ZoeSweet clothing

Ordered $142 worth of merchandise on October 9 still have not received any of it none of the tracking numbers they have sent give any information and I have not heard back from the company about if I can at least get a refund for my payment or get the merchandise I ordered and paid for. See the attached photos of my order and paid receipt and amounts . I have not received one piece of merchandise yet and I have sent them an email regarding my concern and that I would like a refund merchandise or a RMA number so that when I do receive the product I can send it back and get a refund their reviews were startling and I hadn't read them before I ordered unfortunately I am concerned

ZoeSweet zoesweet

Fraudulent company! This company is a complete fraud. Do not order from them. I ordered over $400 worth of items. Only one item arrived after 20 business days and it was not a blue leather sandal as shown online or described. It smells terribly. It is plastic . The only thing that is right according to my order is that its blue. I can find no customer service number. Buyer beware! This is a huge scam. Where are the other items for which I spend over $400! Not returning my emails and can find no number on any packing slip. Says it's being shipped from Ch8na but actually packing slip is from Chino, CA.

ZoeSweet ordered cotton and linen, received synthetic clothing

These clothing are cheaply made with synthetics and poor quality crafted. Totally different than what you see on the pictures. Although described as cotton or linen, they are made of synthetic material. The very low quality product come from China, that means you not only loose your money but also get stuck with the inferior product, because to send them back to China is a lot more expensive than the cost of the items. Beware if you're allergic to the synthetics and dyes, I ended up spending $500 in steroids meds due to a severe allergy caused by just handling the clothings From Zoesweet, even after several emails back and forth with the customer service, yet the company didn't send a label to return their junk.

I am trying to put in a request to cancel order # ZW820620 before it ships I just ordered it on the 26th 11:30 p.m . It was a plus size womans long pattern thick faux mink fur leather parka winter coat

ZoeSweet clothing

I have tried several times over the course of several days to contact the company about returning 3 shirts that I ordered in XX2 which are way too small but cannot get any response at all. I want to return these shirts and it has become a time-consuming rip-off. I want a refund and then you will never hear from me again.

If you had responded to my attempts to return these items it would have been well within the 15 day limit to return. I expect that to be honored because this is not my fault and has turned on-line shopping into a nightmare.

ZoeSweet the shirts that I ordered don't look anything like the clothing that they picture on their website.

I ordered 5 shirts on June 13th. The first 2 of 5 were delivered on July 5th. When I opened the package I was expecting the first 2 photo's that are from the website the second 2 pictures are what I actually received.
The next shirt arrived on July 22nd I refused it at the post office and the last 2 shirts arrived August 11th I again refused them at the post office to be returned to sender. The material and quality of these clothes are sub-standard.

I have had the same terrible experience. They took $400 from me and only one old pair of cheap blue plastic sandals arrived. It's been over 20 business days. Complete fraud! Cannot find a customer service number.

ZoeSweet will not contact me for items to be returned

Received my order from these people but all the clothes were way too small. It was almost like the clothes came from China because of the sizing. Their website said in order to return items you must contact them. I sent several emails to service@zoesweet.com but they will not respond. It has been over a week. My order included several items and almost $200.
Their return policy says: 15 days east return or exchange

Me too! This is the worst site ever! They totally cheated me out of $65 with no way to return my items that were totally damaged in shipping. I sent pictures of proof that they were damaged but they would not send me a return address or a refund. Skip this site! Cheap materials too!

Terrible company. I ordered two blouses with the exact same size and different color. Same style. One is much bigger than the other. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I'd ordered the blouses to take on vacation, however they arrived late, and I'd already left. Because I was away, I was unable to notify them to return within their 15 day return policy window, so they refused to allow me to return it, even after I'd explained that it was a manufacturing defect (for which Massachusetts law requires replacement or refund, at seller's option).
In the same order (placed June 11) I ordered a dress which I still have not received. Today is November 1. I've of course already paid in full, and despite several emails, requesting information, I've received no estimate for delivery. It's a dress I'd really wanted, although at this point, I am sick of waiting but am also concerned about whether they'd refund if I cancel the order? Customer service correspondence has been very unhelpful.

Do not buy anything from this company! Ordered September 3rd and received September 20th. I bought a pair of shoes but then had second thoughts about the legitimacy of the company/website. I should have Googled them first. A short 3.5 hours after placing my order I sent an email to service@zoesweet.com because I wanted a record of me contacting them versus using their "contact us" form. I was contacted the next day and told my order had already shipped. The website says orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded unless your order has already shipped. I really doubt my order was shipped within 3.5 of ordering and I think this is just one part of their scam. The shoes arrived packaged in a plastic bag within another plastic bag. It was evident, even before removing the second clear plastic bag, that they were not the name brand Alegria as purported on the website. The shoes were a super cheap knock-off constructed with inferior materials. The shoes were so carelessly packaged both shoes were damaged with scuffs on both and the toe of one shoe had been pushed in (no packing inside the toe) and it couldn't be corrected. Zoesweet continues to deny shipping fraudulent shoes, takes no responsibility for carelessly packaging their junk, and says they'll only refund me if I pay to ship this garbage back to them. I have no faith that they will acknowledge receiving the crappy shoes OR refund me so I'm not wasting anymore time or money on this wreck of a business.

Ok, kids! I got the address for returns! What I did was first contact my credit card company and file a dispute. THEN, they "magically" supplied a return label. As a result, the card company closed my dispute. However, I opened it again with evidence of shipping. I spoke to the post office clerk who said that as long as I shipped back the items, I'd be entitled to a refund. So I took pics of the receipts and the PO worker with my parcel. I sent all that along with the request for a refund to my card company.

Meanwhile, here is the address for you. Good luck! And these guys deserve bad things to happen to them! Infuriating, isnt' it?

Guys! I FINALLY got a return label after I called my credit card and had the charge reversed. THEN they answered up after ignoring my multiple emails. The clothes are awful and they ignore your request to return. Now it's $40 to return the clothes, and still I feel they might deny the refund because with the label they said they would determine if the clothes weren't as described or not. If so, THEN they would refund! SO shady! AVOID FOR SURE!

My problem right now with this seller is: they sent multiple items in two different shipments and are claiming all the items have been sent ! I’m missing a pair of shoes but was already billed for them and can’t get a refund. PayPal is at least helping me with the claim, but they are scammers! I should have heeded all the warnings and didn’t. Never again. Rip Off!

I am having the same problem. It took me 6 weeks and many emails to get my order. I ordered three things all the same size, but they all fit differently. The website said they are made of cotton but there is no way! The fabric is so cheap. I requested a return and they suggested I take a 15% discount instead and have them altered to fit. I could never fine someone to alter this junk! They said it will cost me to much money to send them back. But if i have to spend every dime of my return they will get them back. Also had trouble with another website Noracora, found out these are owned by the same company. Watch out.
