Zaxby's Unlawful Profit Motive For Taxation Purposes

I'm a consumer in the Greenville, N.C. area. My complaint is your company's acts of unlawful activity involving intentions to obtain profit motives and taxation seemingly appropriate for business which is illegal. This motive directively pertains to my life in real time. The advertisement from your promo prop at one of the designated locations is proof towards this. From a reliable source a photo of your limitied advertisement was posted on line 7 months ago. The acutal first photo of the same was posted before July 12th, 2020. The purpose of this complaint is for your corporate executives violated my rights without my permission by using this as a commercial publicity stunt and not consulting me, the victim. If this limitied promo isn't removed by an subjected timeframe (immediately) legal action will be authorized by law. Thank you.

Desired outcome: For the removal of current promotion immediately or recieve authorization appointed by a court of law.

The wait at this place is ridiculous and the fact that you can't go inside is even more ridiculous half the time I come here I have a trailer and can't get through the drive thru. Hire more people and open up the inside. It shouldn't take 45 minutes of sitting in a drive thru every time I come here to get your food. Great food just get faster it's a fast food restraunt

Zaxby's No in restaurant dining

I went to the Wilkesboro NC restaurant today May 23 and the doors were still locked. Why are they not opening the doors. There is no excuse. We went through the drive thru and only 3 cars in front of us and we waited from 1:12 pm to 1:40 pm and I told the girl at the window that we didnt even want our food now. That Our food costed to much not to be able to sit down in the restaurant and enjoy our meal. We didnt want it anymore, and we drove off.

Desired outcome: Open the dining room. The cdc and governor opened things back up. No excuse.

Zaxby's My cookies

I order cookies from west Lucas st and they said it will be 15 mins i get up to the store they tell me they never put them n the oven and had to give me a refund or wait 25 mins when they told

Boneless wings were hard as rocks. Even teenage boy could not eat them. Will not be back, that was $34.22 wasted. Very disappointed!! I was there on 04/24/[protected]@3:42pm, check number 4334. My server was Le'tavi, I have never had wings this bad anywhere else. I have been to a lot of Zaxbys, but this one is by far the worst. I will be letting everyone know to never eat there and about the horrible experience.

Zaxby's Customer service

Dear Mr. McLeroy,
First let me say you have the best chicken I have ever eaten and, with the exception of today, the service has been excellent.  I spend between $150 to $200 per month at your restaurants in the Knoxville, TN area.  Today, 4/17/2021, I went through the drive through at store number 1503 at 11635 Parkside Drive, Farragut, TN 37934 at 1:41 pm, which is where I usually go all the time.  I order the same thing every time, which is 20 Chicken fingers, two extra sauces and a basket of Texas Toast, which comes to $25.50.  When I arrived home, I had the two extra sauces I paid for but did not have the four sauces that come with the order of 20 chicken fingers.  Consequently, I had to drive back to store 1503 and again wait in a long line of vehicles to get the four sauces that the staff neglected to give me.  They did so without so much as an apology.  Upon returning home, I called the store and spoke with the manager Gary Cunningham, who did not initially give me his name.  After I asked for his name and store number, he gave the information.  After a long pause, he finally said he was sorry for my bad experience.  Needless to say, I will continue to patronize your restaurants, but felt the need to express my displeasure over the service I received today.  Respectfully Submitted, Samuel Bell, [protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered 10 fiats of wings and the cook had messed up 2 orders before mine.. He ask me what was wrongi I told him I didnt order the meal just the wings j I was suppose to have 10 but only had 6. Zaxby's Service

As my husband and I pull up to the window at our local Zaxbys in Adel Georgia, I am completely dissatisfied in our trip. As we're pulling up we were discussing a complaint we read on Facebook, saying how the person shouldn't have done it ... WELL they were right. We pull up about 10 minutes before closing time Before 9:00 wait in line and many cars behind us ( money to be made) and finally tell us their closed ! Every place I've ever been even grocery store you don't close on a line. But every visit I make they never put everything in so we sit at the window and go through the box to see what they forgot, and on salads, about everything ! It's very disappointing because we are loyal customers. And can you please tell me why I can go to Valdosta and go in and every other place is open but not our Zaxbys. Zaxby's Prices

Good morning,

Let me start off by saying I love this restaurant and I love the salad. My concern in every time I purchase a cobb chicken salad with 2 extra tenders, I am being charged a diff price. I must say I go there at least 4 times a week for your salad. It is awesome. I went yesterday and my charge was $12.37. I went today, it was $12.87 and I went last week and it was $12.81. I don't mind paying whatever I purchase but the prices seem to fluctuate. Attached you will see a copy of my most recent visit.

Desired outcome: to be charge the correct amount for what i purchased

Zaxby's Poor service and quality of food

On Oct 14, 2020 approximately 5:27 pm I was served at your 6671 Tara Blvd Jonesboro, GA 30236 location. I ordered 1 TD/Wings and Things. First I checked my bag and noticed I was missing are my requested condiments, so I asked for them along with the celery that was missing. Then once I drove off, I remembered I didn't get my debit card, just to find that the attendant placed my receipt and debit card in the bag vs in my hand.

Upon me arriving home to eat my meal, I ate my tenders first which were small but fresh. However when I went to eat a fry and fries were cold. So when I went to bite into a chicken drummie (Being that I was given all drummies which I NEVER requested) it was not fresh. So when I inspected the remaining four, I noticed they were all stale, unfresh and appeared to have been left over and re-fried.

So I drove back to the restuarant (less than.5 miles away) to inform the Manager just for information purposes and to advise him that the quality of service has gone down from previous visits and maybe a relook or revamping may be needed to build up better customer service.

Unknown to my belief, the manager was very rude and agitated. The young man (said his name was Jon, although he did not have on a name tag nor was his cloths impressively wore) came across accusatory. The young man accuse me of eating the food and then bring back what I didn't want only to get more food. This was after I continued to tell the young man that I didn't want my money back nor another meal, but just to inform him and his crew under his management needed to improve the service.

The young man was unaccepting of the courtesy advise and definitely did not apply your training strategies about customer/employee conflict and problem resolution. This young man was very inmature in his response and did not exhibit leadership qualities synonymous with the brand of Zaxby's.

Going forward, I will never visit that store again and I will tell others not to patronize the store. My request is for this to go into the employee's employment file and for the young man to go through a "REAL" managerial training so that he can grow and become a better agent for your brand.

Cold french fries in plastic box that had few in it as Well! No ketchup at all. I did ask for ketchup! Chicken was dry and sauce grainy and strong on vineagar taste! Large coke had no distinguishing coke taste at all $14.00 for dog food? Never again.
