Hello kfc my name is reitumetse.i visited to kfc tonight at 9:56 was the tym I placed my order.we sat there for 35 minutes to get ours out.none of ur staff had any communication with us regarding our delayed orders.one customer asked for the manager but the manager was rude enough to walk away.not one staff care to apologize for the delay all the did was to give attitude an ignore those who asked questions.one customer asked for a refund an they didn't hesitate to refund the customer so they can live.that cashier won't on to say she can give that customer the for to call head office.they started swearing at each other in front of other customers.i don't say the staff is rude but il say kfc.those people are kfc as a whole because they are the face of ur company.is your staff a kfc goldfields welkom too comfortable they don't know the difference between home an at work? U have very poor management.
KFC - masala chicken

On 05/01/2020 at around 11:30 i went to the KFC at Goldfields Mall in Welkom to buy 2two Masala meals for me and my wife. They told me that they dont have in stock. I then went to the KFC at the Game shopping centre and was told the same.
I dont understand that you can advertise a new product but two KFC's did not have any.
