ZestAds slim patch magnetic patch (b10f10) tsi-109-20

On july 21, 2019 I ordered the slim patch magnetic patch with hopes of some help in reducing extra weight. I purchased 4 boxes for $125.97 along with a warranty for $4.95 for a total of #135.87. the transaction id is 5po36510v2780122m. it took close to a month to arrive and when it did all four boxes were very crushed being packaged in nothing more than a vinyl envelope. however, the bad condition did not seem to matter to the product as they are just patches in cellophane wrappers. I gave the product a fair shake for a month and nothing happened except the redness on my stomach from daily applying and pulling off the patch. I want to return the remaining patches and be reimbursed for my $135.87 as the product did nothing for me and I paid for the warranty. please give me information as to how to proceed with the return and refund. I 79 yrs of age and am technologically challenged and do not have the equipment to send you documents of my product receipt or paypal transaction but if given a mailing address, I can make copies and mail them to you. thank you, carol d. santacroce 25 elmer street, new haven, ct 06512 email address: [protected]@sbcglobal.net

ZestAds perfect back and perfect back disc with warranty

I have not received the product and do not want these products. If I do receive the product I will not accept it, it will be returned to sender. I am making this clear as I can I do not want the Perfect Back, Perfect Back Disc or the warranty, Cancel all and return my $66.45 and $71.87 American money back to my bank account through PayPal.

I did not notice this was a monthly mailing. I do not recall seeing these in any information posted by this company. By Aug 2, 2019 I had tried to contact ZestAds Limited two times asking for a cancellation. I usually keep very good records and cannot locate these emails. All packages received remain unopened.

Aug 13, 2019 after contacting PAYPAL they sent me the following email:ello Sharon Vincent,
This email confirms that you have cancelled your billing agreement with ZestAds Limited. No further payments will be made from your PayPal account to this merchant. If you have any further questions about the agreement, or wish to reinstate it, please contact ZestAds Limited directly.

Obviously PayPal could get through to them. However they did not give me a return address in the US for these packages which I requested.

Your PayPal case PP-D-[protected] - Each case was denied by PayPal and cannot be reopened. Now I am out $168.32 and have no options left to me to return these packages and get my money refunded.

I have also seen a Podiatrist, Dr. Hong in Eugene, OR and she confirmed that I do not have a fungal infection in my toes.

ZestAds fit patch

Zestadd. Limited has taken my money and have not acknowledged my order. I stupidly ordered this hoping to loose weight, but obviously it is a scam. I have paid with paypal. I have emailed asking for my money back but have not had a reply. I ordered on 27/08/2019 but never got confirmation of order, which most company s do. I have emailed through paypal but still they have not replied. I hope you can help me get my money back. (agnes mcconnachie)

ZestAds swing set

Like many of the complaints already listed on this page I believe that I am a victim of similar practices. I did not receive my product at all and was charged two seperate transactions totaling $160.oo upwards. I propose since it appears that ZestAds does not believe in customer service seeing that there are 120 complaints with zero being resolved, we have to get this site banned from facebook. Please anyone else who comes to this site to complain take your complaint to Facebook since obviously that's one of their main platforms to advertise.

ZestAds mymi wonder patch

I purchased as I had hoped it would help with weight loss as advertised. I did not expect miracles, just a little added help.
It advertised with a money back guarantee. So I thought, okay I give it a try.
Only there is no return information provided and the entire packaging is in Chinese or similar language.
I searched but could not obtain the info necessary so I disputed the product through PayPal.
I should have taken photos of my bleeding belly but did not and I'm not going to wear them again just to produce proof.
The adhesive is way too strong, it rips off skin and creates open soars.

I want my money back as guaranteed in your advertisement. I'm POSTING A HUGE BEWARE ON FACEBOOK DAILY until you honor my refund.
You billed me on two separate transactions for one order.
Give me back my money!

Your patches may help in weight loss but the adhesive is WAY, WAY too sticky. It rips off skin when removed to the point of open bleeding soars.

ZestAds hearing aids

On Aug 5, 2019 I ordered a pair of Digital Hearing Amplifier Aids Order # OA13D23D3C I received them about a month later. I have small ears and they are to large for me I am not satisfied with them and want to take advantage of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and return them for a $276.95 and $27.95 Warranty refund and an address to ship them to.

ZestAds shower head

I ordered a shower head with replaceable cleaning balls. Also ordered was 5 sets of the
replaceable balls. Payment was made through PayPal. I received the shower head but not the replaceable balls.I would appreciate you looking into this matter at your earliest convenience.

ZestAds posture correction device, cervical collar

I saw an ad for an inflatable perfect posture device that stretches the cervical vertebrae, it was advertised on Facebook. What I received was not a device at all, it was only a thin piece of material with Velcro on the ends, and it wasn't even long enough to go around a person's arm, much less a neck. I want my money back! PayPal rejected my claim because I didn't have an invoice or anything that came from the seller. They conveniently did not provide me with an email, a phone number, a website, or any way at all to contact the seller. This is a scam!

I just tried to order 1 of the cervical vertebrae stretchers & they are trying to charge me for 5! I also paid with Pay Pal and after having my claim denied the first time, I actually talked to a real person at Pay Pal and after explaining the entire situation, she opened a new claim & if Zestads Limited doesn't respond, I will be getting my money back. You might want to wait online forever and talk to a real person at Pay Pal. Good Luck.

ZestAds miya belly patches

I ordered these patches from a FB ad, I want to cancel because they are inferior in quality and have no English instructions .They keep keep sending them monthly and charging charging my pay pal account $20/ month. I have requested cancellation, but I get no response.Please cancel and refund $40 for unwanted shipments. I am very frustrated at this process and will report it as a scam

ZestAds posture neck brace.

