Zumba aakriti chhabra

Aakriti Chhabra a ZIN member was a trainer of mine. I later discontinued her services due to lack of professionalism in her class. Constant cancellation of classes, no substitutes available, has given me immense mental pressure coz of her. She started another batch nearby and took away all my clients promising them longer duration and half the price is the regular zumba fees.
This has caused immense damage to my business. I request Zumba authorities to cancel her certification at the earliest as she is a big threat to the zumba Fitness circle. My number [protected]

I too disagree as Aakriti is very much professional n as a client i switched over to her classes reason being she is really gud at her job. Adding on it was my sole decision whom i choose and no influence other than a superb class n u great workout would have changed my mind. Moreover she is no way a threat to zumba infact she is a blessing to many of the ladies out dere including me for zumba fitness.

I completely disagree with this... i left dynamic because there were no fixed zumba instructor evrytime there was new instructor some wer good some wer not but it keept changing due to which it was not convienient for me to continue over there ...so then i joined akritis claas beacuse i really liked her intense training which would help me loose weight ...as a client i would invest money where i will get better services . As above said half the fee we are paying which is not true infact we are paying more ..akriti took class even when suda and jasmin wer there we continued there because i was happy and satisfied then...nothing personal

Zumba zumba instructor attacking minor students

I have been member of éxito studio for 15 months. My daughter and I started attending classes on regular basis. On january 29, after the 8 pm class my daughter told me that teresa ponce and mayola santiago where trying to start a fight with her and another minor. As I was questioning my daughter teresa confronted and push my daughter and the other minor. I asked her to calm down it wasn't the moment being there was other fellow students. Nancy the owner of éxito and main instructor tried to take control of the situation. But teresa keep making a scene. Mayola went to added on. I did tell nancy that this was very unprofessional and no instructor should push or put their hands on any students especially minors. She did agree with me. She said she will bring it to their attention. But how many times do you need to have something brought to your attention before changes happen? I ask for zumba to reconsider on whose certify this is unacceptable. This is not first time mayola santiago is involved in a confrontation. I asked that zumba organization take several actions. I

Zumba missing refund for returned merchandise

I have returned merchandise to Zumba (Canada) which was received by Zumba on October 17, 2017. I have not received any refund up to today, Nov 19, 2017. I have followed up with Zumba two weeks ago and have sent the parcel tracking number with the confirmation of delivery. Even after providing this information, I have not received a refund. I have asked to speak to a manager to discuss the general business practice of Zumba to unreasonably delay refunds and was promised that a manager would call. I arranged to be called on Friday last week, but no one called and I have not received an answer from customer service as to where my refund is.
This has not been an isolated incident. When I returned some merchandise a couple of months ago, it took 2 months to get my refund after numerous emails and phone calls from my side. This is unacceptable customer service. Customers are being told that refunds will be applied within 14 days and Zumba needs to be held accountable to that.

Zumba free zumba outfit promised-code not working and only offered 40.00 off

Dear sir/madam

I attended the zumba basic training approximately 6 months ago and have been paying my monthly subscription to zin since despite being unable to start classes due to various reasons including health! I am paying more for my zin membership then my colleagues who were zumba trained before me!
I was given a voucher code for a free outfit ie top and bottoms-I emailed zin at the time and asked if I could change the items as I am short and the leggings on offer seemed very long plus I dont wear sleeveless tops and the only offer i was given was a sleeveless top! After a lot of toing and frowing with emails they said no!
Some time later I thus tried to redeem the voucher code on the items I had and it said that the voucher code had expired-despite there being no expiry date on it.

Then it took me a couple of weeks or so to get response to emails about this saying that I would be given a £40.00 discount off my order for an outfit and this would expire at the end of December. I am not happy with this as the retail discounted vaue with zin membership of the free outfit I was being offered was £52.75 and not £40.00 and so this is really unfair as it is impossible to get a decent full outfit in that unless I pick sale items. I tried calling your office and was speaking to a lady in London office but got cut off 3/4 times and left 2 messages! Lily has just phoned me bac k and kindly discussed the case with me and said that the higher dept were not willing to offer any more so I have asked her to refer again as it is really not a great deal to ask to get what you are entitled to!

