.com does not return fee... and he started talking to me inappropriately, Sir please do some regarding of it so that I can get my fee refunded and if I ever get a chance in the future, I definitely join Zumba... Will but i want my refund right now...So please help me...And solve my issue...

Zumba instructor victoria Nolasco has been very possessive over her clients (students) not wanting them to go to other Zumba instructors and bullies them into staying in her class only!!! I am one of her victims!!! She did not make me feel very welcomed and I felt very uncomfortable in her classes she has preference over her friends and made me feel not...

Zumba uncertified coaching by idec dance and event company

Dear sir/madam, this instructor name anand raghavan and his team are taking zumba class and none of them are licenced as I checked on your database, he also teach zumba in many areas in boisar and he is not licenced for that one either,
Academy name - idec dance and event company. In boisar west.
This is injustice for other academy those who are paying per month for zin membership.
Kindly take some legal possible action.

Zumba instructor no licence

Dear sir/madam, this instructor suzanne maynard is not licenced as I checked on your database, she also teach zumba to schools and she is not licenced for that one either, I tried to report her through your website but does not work.
Her fitness page is called supernovahealthandfitness, her link is : also she works in this company : http://www.phpt.co.uk/this-week-we-hone-in-on-the-back-and-oblique-work/ and does classes for the school in east lothian without licence.
Please stop this .

Zumba deactivated the account

My name pradeep yerolla I have deactivated my zin account and send mail to the zumba.com. After two months again my account activated and deducted the money from credit card. I want immediate response from you as I dont wanna continue as zin so kindly refund the money I have sent mails to the zumba.com and I didnt recieve response from them of deactivation and credit card was of my friend so he camcelled the card and he changed the card no but after two months again amount was deducted from his card as I want you to refund the money back respond immediately

Zumba aakriti chhabra

Aakriti Chhabra a ZIN member was a trainer of mine. I later discontinued her services due to lack of professionalism in her class. Constant cancellation of classes, no substitutes available, has given me immense mental pressure coz of her. She started another batch nearby and took away all my clients promising them longer duration and half the price is the regular zumba fees.
This has caused immense damage to my business. I request Zumba authorities to cancel her certification at the earliest as she is a big threat to the zumba Fitness circle. My number [protected]

I too disagree as Aakriti is very much professional n as a client i switched over to her classes reason being she is really gud at her job. Adding on it was my sole decision whom i choose and no influence other than a superb class n u great workout would have changed my mind. Moreover she is no way a threat to zumba infact she is a blessing to many of the ladies out dere including me for zumba fitness.

I completely disagree with this... i left dynamic because there were no fixed zumba instructor evrytime there was new instructor some wer good some wer not but it keept changing due to which it was not convienient for me to continue over there ...so then i joined akritis claas beacuse i really liked her intense training which would help me loose weight ...as a client i would invest money where i will get better services . As above said half the fee we are paying which is not true infact we are paying more ..akriti took class even when suda and jasmin wer there we continued there because i was happy and satisfied then...nothing personal

Zumba zumba instructor attacking minor students

I have been member of éxito studio for 15 months. My daughter and I started attending classes on regular basis. On january 29, after the 8 pm class my daughter told me that teresa ponce and mayola santiago where trying to start a fight with her and another minor. As I was questioning my daughter teresa confronted and push my daughter and the other minor. I asked her to calm down it wasn't the moment being there was other fellow students. Nancy the owner of éxito and main instructor tried to take control of the situation. But teresa keep making a scene. Mayola went to added on. I did tell nancy that this was very unprofessional and no instructor should push or put their hands on any students especially minors. She did agree with me. She said she will bring it to their attention. But how many times do you need to have something brought to your attention before changes happen? I ask for zumba to reconsider on whose certify this is unacceptable. This is not first time mayola santiago is involved in a confrontation. I asked that zumba organization take several actions. I

Zumba missing refund for returned merchandise

I have returned merchandise to Zumba (Canada) which was received by Zumba on October 17, 2017. I have not received any refund up to today, Nov 19, 2017. I have followed up with Zumba two weeks ago and have sent the parcel tracking number with the confirmation of delivery. Even after providing this information, I have not received a refund. I have asked to speak to a manager to discuss the general business practice of Zumba to unreasonably delay refunds and was promised that a manager would call. I arranged to be called on Friday last week, but no one called and I have not received an answer from customer service as to where my refund is.
This has not been an isolated incident. When I returned some merchandise a couple of months ago, it took 2 months to get my refund after numerous emails and phone calls from my side. This is unacceptable customer service. Customers are being told that refunds will be applied within 14 days and Zumba needs to be held accountable to that.

