ZAMA ENTERPRISES review: FRAUD 1

I placed order # 9025 on Feb 23rd. they requested payment by check which we mailed the same day. A few days later we recevied notice from the vendor that the order was cancelled due to the product (8261552 frymaster 15min timer kit) was discontinued. I have called at least 10 times trying to resolve the issue. I was infomred on 3/7 that we will be receiving a refund check from JP Morgan Chase by 3/18/2011. As of today 4/15/2011 we have not seen a refund. when I call the company [protected] half the time they tell me i reached a wrong number and the other half the time they tell me we should see a check any day. funny the same number gets me 2 different answers.