Also I asked about getting the cds instead of getting them digitally and I was told I can have both or just digital but if I want the cds too then I will have to pay an additional 9 dollars and 99 per month! This is really unfair as my colleagues who are previous instructors get it included in their membership and are paying less than me!

What I am however happy about is that I spoke to Boris in another dept about suspending my zin membership for a few months and he said he can sort this for me. I will phone back next month after downloading music I have paid for so far!

I would like an additional voucher of £15.00 to be issued to me from ZIN to cover the cost of a full outfit and out an end to this dissatisfaction and resentment as a matter of principal

Zumba cancellation process

Hi this is Kylen Plummer. On October 23rd I tried calling the corporate office twice to cancel my membership and both times they said that someone would call me back and no one did. Both times I called, the operator said that the people who deal with cancellations were too busy at the moment. How difficult is it to just cancel my membership in the computer. They had my account right infront of them. No one is going convince me to keep my membership. I need my membership canceled as soon as possible. If they continue to ignore me and charge my credit card in the next couple days I am going to take further action. Thank you.

Zumba an instructor

I recently joined my local gym and since I used to be a dancer and trained teacher I went straight for the Zumba class. I have loved Zumba for many years now but since moving counties had yet to find a new class. I was shocked at the level of fitness of the instructor, or lack of it, to begin with and the her class started. I could have walked out! But you get out what you put in and I've have stuck around. This woman is diabolical! Not only that but I am surprised no one has been injured due to her "class " . She cannot count beats or complete moves properly, she barely speaks through the class let alone instruct and doesn't even clap! She has no idea how to stretch properly Nd doesn't even wiggle her hips! She gives Zumba a bad name and should not be an instructor. I do feel bad, I checked her profile on here and she has been an instructor for 5 years but his knows how! I will not be going back to one of her classes, I'll find something else to do instead. I hope to get fit enough to do my own Zumba qualification next year but won't be learning off her!

Zumba zumba certification

Hello,
I had given my training fee through credit card first for delhi but due to some problems I am not able to attend that but I had hold the training through your website with the help of ZES Prateek kundial sir.
Than Again I had applied for chandigarh zumba certification training I had to give 35$ extra for it I had pay through PayPal but I have not got confirmation email yet for zumba training in chandigarh what should I do now please help as soon as possible because training is on this 23 and 24th September.

Zumba zin membership and license

I officially cancelled my Zumba membership with the penalty of losing my license after over 4 years of faithfully paying my membership dues. It feels like a slap in my face from Zumba with treating their committed instructors like another stream of revenue to make money off of by providing insructors with little options for continuing education or ways to keep their license current aside from paying their monthly ZIN membership fee that Ive not benefited off of but continued to pay for years. Their Zumba Instructor teachers falsely advertise to and manipulate new instructors by giving them the wrong information about recertification options just to sell these Zin memberships. The worst customer service ever and worst certifying company ever.I dont recommend anyone in the fitness industry to consider Zumba in their fitness careers for the reason that they treat their instructors like a sales gain not caring about wanting them to succeed as Fitness Professionals unless they are profitting off of them

I have done the same thing. It wasn't made clear that it was a franchise in the very beginning --- usually franchises train and have systems in place for 'new business owners' in order to become successful. I find it unfortunate that there is a tremendous lack of support for new instructors (was not there when I took two trainings - one for adults and one for children - in 2013). I don't think it's necessary to have to pay a monthly franchise fee --- however it's marketed as a 'membership fee' --- it's definitely not a club, there would be benefits such as continuing education for the teachers. Yoga teachers (I'm also a yoga teacher) do not have to pay their yoga schools that they trained at a monthly fee in order to teach. It's a lot of hype with zero support. I agree with your observation: it's an organization that only sees dollar signs when new teachers come on board. I also recommend not training with this organization .

