I placed my order for a copy of Song of the South on July 07, 2019.
To date I have not gotten any responses, no apologies, no dvd, no refund, nothing. I've reached out through the website and e-mail several times. At this point I am considering this site a scam.
Desired outcome: The only thing the company can do is refund my money.

On May 9th I ordered two dvd's order number 81828 - Kitty and Five Graves to Cairo. I received the Kitty DVD and it is fine. BUT the second dvd you sent was not what I ordered.You sent History is Made at Night. Not only did I not order that, but the DVD is defective to boot. After playing a minute or two the screen freezes.
I don't want History is Made at Night. I want what I ordered - Five Graves to Cairo. Please correct the error and send me what I ordered.

not getting 2 replacement dvd's
I bought the gay sisters 1942 order #77685 on dec.27th 2021 $9.99 plus sh. It was damaged , I sent it back feb.7 2022 for a replacement. on jan.26th 2022 bought above suspicion 1943 joan crawford, order #78743 i was sent a different movie ,i sent it back feb.22 2022 for a replacement. i have not heard a word about anything, it's now march24 2022. ithem ,so what's the problem? want both these movies and would like to have them .
Desired outcome: i would like to have both these dvd's replaced.
DVD never received
Ordered and payed for the DVD, never received. After numerous...numerous...and numerous attempts to contact these people there has still been no return communication. Called bank will dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

and two calls. Why are they still in biusiness. I'm filing a complaint with the Flordia Atty General. How they get away with this indifference to the consumer is an outrage. I'll do all I can on social medis to warn the uninformed; ZEUS is truly a myth. The ruins are here to observe...

Above is the current status of a DVD I ordered from Zeus in November 2020. This was the first time I've ordered from Zeus. I have emailed several times, requesting an update, and received no acknowledgement or response. I sent an email through last week requesting a refund at this point, and still no response.
Their customer service appears to be nonexistent. Until they had my order in stock, they should not have charged me or, at the very least, kept me informed of any delay. Very frustrating and infuriating.

dvd "man eater of kumaon" (1948)
On 9/28/2020 I paid by credit card the stated $11.99 for the above captioned DVD. When it arrived it was defective—it wouldn't play. Just to be sure I took it to a professional DVD repair center; they checked it out and confirmed it was defective. I telephoned Trep Star's Patrick (612. 810.4040) (e-mail: help@trepstar.com). These are the people that ultimately mailed me my (defective) DVD. After over a week of trying to get Patrick to pick up the phone he informed me I would have to deal with Zeus DVDs (786.589.5906) (e-mail: https://www.zeusdvds.com/). So, I've been telephoning them now for over a month with no success of being able to talk with anyone. I've left messages about the problem, asking for a replacement for the defective DVD or a refund—and nothing. Nobody will even return my messages. Outrageous! Please help.
UPDATE: I just located and purchased this DVD on ebay so I will NOT need a replacement from Zeus; I now simply want the refund of my $11.99. If Zeus, in turn, would like the return of their defective DVD, I'll be happy to do that. -GES

On 4/26/2019, I ordered the DVD, "Fame is the Name of the Game, " Order # 50437. As of this date, their website continues to say, "Awaiting Shipment." I have tried contacting them via email on several occasions, but they continue to ignore me. However, I keep getting near daily emails with new DVD offers. Tried cancelling through my Master Charge, but they refuse to do anything. Is there anything I can do.

I gave this merchant one month to either get the two DVD's to me or explain why they had not been sent. The title I really wanted to have showed "In Stock" while the 2nd title showed neither in or out of stock. I expected him to send the title he had and gave him the opportunity to hold shipment until he received the other title. He did nothing and answered nothing. I now have a credit to my CC account Do not do business with this man...he's thoroughly dishonest!

The DVDs I received did either not work or the movies were illegal copies from German TV programs. Or both.
Those are privately burned DVDs and the movie quality is horrible. From what I have seen regarding TV station logo and sibtitles the DVD contents had been ripped from a release by a US based competitor who also illegally sells recordings from German TV stations.
When I wrote to the seller there was not even a reply to my complaints.

I made an order on November 26, 2018 for 8 dvds totaling $47.74. Money for order left my account November 28th. Site has had my money for 181 days and ignored 14 requests for information on my order. The website has said my order is "awaiting shipping" since I placed the order. To add insult to injury, I receive multiple emails weekly advertising sales from the owner. If he has the time to send out advertising for new products, he should have the time to answer one of my 14 requests for information on my paid order. Those who claim the owner is a retired man operating this site as a hobby should also understand the hobby changed to a business when he accepted money for these products. I want my order to either be delivered or my money refunded, however, I have never received any reply from my repeated inquiries. Ignoring a customer is not a healthy way of operating a business.

I ordered a movie on april the 11th and it is still awaiting shipment as well. My guess is whoever this is is stealing people's money so for all those who read these reviews, do not purchase from this company! They will not send your merchandise to you.
They are simply stealing and i'm going to have them investigated! This is an outrage and it should be stopped!
