placed a call to get served in regards to a 1 bhk flat and the agent was dismissive and truly unprofessional and aggressive.
Much to my dismay, he not only refuted my requirements but also asserted that he won't help and ended up hanging the call on me without my due consent.
I am gonna sue you guys and drag it further following this harassment.

huge deductions from security deposit
I got a flat from zenify in 12 march 2016 for my family of 4 people. I deposited 1, 07, 200 rs as security deposit. We stayed there for one and half. Years (Till 9th november 2017) and i got job change we needed to relocate to gurgaon. Being a family people we kept flat very clean and maintained. There is no due pending except electricity bill which is 1400 only till date.
1. Zenify claim they settle security deposit refund in 3 days, i got 51, 284 out of 107200 after 13 day of vacating the flat, which is very bad experience.
2. I requested multiple to zenify to do final inspection in front of us, so that we know what they are deducting and for what reason, but no one came for inspection. As we have to move to gurgaon, i can't wait for long for zenify for inspection after vacating the flat. All these situations were very well informed to zenify through multiple emails.
3. Now in the name of repair, painting, electricity bill and cleaning zenify is deducting 32, 225. I got the following list from zenify. Almost all following items i got were as it is in the flat. I can't believe how they can deduct money for the repairing the items which were already in the same condition/used when they handedover the flat in march 2016 to us.

I rented an apartment through Zenify. I paid the booking amount and booked the flat two months prior to move-in. In between I followed up on all the maintenance to be done for the flat and acquiring the keys. After a lot of calls I was finally told to come to the flat and the Zenify executive would give the keys there. I arrived at the flat and waited two hours before their executive arrived. On entering the flat, the painting and cleaning was not done and it was a mess. We had n choice but to move-in since our furniture was there. After numerous calls the painting and cleaning(of very poor quality) was done. The maintenance amount was much more than what was mentioned in the contract. Furthermore, the previous tenants had not cleared the maintenance bills, which I had to pay and also other repairs. Time of renewal, the rent was increased by 10% without any approval from my side, which is not permitted as per guidelines. I told them I wanted to vacate the flat due to bad service to which the response was amount will be refunded in 2 months, again not as per guidelines. It's a shame that management is behaving as such, as from my understanding it is a start up by educated people. The only way to resolves such issues is to get in touch with higher management. Service and support: Very poor.

Pathetic service providers.
Zenify please do something about your pathetic service, you guys want only once anybody is trapped you will fool around and no service. Please stop charging #s to the customers. If you are staying in zenify property you are done they will take all your money, and without any explanation for everything you have to call there customer care and they will not be bothered as they will get the money.
They want all the security deposit at once but they will be giving it in installments and if you will be late for a day in rent payment they will charge you 200 rs for a singleday. But they can behave as they want they are from south korea seems to be.
Best part is they will be reverting the security deposit in two installments when you will be leaving the house.
Can somebody shut this company please.
Issues in my flat
Worst service ever seen ---
I shifted to a Flay from Zenify in ITI layout Bangalore. everything was fine until a guy comes to take your signature on agreement. He doesn't know anything and moreover when i was trying to clear my doubts written in agreement he said i don't know, call Zenify they will clear your doubts. After i asked him multiple times to call a senior or his boss he called someone and started talking in local language, & when i asked what your senior said sign the document i have many other places to go. Zenify will send a person who has no idea about what an agreement is and moreover a person should be comfortable with English to communicate. Somehow managed to clear my doubts and signed agreement. (We had some unfinished work and it was promised will be solved soon after moving in)
After all this when we contacted Zenify for issues they gave a number of Mr.Janardhanan ([protected]), when tried to contact multiple times no answer. I replied same thing to Zenify via mail. Later on Mr. Janardhanan replies to the mail saying we have already communicated with owner regarding your issues and will be solved soon. Till now no action has been taken.
Main things i want to highlight here is Its been 20 days since we shifted still:
we have only one key for main door and another one is not yet provided.
wardrobe keys are not provided (also there is a drawer which is already locked)
there is an unfinished switch board work and a cracked window.
Even After paying complete deposit and first month rent no one from zenify cares to listen and if you call their customer care they say only Mr. Janardhanan takes care of your building, they do not have any other point of contact for your issues. Now i an actually tired of contacting Zenify so thought of letting other people know so that they can have a peace of mind by not opting for Zenify.
Booking cancellation from their end and not refunding of money
Worst experience ever, I was moving from Gurgaon to Bangalore and I took Zenify services for booking a house on rent with a deposite of 10.000. I went their from flight and finilised a appartment and returned back to Gurgaon. Just before one week of shifting I called them And I came to know that owner had cancelled the booking. No one even bothered to inform me. The waste of my time and money is one thing other big thing even after 10 days they have not even initiated the refund of money. Currently I am in a loss of 22000. And the agents are not even responding and picking up the phone.
Please cancel their licence. I want all my money back.
