Zaxby's my whole experience.

initially, I had ordered my food and confirmed everything. They confirmed it over the loud speaker. When I get my food, I double check and the order is incorrect. I told them that it was incorrect and they had an unpleasant attitude about the fact that my order was incorrect. I was told to pull around. After having waited about 15 minutes I finally get my food. As I get home and I am eating my food. I find pieces of burnt paper that are all on my food (which was the new plate) and they still got the new order incorrect as well. I am very upset at the fact that I paid almost $30 to have my meal correct and to be treated so rudely. Also, they gave me an open Zax sauce which is EXTREMELY unsanitary! I am utterly appalled.

Zaxby's customer service

We had an issue with a sandwich we ordered tonight having something rubbery and tube like embedded into it. My husband went back up to the store, which is a 20 minute drive each way, and was rudely met with an employee. Once he came back home he submitted a complaint online for the service. Since then we have been receiving harassing calls and texts from the manager. Extremely rude and calling us liars. We will not be returning to this location and encourage corporate to look into the many complaints this location has received.

Zaxby's food

I am sorry that this comes to you at this time. I have been having issues with service for months at the zaxbys on laburnam. There has multiple times that they forget food have stuff in the food etc. My last problem the manager argued with me about something being inside my food. He brushed it off as being burnt pieces but it was spongy and not flexible. My wife and I are highly upset about the service at this location. I have to travel for the next one but love the food. I pray that gets resolved. God bless.

Zaxby's my food and service; my entire order

I went through the drive-through placed my order paid for my order and after waiting for at least 25 minutes parked where they told me to park at I received my order. Once I receive my order for my family of six I drove off. Once I got home to have dinner with my family I took the food out of the bag and my complete order was incorrect not only was it incorrect it was cold to the touch. This isn't the first time i've had issues with my service at zaxby's, only this time I have had enough. I paid over $60 for my food only to find out it wasn't what I ordered I waited for 25 minutes or more and the food was freezing cold this is on acceptable and I would appreciate a full refund.

Zaxby's customer service

My grandchildren and I were in the drive thru on hwy 17 Toccoa, Ga location. We had ordered and paid for our food. We were waiting on the order when one of the teenage girls working there threw open the drive thru window and started screaming what did you say? Thats what I thought Nothing. Then she slammed the window. I complained to the manager on duty and she said she would check the video. Im shocked that an employee is allowed to treat customers this way. I will never eat at zaxbys in Toccoa ever again.

Zaxby's house salad

Hello,

I went to Zaxby's earlier this week and ordered a House Salad Fried, no tomatoes, dipped in wimpy sauce with Honey Mustard Dressing. I went to the drive thru and went back to work. While sitting in my car (this normally where i eat lunch) i putting the dressing in my salad and mixing it up. I came across something hard. I thought the lettuce might have been hard until picked it up and noticed it was a piece of wood. I turned it over and it was painted blue on the back side. I took a few pictures and took it back to the store. I told the Manager what i found and her response was "we don't have wood here." She didn't bother to look in the sald, she just threw it away. She gave me a refund and apologized, but that was about it. She didn't seem to really care that there was a small piece of wood in my salad. I took my money and went back to work. I report this to corporate, but I never received a call or anything back. So here I am.

Zaxby's service

4.29.2019...You Location on Carowinds Blvd in SC.
I pull up to the menu and gave the female my order. She takes the complete order. I notice after 7 minutes the line was not moving at all. I was still at the menu. After 10 minutes I called inside the store and a female answered. I asked what was going on bc we have been waiting too long outside through the drive thru. She stated the "cooks quit". I was on lunch break . Why did they take orders but knew the cooks quit and it was going to take some time! People were getting impatience! They could have told people we can't take orders at this minute bc we are trying to get caught up. Fast Food Restaurants are already talked about in such horrible ways. Being slow, talking on their cellphones while working, dirty bathrooms, not washing hands, in their nose, LONG fingernails and hair uncovered are only just a few complaints. Managers, let's do better training.