Zumba instructor training course with sandra bayliss

On the 16th of July 2016 with Zumba Instructors Training Course run by Sandra Lizeth Bayliss in Birmingham, UK.
I booked the course on the 16th of June 2016 paying in full.
On the same day I had communication with the above mentioned instructor by email so she had my correct email.
On the16th of July me and my partner left London at about 6am to be in Birmingham in time. My partner took the day off work to drive me there (100miles) as there was no available public transport that would allow me to reach the venue in time. I arrived at the West Bromwich Leisure Center at 8.30am where there was no sign of any zumba class. The highest management got involved and after checking all the records they confirmed that there was neither booking nor cancellation of the booking for the above mentioned class.
There was another attendee for the class as well.
The above mentioned instructor was uncontactable on all the phone numbers I had, emails and Facebook. NO updated address on her website. No attempt from her to call me.
At 22.30 she called me to say that the venue went ahead but on different address.
My email bounced back as she used a different email (not the one we communicated). I asked why she didn't contact me by phone or Facebook or just updated the information on the website-her answer was there are too many people.
She also hung up the phone before I even finished the sentence.
I paid £203.90 for the course, £70.00 on travel expenses and my partner lost £500.00 being off work that day.
This course is very important for my professional development and job and I would still like to attend but with a different instructor and in London. I also would like all of my expenses to be compensated.

Hey, thanks for sharing this with us. Everyone loves to do zumba in my society, specially women. They enjoy a lot and we add some more supplements with zumba from [removed] for our health, fitness, and beauty. Can we have more instruction about it?

Zumba zin now - membership

Hi there, I cannot access my ZIN NOW downloads or choreography. it says I dont have access as I am not a Zin Member however I have paid up until January 2016. This has been going on for over a month. I have called and spoken with several people and have answered the same questions only to be told they would forward it to the technical team. Its been a week since i spoke to the last customer service person and still haven't heard back. Ive sent 5 or 6 emails also with screen shots to show the problem, and have had no reply. I have tried using different browsers and this does not change anything. Can someone please shine some light

Zumba charged me $600

Zumba-Fitness.Com took advantage of my debit card information and charged me $600 AFTER I had already given them 60 days’ notice to terminate my membership. I called headquarters repeatedly and was told that it was a mistake. They even told bank of America that the money would be replaced by Friday that same week. But who will return me money I paid for the overdraft they caused?

Zumba business practices

I just saw the Zumba offer on tv and called the phone number to order it, and I got an automated voice. I should have hung up when they asked for my credit card info immediately. But stupidly I keyed in my account number. That's when the nightmare began.

I got spiel after spiel for offers and upgrades, that you have to go through, and there is no customer service option, no summary of my order, just the the talk of "payments!" But never an amount mentioned... They just say if you want to find out more, go to zumbaorderstatus status.com.

So I went there and thy say it will take 24 hours before I can find out about my order. This feels like they stole my credit card. These people must be put out of business. The way they do their tv and online sales from their website and over the phone is frightening.

I'm reporting them to the FTC, Better Business Bureau and everywhere else I can think of. And putting a stop on my credit card! Beware folks. Get this product from a reputable outlet. Do NOT purchase by phone or online at zumbafitness.com!

