I bought a tv on 2013 in House & home potchefstroom and in 2016 I returned the tv because it's heated by lightning the told me the tv it was out of guaranteed and I told the lady I'll pay the cost she said fine I'm going to book it in 4 repairs I said fine and gave me some papers of repairs which I did sign and pay and lady never call me back tell my tv is back or not and i gave up because she was take to long 4 my tv I decided to buy another tv and that tv as well it was out of guaranteed I told the manager ill pay 4 it R300 and I seen well a return the 1st tv I demand my tv back the manager said she going to investigate she will gave me a call me back with a bad customer service I asked the lady y a u rude to me she I'll investigate and 1 of stuff members she said no Elias the reason your tv is not available is previous employees were doing frued and steeling in store it mine happens your tv is stolen as well I asked the floor and controller manager to go to stockroom to check I didn't c my tv...I demand my tv back or give a new tv because if your previous floor manager call me back and never did and she was only person signed that returned documents all I want it's my tv even though is not fixed I want it or new tv and in future hire management or stuff that knows y they are here for I work with customers as well or trained them my name Elias papase letsapa email:[protected]@gmail.com cell:[protected] work:[protected]