Zumba free zumba outfit promised-code not working and only offered 40.00 off

Dear sir/madam

I attended the zumba basic training approximately 6 months ago and have been paying my monthly subscription to zin since despite being unable to start classes due to various reasons including health! I am paying more for my zin membership then my colleagues who were zumba trained before me!
I was given a voucher code for a free outfit ie top and bottoms-I emailed zin at the time and asked if I could change the items as I am short and the leggings on offer seemed very long plus I dont wear sleeveless tops and the only offer i was given was a sleeveless top! After a lot of toing and frowing with emails they said no!
Some time later I thus tried to redeem the voucher code on the items I had and it said that the voucher code had expired-despite there being no expiry date on it.

Then it took me a couple of weeks or so to get response to emails about this saying that I would be given a £40.00 discount off my order for an outfit and this would expire at the end of December. I am not happy with this as the retail discounted vaue with zin membership of the free outfit I was being offered was £52.75 and not £40.00 and so this is really unfair as it is impossible to get a decent full outfit in that unless I pick sale items. I tried calling your office and was speaking to a lady in London office but got cut off 3/4 times and left 2 messages! Lily has just phoned me bac k and kindly discussed the case with me and said that the higher dept were not willing to offer any more so I have asked her to refer again as it is really not a great deal to ask to get what you are entitled to!

Also I asked about getting the cds instead of getting them digitally and I was told I can have both or just digital but if I want the cds too then I will have to pay an additional 9 dollars and 99 per month! This is really unfair as my colleagues who are previous instructors get it included in their membership and are paying less than me!

What I am however happy about is that I spoke to Boris in another dept about suspending my zin membership for a few months and he said he can sort this for me. I will phone back next month after downloading music I have paid for so far!

I would like an additional voucher of £15.00 to be issued to me from ZIN to cover the cost of a full outfit and out an end to this dissatisfaction and resentment as a matter of principal

Zumba cancellation process

Hi this is Kylen Plummer. On October 23rd I tried calling the corporate office twice to cancel my membership and both times they said that someone would call me back and no one did. Both times I called, the operator said that the people who deal with cancellations were too busy at the moment. How difficult is it to just cancel my membership in the computer. They had my account right infront of them. No one is going convince me to keep my membership. I need my membership canceled as soon as possible. If they continue to ignore me and charge my credit card in the next couple days I am going to take further action. Thank you.

Zumba an instructor

I recently joined my local gym and since I used to be a dancer and trained teacher I went straight for the Zumba class. I have loved Zumba for many years now but since moving counties had yet to find a new class. I was shocked at the level of fitness of the instructor, or lack of it, to begin with and the her class started. I could have walked out! But you get out what you put in and I've have stuck around. This woman is diabolical! Not only that but I am surprised no one has been injured due to her "class " . She cannot count beats or complete moves properly, she barely speaks through the class let alone instruct and doesn't even clap! She has no idea how to stretch properly Nd doesn't even wiggle her hips! She gives Zumba a bad name and should not be an instructor. I do feel bad, I checked her profile on here and she has been an instructor for 5 years but his knows how! I will not be going back to one of her classes, I'll find something else to do instead. I hope to get fit enough to do my own Zumba qualification next year but won't be learning off her!

Zumba zumba certification

Hello,
I had given my training fee through credit card first for delhi but due to some problems I am not able to attend that but I had hold the training through your website with the help of ZES Prateek kundial sir.
Than Again I had applied for chandigarh zumba certification training I had to give 35$ extra for it I had pay through PayPal but I have not got confirmation email yet for zumba training in chandigarh what should I do now please help as soon as possible because training is on this 23 and 24th September.

Zumba zin membership and license

I officially cancelled my Zumba membership with the penalty of losing my license after over 4 years of faithfully paying my membership dues. It feels like a slap in my face from Zumba with treating their committed instructors like another stream of revenue to make money off of by providing insructors with little options for continuing education or ways to keep their license current aside from paying their monthly ZIN membership fee that Ive not benefited off of but continued to pay for years. Their Zumba Instructor teachers falsely advertise to and manipulate new instructors by giving them the wrong information about recertification options just to sell these Zin memberships. The worst customer service ever and worst certifying company ever.I dont recommend anyone in the fitness industry to consider Zumba in their fitness careers for the reason that they treat their instructors like a sales gain not caring about wanting them to succeed as Fitness Professionals unless they are profitting off of them

I have done the same thing. It wasn't made clear that it was a franchise in the very beginning --- usually franchises train and have systems in place for 'new business owners' in order to become successful. I find it unfortunate that there is a tremendous lack of support for new instructors (was not there when I took two trainings - one for adults and one for children - in 2013). I don't think it's necessary to have to pay a monthly franchise fee --- however it's marketed as a 'membership fee' --- it's definitely not a club, there would be benefits such as continuing education for the teachers. Yoga teachers (I'm also a yoga teacher) do not have to pay their yoga schools that they trained at a monthly fee in order to teach. It's a lot of hype with zero support. I agree with your observation: it's an organization that only sees dollar signs when new teachers come on board. I also recommend not training with this organization .
