Hello everyone, I am ex-employee worked in this company Zenwork Inc (Formerly Techatlantis). This company works on US-based taxation software and services (Tax1099 etc). For freshers, they will force to write the bond for three years and they'll take your original certificates and play with you like a slave. Although you have recruited for the software development role position they'll use you mainly for data entry / bpo works. The salary is very less when compared to the minimum wages. HR Ankita Jain plays with employees like anything and CEO Sanjeev & Rekha are psyco's they will suck the blood of employees 24*7. You have to work 18 hrs per day in this company with a low salary which leads to health problems. [protected] almost 90 staff resigned and went out living happily now with high packages. Please there are many options and companies in Hyderabad. Please don't join this [censor] company and ruin your life here. Follow my advice otherwise you'll be the victim. HR came from low graded B School and feel like she came from Stanford/ IBS. WTF, even CEO too. You can see lot of comedians there. CEO is the big comedian there. Please do complaint FITE if they play with your life's there.
Regarding employment
Please don't join in this company, there is no growth in this company. Worst behavior by higher management, they will treat employees as servents. Company hr a****a j**n will behave like company ceo, she don't know how to behave with employees. Techatlantis inc, now zenwork inc is a us tax based company, there is no growth for software employees here. They will pay very less salary when compared to the market pay. Swiggy, flipkart delivery boys salary is double then here. They will force to write bond for two-three years and the hikes are very very less. After writing bond they will treat you like their servents for three years same like labor's moving to gulf countries. They will blackmail you in every aspects. Please don't join here and ruin your carieer, for earn money there are several ways please don't choose this company. Even team leads don't know anything here. This company is us based but they have development team in india (Hyderabad) , they will pay less salaries like daily labor's and they will give all data entry, uploading work for developers. They will treat indians like servents to them. No growth no hike. It is not registered company in india, they won't pay any taxes to indian government. No esi, pt etc to employeers in india. Bull #### company.
My name is Shankar and I worked for this company for over 6 years and loved every aspect of my job. I was hired as a fresher and eventually promoted to the team lead position. I ended up moving to a company outside of India for better prospects. While working for 6 years with TechAtlantis India, I learned all new technologies and that helped me get one of the jobs currently I am in. The post above seems from an employee who is under performer and was terminated from the services. Zenwork does not operate in India and tech Atlantis is a vendor to Zenwork. So the above posting seems false to me.
I personally am impressed with how HR and top management encourages new hires to grow overall and supports them on their growth endovenous.
When it comes to salary, I would consider them as a top player in Hyderabad as well as fully paid health care insurance also. They also reimburse for meals and transportation if one works late evenings or starts the day early. I would suggest any one looking to join TechAtlnatis in India should strongly consider this true product company to learn latest technology and business. It's sad how some of the underperformance try to mislead youth looking to start a career with the right company. All the best
