I ordered a brush while medicated. I don't want or need the brush. There's no receipt or invoice to contact the company. I've tried to find a phone number for them but it list different Asian companies with no number for customer service. How in the world are we suppose to be able to send an item back if they don't provide an address or phone number? They have 644 complaints against them. These types of companies shouldn't be able to sell in the USA. Please advise on how to get a refund.

I have a sinking feeling that if it does arrive, it will be a piece of junk from the reviews I'm reading of others who received the vacuum. What do I do? I can't afford to lose the money. Why does Facebook allow these disreputable companies to come across my newsfeed and why does Paypal pay them when there are so many disputes against them?

The item looks nothing like what I was ordering, does not do what it is supposed to do and the one I got, was broken. PayPal is making it extremely difficult for me to get my money and insisting that I ship back an item that is broken and not what I ordered, at an added expense to myself. It is costing me $45.00 to ship it back and there is no guarantee that I will get my money back. Neither my bank or PayPal is helping me in this matter. I cannot afford to throw away another $45.00 for shipment.

I ordered two ultra lights, and when I didn't receive them I filed a dispute with paypal. I also contacted zestads twice and they refused to respond to my emails, so I escalated my claim with paypal. After several weeks I received the product and reported such to paypal. I tried to use the lights and they were defective, so I reported this to paypal, and just today, after an april 28, 2020 purchase they denied my claim. I've sent them pictures, tracking number, and a video showing it doesn't work, but no response. Even though I had no idea that the product was coming from yanwan, because everything I read on the ad said usa. At any rate, don't buy from zestads, as they do not stand by their merchandise. I'm now out $105.00

The drone I received is not the drone x pro. Doesn't have all features advertised. Is NOT the drone I ordered. Downloaded app and this doesn't have panoramic 360 . Ad claims drone has 2 km range. I see on the research I've done this drone only maybe 100 metetsof range. In original ad drone is bigger and I'm just not happy with the product I received.

I received cameras that do not operate after waiting three months for them to arrive. The process for return is ludicrous as it would cost more to ship them back than what I paid. The cameras (3 of them) do not work at all. I would like a refund of my cost for these pieces of garbage.
Their advertising is deceptive, stating these can be used as security cameras when in reality, there is no way to use them that way as they cannot be wired in or are wireless.

I read a lots n lots of Angry innocent people's who wrote how they all got scam by Zestads company, I myself fall in the category, as a victim. One question remain in my mind after reading all the list of complains which is after all these filed complaints why still Pay Pal them self allowing they customers to do a purchases thru they service to this company? Can't they put marker or some thing to avoid this from happening to they customers? After all this many complains even in this web site, Zestads still do they thing without slowing down.. please could some one help me and the many innocent victims like me by telling us how is this going to get resolve. I'm upset to see how many people got robbed and that's makes me feel like helpless guy who is lost his hard earning money, Is there really help out here? Please. Thank you.

The complaint that I am issuing is that I have not receiving any notification from you in regards to my order for the Wireless ProX Earphones that I ordered back on June 5th 2020. I got no shipping info., no tracking number and no Earphones.

I have not received notice from you of any shipment or tracking information. If this is not rectified in the next few days I will open a purchase dispute with PayPal and cancel this order ASAP... Thank you so much for all the communications, and notifications that I did not receive from you in reference to this transaction. You should not grow your business beyond that which you can handle. All the employees in the world can not reverse the damage you do to your reputation, through the inability to fill your orders and treat you customers with the respect they deserve.

Saw a facebook ad from zest ads ltd. During the covid-19 closures for a drone. I figured it would be a fun way to pass the time. Ordered it without vetting the company. My fault! Ordered the drone x pro on may 5th for $99.95 + $5.95 for shipping, paid via paypal. Zest ads ltd claims they shipped it through a company called hysan llc gde (also part of the scam!). Both have an f rating with the bbb and complaints across the board from a multitude of customers that have faced this exact problem. It is now june 24th and the product has still not been delivered. I continue to get the "big blow off" from zest ads ltd and hysan llc gde, as well as a run around from paypal. Hysan llc gde has not responded in the slightest to my multiple attempts to contact them. Zest ads ltd only responded through paypal when I opened the dispute and blames the shipping on covid closures. How convenient! I have opened a dispute with paypal and now have escalted that dispute, but paypal just wants to refer me back to the zest ads ltd response blaming shipping and has not (to my knowledge) taken any steps to provide a refund nor have they addressed this fraudulent company, still allowing them to operate with impunity. I was not aware until now that paypal is in the business of supporting fraudsters! Now I know. It has been a $105.90 lesson. I will probably never use paypal again! And I will certainly be more cautious about vetting companies before ordering anything! Zest ads ltd sucks! Hysan llc gde sucks! Paypal sucks!

You see the ad for the mini torch light...super powerful, super bright, able to lite things on fire... What you get is PL-0095-01 -TP360 Pro Flashlight...which is a nice $8, nothing special flashlight but charge $23.

Typical bait and switch... and their claim is that we sent you exactly what is says on your shipping confirmation which is not what you think you are buying. I followed their return/refund rules but you just get the runaround...and by the number of complaints I'm not surprised.

I ordered a product on Apr 2, 2020 and paid for it through Paypal - Transaction #1U2558756J381440K for $26.90, but never received anything not even a text to when or if it will be shipped.

This is all the information I have. Says order was shipped but I still have not received it. I'm thinking that 8 weeks is long enough to wait for an order;. I normally use my credit card for online transactions but decided to try PayPal for a few purchases. So far I am still waiting on 4 Other items ordered months ago totaling over $200 so I am sure you can see my reason for concern. I don't know what else you require to help. I would like a refund. On 4/4/20 I purchased two of the robot floor vacuums and 4 days after I found out this company is a scam I tried to cancel my order but to no avail was unable to. I never could track my order. When I tried it said it was always in China. Finally on May 26 I believe they arrived. I was right what pieces of crap. I wouldn't pay you $20 for them. I have been trying to get a refund from PayPal but that is to no avail also. Please warn people of this company as they are scams and should not be allowed to be in business.

I purchased a video camera similar to a GoPro from Zest Ad's
When the camera arrived I discovered that it would only do 320x240 resolution.

The Box states that it is 1920x1080 I have tried to get them to provide an RMA to return the camera so I can get a refund from PayPal.

Zest Ads says that they can not allow a return unless the camera is defective.
I replied that since the camera will not operate as described it is defective.

Zest Ads through their [protected]@resolutionsupports.com stated

I made a complaint through paypal because I had not received the above product. I finally received the product but when examined the box more carefully, it's an ultraviolet light, plug in, for an aquarium.

My order # is 9274892700509901001815698, my transaction id is 96n894479x703405u, and the purchase detail off paypal is [disc][b1] klear-bfo-0424-us-01. I paid $40.94 with an additional foreign transaction fee of $.37. This number [protected] hk also appeared on my bank statement and thought i'd include it, just in case. Same was paid on 4/24/20. I'd like a refund but do not have an address.

I made the purchase through a facebook ad.

I made purchase May 16th 2020 and have not received the product (flashlight) as yet, June 10, 2020. The "USPS" Tracking #: UF198260186YP.. Site says that a "label" was created but "Not Yet in the System." I am asking for a refund of the purchase amount ($22.90).

I ordered the vacuum on april 18, 2020 from a pop up ad on facebook on april 19, 2020 and almost two months later, I have nothing.
As I try to find the ad, I am only finding posts from others scammed as I have been. So how can I dispute the purchase and have paypal refund the transaction? I don't have info to contact zest ads.
I'll never order from those ads again!