Zaxby's management

My son is an employee at Zaxby's. There was a discrepancy with his schedule and a miscommunication problem between him and his manager, Zina. On Sunday, 4/4/19, Zina called Andre at 10:30am questioning why wasn't he at work. He then explained to her that he had no way to work nor it was not his scheduled time to come to work. When he got to work, she told him the excuse of not having a way to work was unacceptable and she then threatened his job. Monday 4/8/19 I went to Zaxby's to speak to Zina. She was not there so I spoke to another manager, Penny. I explained to her the scheduling discrepancy and told her what was said to Andre from Zina. Penny said that Zina should have not spoken to andre the way she did and she should not have threatened his job. She also told me that she has had several parents complain about Zina and the way she has spoken to other staff members and mistreated them. I explained to Penny that my son Andre is a minor and does not drive to work. I, his mother, is his only means of transportation to work. If his schedule was going to be changed he should have been notified to make sure he had a way to and from work. According to both Andre and Penny Zina has changed Andres schedule to Friday 7-11, Saturday 5-11 and Sunday 1015a-9pm without notifying him. His Sunday hours are totally unacceptable! Andre is a minor can not work those long hours! Andre also has brought it to y attention that since he has been working there several have quit due to no organization and the mistreatment and poor management from Zina. Today Sunday 4/14/19 Andre went to work at his regular scheduled time at 5pm. He said Zina told him to go home because he was supposed to be to work 10:15am. It's obvious there is either no communication between management or Zina totally disregarded the issue regarding my sons schedule. I went to Zaxby's to speak to Zina to resolve this issue and I patiently waited 40 minutes to speak to her. After being told by several staff members that I was waiting to speak to her she never came to speak to me, she sent another person to talk to me. Instead of speaking directly to me she avoided me! I went to the counter and asked her for a few minutes of her time to handle this situation and she proceeded to yell at me in front of customers and other staff members! As a manager I felt she handled very unprofessionally! I ffel like she should be reprimanded because of her not being professional and for the mistreatment of my son and other staff members!

Zaxby's no service... at all! can't even place an order!

I stopped at the Zaxbys in Lake Wylie/Clover, SC bringing my wife home from her Dr. appointment. I wanted to get a Blackened Chicken Zalad- they are so good- and a sandwich for my wife, to take home for our dinner. My wife stayed in the car- she wasn't feeling well. I waited at the counter almost 10 minutes, no one came to take my order. There were a bunch of people in the back laughing and talking, but no one to take an order. I guess they couldn't hear me over their talking. I left with no food. I wrote to Zaxbys via e-mail. They sent me a note that they had received my e-mail, included a complaint number, and that was it. I have sent them two e-mails since asking if the problem was resolved, no answer at all. This happened over three weeks ago, March 12, 2019. I don't think they care about customers at all. It's a shame because their food was good and fairly priced. I won't be back. Wouldn't matter if I did go back, couldn't get served anyway!

Zaxby's incompetent workers

I went through the drive through at a Zaxby's close to my work . I ordered the buffalo dip and chips, some fries and a medium sweet tea. The order came out to $14.40. After I pay the girl and she gives me the $5.60 change she proceeds to tell me " we are out of the buffalo chips and dip " . Ok so if you knew that when I ordered it why wouldn't you have told me and why would you have charged me for an item you didn't have. I told them then you need to refund me the money for the item you don't have. There were 3 girls there and all 3 looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language . They looked dumbfounded . The girl who took the order then asked the fry cook what to do . He didn't know either so they decided they were going to go get their manager who apparently hadn't left the parking lot . So I'm waiting holding up the line, the manager comes in ( I'm assuming she was a manager she had on a different colored shirt ) and goes to the register. She doesn't open the window and apologize or ask me how I would like to resolve the issue . She stands at the register for a few minutes then opens the window and gives me the $14.40 back . This is totally unprofessional even if it's just a fast food joint . She never spoke to me (I would have gladly paid for the fries and the drink) just opened the window handed me the money and closed the window . I will starve before I ever go back to a Zaxby's again . They need to better train their staff how to handle more than a straw and a drink cup

Zaxby's traditional wings meal

I was in the Bartow Florida's Zaxby's last evening at 5:44.. Placed my order... it showed 5:44 time on ticket... 16 minutes later I got my meal.. One of the wings was so over cooked and hard I couldn't eat it... I asked the girl at the counter does it usually take this long, , her response ...they wanted to give you fresh wings? Hello. I was very disappointed in my meal and it was almost $10... I won't be back..

Zaxby's terrible choice of staff

One beautiful day in perry, I went in to sit down and enjoy a nice meal at zaxby's on sam nunn. My mouth was already watering by the time I got to the front counter to order... When all of a sudden I saw melvious fudge in the kitchen...
This particular staff member is known for undercooking chicken (and who knows what else..?), messing up orders, not cleaning himself or his station properly, not wearing his uniform properly, and known for bad customer service. I'm honestly really not sure how he got the job considering he is always under the influence, has a reputation of stealing, and is also know to never do the job the way he should (an easy job at that!). I also know that at his previous workplace, he undercooked chicken there, too. He would even drop food on the floor and still think it was okay to serve to paying customers. When he was on dishes duty, he didn't clean them, no, he instead thought it was better for them to be placed into the freezer dirty. Left for morning crew to clean up!
What the heck zaxby's?! Were y'all just that desperate for a new worker so you hired him? Now, that day I showed up to eat at zaxby's was about a month ago, and I didn't even eat that day. I walked out as soon as I saw melvious in the kitchen. I have not been back since. And I recommend to everyone that I speak to about zaxby's in perry not to go there either just because of this one worker. If he can't do the job as asked, why should he perform at all? I'm sorry, but zaxby's will not receive my money, and I hope not many of anyone else's hard earned money. I can't even begin to imagine how the food is affected with him working back there. So disgusting! Please, zaxby's... Do us all a favor and get rid of him and anyone else like him!

