I bouth a pair of shoes on Saterday the 15th February at 12am. I especially bought it because my shoes I was wearing broke. I ware a number 5 shoes so I just took a number 5 shoe on the rack. (the hanger of the shoe said number 5) but there is no shoe number on the shoe. So because my shoes broke I bought them and poet them on in my car. I went to Cape gate mall. Then I walk around and realise it is way to big on my foot. I then had to boutgh other shoes to wear. I went to Cape gate Macro this afternoon to asked to please return it for a smaller number but they refocused because it was weared. I find it extremely frustrating and UNFAIR to me because I hold it against my own number 5 shoes and it is way bigger I can show you and nou I have a shoe I probably ware at most a hour and could only have known it's to big upon wearing it and it is really way bigger than a number 5. And no were is number 5 on the shoe. Please consider this unique situation for it's not a matter of me of just being difficult or baying wrongly it's a matter of baying the right (supposedly) on the hanger but it's not the correct number and a way bigger size than a number 5. What must I know do with a shoe that I can't wear? I really feel its unfair. Please consider and assist me please.

Makro Online - baby nappies
This morning I waited for macro whole sales to open at cape gate kraaifontein western cape..
I needed to buy size 4 nappies for my child. So I went straight to the nappies ile.
So I took a huggies gold giga bag size 4 + that cost R164. 00 and huggies gold mega box R326. 95.
On my arrival at the cash point till. The price was different. So the supervisor was call about the difference about the nappies.
Supervisor said this is not the price but will go to management to confirm that they made a mistake on the prices...
I was expecting the manager to come see me. About it... But rather send the supervisor back to me. Not really giving me the service that i wanted... What happened to quality management services... I expect a service in order to come back to the shop. But this was unexcepted.
I paid the original price for the nappies..
I was getting the idea that nobody was about to assist me in this matter. Can you look in to this matter.

Makro Online - hisense chest freezer
Bought a fridge online end November. The fridge was delivered first week in December but item was defective. Contacted Malro online immediately and they promised to collect item within the next 24H... two weeks later no response. Logged a hello peter complaint and received a phone call to state fridge would be collected by 23 December 2019. To date nothing happened. Will never ever use Makro again and would like my money back please