I tried to order 1 of these items using PayPal and the website said the transaction failed. I tried once again to order 1 item ( $20 was the advertised price) the second time it showed the transaction failed. I canceled out of the site and a few moments later a charge for $80.90 appeared on my PayPal account! I contacted Paypal they assured me they would look into this for me. Nothing happened. Three weeks later, I received a small bag containing 10 of the items I was DIDN'T order because I was told the transaction failed. I tried then to contact the seller and was told they only did the shipping and had no customer service information to help me. I just want to return these 10 unordered items for a full refund and can get no help doing this. This company has MANY COMPLAINTS, I will never order from them again, nor will I use PayPal because they were of no assistance either. Very discouraged by both companies. Zestads limited should be investigated for fraud!

ZestAds flex insole order of 5 pairs, rather the the one I originally wanted

I dispute this order (actually handled as 2 separate orders).

The final offer I responded to was a form of bait-and-switch. The offering language did not indicate that the offer was a supplement to my original order. It appeared to be an exchange or replacement for my original order.

Originally, I ordered 1 pair of insoles for $38.99. Then a screen came up offering 4 pairs for a lower price. I responded with a "not interested" and then a screen came up offering the 4 pairs for an even lower price of $62.99. That seemed like an excellent offer, instead of my original purchase, but NOT in addition to it.

I was billed for 5 pairs of insoles in two separate orders, at a total cost of $106.93. That is FAR from what I wanted and from what I thought I was ordering.

I want to either cancel the whole order, or only purchase the one I originally ordered. I certainly do not want 5 pairs of this product.

Please help me achieve either of those goals, and especially to cancel the extra 4 pairs of insoles that were the bait-and-switch deceptive language offer.

I just tired ordering Buy 2- Flex Insole Flex for $50.39, and I checked premium insured shipping for $4.95...

the order printed out, Best Seller Buy 5 Flex Insole for $90.29...I DO NOT WANT 5 PAIRS,

I purchased a wearfit watch and it only worked for 4 days. I want a refund. I will send it back to you if I had an address. All my watch is doing now is flashing a green light in the back of it. It is not communicating anymore at all. The screen is black.

On Aug 12, 2019 the hearing aid was shipped UPS Confirmation LT977210708CN. I received it Aug. 14, 2019. EVERYTHING IS IN CHINESE. EVEN THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE IT. ZestAds slimpro mint pack

On August 15 I received an email indicating that my order of August 9th had been shipped. There was a tracking number in the email, but this number has never been registered with the shipping company. I sent 3 emails to no avail. Finally I filed a dispute with PayPal. Suddenly I received an email stating that my order had shipped and providing me with a tracking number. It's different from the number that I was sent on August 15th, and according to the shipping company, the items were not shipped until August 23rd. This is a bait & switch. This is not acceptable. I don't believe that any package was sent to me. The shipping company does not identify in any way where the package is addressed. This is a scam.

ZestAds acupuncture pressure mat

I bought an acupuncture pressure mat from Zestads through PayPal. I have emailed the company several times but no reply. I was not at all happy with the product, it's made from flimsy poor quality material and the mat is a lot smaller than advertised. I want to return the mat and get my money back. They won't answer my emails, what can I do to get through to them?

I wish to return the above item which I paid $65.90 for. I have e mailed the company several times but got no reply. The item was not as described in your advert, was smaller and made from inferior, shabby material. Attached is my proof of purchase. There was no invoice enclosed with the item, and no return address on the package it came in. I am entitled to a full refund if I am not happy with the product under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act.

I have been trying to get my returned money back after purchasing 1 mat and was charged for 6 mats at $275.90 instead of $59.00. I had cancelled the order right away and contacted ZestAds but they sent it anyway.
I returned the six mats unopened on 10/16/19. I have no product and ZestAds is not answering my credit card company dispute request to say that the product was returned. Transaction ID 8G353689BJ552910H purchased on 9/16/19. I am very frustrated with this process and the attempt to contact these people several times along with PayPal. Please resolve this issue.

I had the experience of receiving a matt that would kill you to lay on. It was made of inferior plastic, no bend and more like a torture matt. All three pieces would have caused severe pain to your back, your neck and the back of your knees. After no response from Zestads I took my complaint to Paypal because I went through them to make the "safe" purchase. I paid through Paypal and made the appropriate complaint process. In the end, Paypal voted in favor of Zestads because the item was "similar" to what was advertised even though it was inferior and unusable. I'm disappointed in Zestads and Paypal. I use Paypal because I believed they were representing me, not the sellers.

There was no return address because they didn't ship it themselves. When you purchased it from them, they simply went to somewhere like aliexpress.com and purchased it from a seller there and put your name and address as the shipping address.. They don't care about Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, they don't care about anything other than making money.

What they do is called Dropshipping, they advertise products they find on aliexpress, wish.com and other places, stick a markup on it and advertise it on facebook and other places. They never even see the products they are selling, let alone check to see if the seller they buy from is reputable or not, nor test a single product they sell. There are some very legit dropshipping resellers out there, but these guys are complete scammers.

I went to order ONE mat and the final bill showed that I had ordered SIX mats, charging me for $275 instead of $59!. I had contacted ZestAds, PayPal, and my bank to cancel right after the transaction was made. They sent the mats anyway and charged my account. I have been diligently working on getting this resolved and willing to send the items back that have not been opened. Very frustrating and have been scammed!