Zaxby's customer service and good

I have been unsatisfied every time I've at at this location and yesterday was my last time ever going to this one. My food was completely wrong my Togo boxes were not closed and thrown in bag food got everywhere. One order didn't even have the Texas toast. One had wrong sauce and the chicken was cold by the bone. It was horrible I tried talking to manager he said thanks for your feedback and walked off. Didn't offer to fix it, refund it, or anything. Horrible place customer service is so bad. Just a wast of money.

I was treated badly my food was wrong and cold. My to go boxes were thrown in bag open it was a mess. I talked to manager and he said thanks for your feedback and walked off. He didn't try to fix it in any way. My order was completely wrong! One order didn't get bread or sauce and the wing sauces I picked were not correct I over paid I was charged a meal I didn't even order or get and when I noticed it I called and the manager hung up on me. Just disappointed completely.

Zaxby's boneless wings

A group of hospital workers placed an order today for take out. 2 people ordered the caribbean jerk boneless wings. Both orders of the caribbean jerk wing were raw, not just a little but raw, but raw like from the meat counter. One girl bite into the raw wing and had started chewing before she realized it was not done. When we call Zaxby's to tell them they said come get another plate or get a refund. This is the kind of stuff that makes people sick.

Zaxby's your advertising

I am very disappointed in your ads during the Super Bowl. Why can't you focus on your company and products? The cheap shot against Chic Fil A was horrible. Burger King opted to do negative advertising against McDonald's many years ago, they never completely recovered and McDonald's thrived. I am very disappointed in your company, I have been a loyal and frequent customer of Zaxby's, not any more. You obviously aren't very comfortable in your own product or you wouldn't have felt it necessary to slam your competitor.

Zaxby's worst experience

Zaxbys in Southern Pines is the worsts. The employees are disrespectful and the managers are lazy. Me and my daughter watched a staff fix our food without gloves. The employee came from the bathroom with apron on. As i was asking for an manager i was told the manager wasn't going to do anything so it was a waste of my time. When i got home my daughter seen that she was friends with an employee and seen the boy that didn't wash his hands after returning to work with apron on. Worst customer service ever and needs new management.

Zaxby's food

I understand that I came into your restaurant early its 1034 am. I eat at your gadsden alabama location about 3 times a week. But today 1/10/2019. I ordered 2 big Zac snack meals a house salad fried. I got grilled chicken a small portion salad .and on my meals the fries were cold and tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. I live your restaurant but I was really dissopouned today. Zaxby's service

Visiting the zaxby's restaurant in Durham, NC on Hillsborough Rd was the worst service I have ever seen from a food chain. Upon ordering my food an older couple had ordered and was seated in front of the cashier counter. Their number was called and the elderly man motioned for them to bring his food to their table. The zaxby employee commented for everyone to here "oh no he didn't" she refused to deliver the elderly couple their food. Another employee gladly delivered their food to the table. I was very embarrassed due to the disrespect for our elderly. The tea containers were empty. The ice machines were empty and the business was slow. This restaurant was a disaster and the employees were lazy. I will never eat there again and I plan to let others know of the disrespected service.

Zaxby's former employee of zaxby's

This Zaxbys on Turner Lake Rd in Covington Ga is indeed the worst place I've worked for. I only worked there for only 3 weeks and as of today I was very fed up I had to resign. They treat new employees like crap, they try to bully people, disrespect people, and carry passive aggressive behavior with people. I wouldn't recommend anybody working for this company ever!

Zaxby's service

I would like to complain about a cashier worker named Cassandr she was a TOTAL [censored] to me and my friends we went to a play and then the whole 7th grade of a school decided to go. Afterwords we all went to Zaxbys, McDonald's, and Taco Bell and we decided to go to Zaxbys but this worker was such a [censored] she was mean to one of the special kids and said to leave. After words we ordered and I wanted a side of cucumbers and she could not and would not give me some and the manager had to come up and tell her to give me some. Then when the special kid was ordering she got a large drink and she was chewing on it and when the employee said she did not have enough money for it she said to her "well maybe you should have brought enough money" and made the girl cry and what's even worse is that when she gave it back after chewing on it the employee put it back on top of the other cups and gave it to someone else 🤮. Now that is just OUTRAGEOUS and she is a [censored]! So that is my experience at Zaxbys!