Zumba horrible customer service

I placed my order for 2 Zumba Fitness video sets on December 2, 2012. I checked the status of my order after 10 days to se where is was and could not find any record of my order number given for 1 of the 2 and the 2nd stated it was cancelled. I called the customer service number and it seems my order was flagged as fraud because I ordered 2. Ok, here it is December 10th getting closer to Christmas no order in place I have spent 20 minutes on the phone and 10 minutes tracking down the info online... The Customer Service representative states when I ask her if she can help out with the shipping to make sure I receive before Christmas states the only thing she can do is give me 5.00 off both orders. I say "great!" and she stated "both will be shipped 7-10 business days for arrival". Here it is December 18th and I receive an email stating that my order has been cancelled via email! Once again I call and explain to the Customer Service Representative who explains she can see in the notes that I called and let them know I authorized the 2 orders and that it should not have been cancelled. She also explains that it will not arrive before Christmas. I let her know that is not acceptable since the order was placed on December 2nd, well in time for me to receive before Christmas and again I verified on the 10th, again in time for me to receive before Christmas. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes and told I would be charges for shipping but they would sent out priority shipping for me at no cost. I said "if you are charging me shipping there is a cost and that is not customer service" Jose the "Manager" employee #3000276 was on the phone and stated that is all they could do and they are not authorized to do anything else. They could either send it out regular shipping and *** the shipping charges and I would get after Christmas or I could pay for the Shipping and get the program before Christmas. Again, I asked "how is that customer service?" If I am paying for the service how are you paying for your mistakes? They did not offer any compensation. Every company has a customer shipping charge and a company shipping charge, every company gets a reduced rate for shipping any package - they just add "handling charges" for someone putting a shipping label on the package. I am outraged at the lack of customer service this company has. NO offer sending another disc as a thank you for putting up with our lack of sense to read notes on orders or as an apology! Really sad. Training for them is needed by someone who knows customer service - this company does not know anything about customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If you are interested in the workout DVDs then you should order them from another company. I canceled my order in early December because they kept saying that there was an issue with my credit card. I contacted my bank and was told that there was no issue. I told Zumba Fitness to cancel my order and I simply ordered it from another company about a few days later. A month later I received a Zumba Fitness collection and my credit card was charged. When I called the customer service number I was told that they have no record of me canceling my order and that I would have to ship it back at my own expense and would not be refunded the shipping and handeling.

Zumba no notification about balance expiring

I am extremely disappointed with the way Zumba has handled business with me. At Fall last year, I have registered to attend a Zumba instructor training but unfortunately could not, because i had a major surgery done. So, I called Zumba and notified them that I would not be able to attend the training and would have to put that balance on hold for future training. So, one year later I haven't heard from them...the only things that I would get would be advertisements to buy their things and so on. NEVER got a notification email saying my account balance would expire. Humm..I wonder why. Perhaps they would love to keep my money. Well, today, just got a notification saying that it has expired. Somehow this notification "made its way" to my inbox. I called their customer service and they LIED to me saying that they have send THREE notification emails alerting me about this matter. I told them I have not gotten anything from them, and they kept on telling me they did send so. Basically they were calling me a liar.
Please stay away from this company. They really careless about you and just want your money. It is sad that companies out there have absolutely no idea of what good business is all about.

Zumba did not order

Looked at website to think about ordering, but when they kept advertising to add things to the order, I opted out and didn't finish the transaction. They shipped out the order anyway, not even close to the way I originally going to order. They refuse to cancel the transaction, and are telling me there is a restocking charge if I refuse the order. Am turning them into the better business bureau and will be filing a complaint with the US postal service, for shipping something to me that I did not order.

Zumba quality & customer service

I have ordered Zumba DVDs from this company. It wasn't obvious at the beginning where the company was operating from. I just knew when the payment went through in Chinese Currency. The package arrived two weeks later but most of the DVDs are faulty. They are poor copies of 'Gutry Renker' Products and couple of them are so faulty that they are beyond use. I have emailed them over and over but they don't respond. Once again, Chinese products ... what did I expect? When the whole world is going down Chinese are getting richer and dodgier ... I am not a racist (I have multi-cultural background myself), but how chinese are misusing the world's trust is unforgiveable.

Zumba charging $59.85 without our agreement

My husband ordered me the Total Transformation System from www.zumbafitness.com and I received the first set about a week ago. The first set is two DVD-s and the toning sticks. He was under the impression that they were $19.95, as the infomercial states. But after the initial order they set you up for automatic shipments of more DVD's...the next shipment is in April and the charge is $59.85. Who knows how many they are going to send after that and now they have our credit card number! I do not want this system and am going to try to return all of it and stop this process...I just can't afford it right now and this whole company is sketchy...they aren't even affiliated with zumba.com. They are the same company that sells other TV products like Pillow Pets and the Finishing Touch Hair Trimmer. If you want Zumba products I recommend ordering directly from Zumba.com.
