Magiseal Furniture

I bought the furniture from Brault & Martineau 4 years ago with 10 years warranty with Magiseal.

I called them for some cleaning some stain on my sofa and they said that you should called us immediately after you have some stain on you sofa and these stains are not in warranty.

Also , he spoke ver bad .

They are the worst company in Canada.

I will call client protection too.

It is unbelievable!

Magiseal Sectional couch purchased at brault martineau

Purchased a couch 3 years ago and paid for a 10 year warranty for cleaning. Second time I have called and supervisor Tony refuses to clean. He states the couch is soiled and is rude and sarcastic. Couch is in great condition and had 2 stains recently occur. As time passes all couches get soiled ( even though mine is in great shape) so what is the point of a warranty. I filed my claim within 24 hours to deal with a horrible man, Tony with zero class and respect for clients. He laughed in my face when I said I was reaching out to his boss because he is the supervisor. If I were magi Seal would definitely not want a man like that representing my company. Is everyone's warranty void as soon as Tony says its soiled. How did he determine its soiled?

Desired outcome: Couch to be cleaned like warranty promises

i have 10 years treatment plan, I called them for treatment of stains on the couch but they denied claim. They are just taking the money from people without giving service. Beware!

I recently had the same experience as you. How I can complain about them ? I can’t understand why brault & Martineau sell their warranty to the clients, it is very bad for their reputation.

Magiseal Customer service

Had an appointment for my sectional I purchased at Leon's. Was for Friday between 1-5pm. The technician calls at 12:29 says he will be there in 15 min. I tell him She will be there in about 20-25 min. (Appointment was for 1-5). I see on my camera he shows up at 12:40 gets out of his black car and rings the bell. Of course he knows no one is home. Jumps in his car and is gone at 12:42. We showed up at 12:46.
I called his office and they don't understand and try to call the tech. Someone named Tony calls me back and says I missed my appointment and I need to reschedule. I told him to tell the tech to come back and he refused. I hang up and his office calls me back and says the tech waited but nobody showed up. I told them the manager Tony called and explained. The lady said that she was the manager and Tony was the tech. All a bunch of liars. I called Leon's and they are trying to work it out with me.
After reading all kinds of reviews on Magiseal I now see what kind of service I will be getting from them. I'll be canceling the appointment and getting my money back.

Magiseal leather sofa

Worst company ever do not recommend. Do not buy Magiseal warranty its a scam. Our son urinated on the sofa and we cleaned of with damp cloth and some of the colour had come off. We called and submitted claim and pics. They told us its not covered because of discolouration they only cover stains. Like urine on there warranty paper is suppose to be covered it says right on there warranty. The urine is the stain and the affect of wiping off the urine has removed the colour. They are liars and fraudulent people.

Magiseal couch protector

worst service i have ever paid for. Was given one appointment on a weekend since i work all week. the man called me after the window (10-3) said his car broke down and he wasn't able to make it that day and that i would get a call the following working day to re-schedule. I understood- waited for the call- and took the next available day which was a month later. Then Friday (07/26/19) I received a text message confirming my appointment for Saturday (07/29/19) from 10-3. Saturday came. I waited for the time- i waited untill 5pm... no text, no phone call... nothing. They are closed on the weekend so there is no way to reach them... completely unacceptable for a service that I paid for and was given confirmation for. Requesting a refund today and NEVER using them again.

Magiseal Can'by what I want because no credit car??

Hello.
I would like to buy the plastic containers - 4 or more bottles - Leather Care moisturizer) Magi SEAL for sofas bought Chez Léon.

Magiseal Scam

This company is a scam. Called the zucora the day my furniture got a tear. Took 2 months to have a service tech come out just to take pictures and 2 more weeks to get an answer. 2. 5 months just for them to tell me it is not a covered repair. They said their "accidental tears" only qualify if it's what they considerate "accidental". . . Sitting on your couch and your jeans get caught is not accidental. . . But they will cover your dog's piss 100%. They're customer service reps sound like kids. They never once called me to tell me what was going on. I called them about 8 times to get an updated. They told me different stories the first 4 weeks. Do not buy the insurance! Save yourself the money!

Magiseal - Service

Back in December my husband and I bought a sectional from Leons and got the magiseal applied to our couches. Well when we bought the furniture we were told that the magiseal place would remove stains from our furniture and if they couldn't remove them they would replace the fabric, well i called about some stains on my couches and magiseal refuses to come...
