Zara.com / payment for return items not received/stolen money and items
I returned some items to Zara online back in Nov.'18. After checking my bank statements I saw that I never received the credit for the returns. I called Zara Customer Service in Germany 5 times thus far and was told that they will ship one of the jackets back to me within 10 days. Never received it. The other returns are still not resolved. So I don't have the items or the money. I don't get any support or resolution when calling Customer Service. It can not be right that the company just takes the items back and doesn't offer a credit. That is stealing!!!
After spending thousands of Euros over the years there, I will never shop Zara again!
