Yves Rocher Delivery services

I purchased AG ANTI-AGING COMFORT CREAM NIGHT 50ML, the first glass container came in cracked and when I sent a message(and pictures) indicating how my bottle arrived. The response was, I'm sorry but we will send you another container and remember, "we are not going to charge you a "shipping charge", REALLY, the packaging was terrible and when I received my second container, it had to be "relabeled" becase the lid had cracked and leaked. 2nd incident 09/12/203/23. First incident was 9/7/2023,when I opened my product. I really like their products, but lately their shipping has really been beyond their standards. I have also lost some of the "free" products because of their packaging. If you need additional photos of the second delivery, I will be glad to provide them.

Desired outcome: CHANGE PACKGING FOR BETTER RESULTS TO CUSTOMERS

Yves Rocher Bad product bad service

I have purchased an eyebrow mascara in the store in Eaton Center in Montreal on September 28, 2022. In order to use the product, I have the remove the plastic seal, where the paper barcode on top of the plastic was also removed at the same time. I was disappointed with the mascara because it is super dry, and its texture is like an old mascara which has been used for at least a year. The mascara bought from the store is much drier than the one I have purchased the same eyebrow mascara in a lighter color not long ago from Yves Rocher online store.

I have brought the mascara back to the store on Oct 4th, 2022, expecting to have an exchange, but the store manager told me with an arrogant attitude saying the barcode on the cap of the mascara is not there because I have used it for so long time, and this is not the one I bought from her store. I explained to her because the barcode is not printed on the plastic, it was a paper sticked on the plastic seal which I had no choice to remove if I have to use the product. But she insisted there is nothing she can do for me despite the receipt says I can make an exchange within 30 days of the purchase.

I have been a customer with Yves Rocher since 2002, and I have made lots of purchases with the companies in the past 20 years, and I'm surprised to be treated as liar or un-honest by the store of Yves Rocher. Seriously? Do you think it worth my time and energy to make up a story and get a product of $15 from Yves Rocher?

Obviously, I will never be going back to the same Yves Rocher store in Eaton Cener knowing they sell expired products and deny their fault and treated me like a liar or stealer. Not even sure I will buy anything anymore from Yves Rocher unless you make sure you have qualified staff to work for the company.

Yves Rocher Online sales in Turkey

The product I bought from Yves rocher turkey online application was missing in the box that came from the cargo. authorities camera

We examined the images, they said that we have no problem, and they made me a liar by ignoring the shipping process. I am giving up the product that I have been using for many years. I am applying to the consumer court because they made me a liar. I will never trust this brand again.

Yves Rocher Promotional flyers

Yves Rocher will not stop sending promotional Flyers despite several phone calls asking them to cease, and promises that they will.

Each call (first in Sept 2021, last in April 2022) I was given different reasons for why the Flyers continue to be delivered, but each time I was assured they would stop.

For instance, they told me that Yves Rocher prints their Flyers so far in advance that it would take months for any cessation to take effect.

By the last call, I was told that only the person whose name is on the flyer could request deliveries to stop. Didn't quite make sense, but since I had the person on hand that requirement was granted.

It didn't matter, because today I recieved yet another flyer.

Desired outcome: To stop receiving promotional Flyers.

Yves Rocher Discontinued perfume

They discontinued my favorite fragrance, "Naturelle" without telling the customers first; just like they did Venice cologne in the 90's. Those were the only perfumes/colognes I could wear and everyone I met asked about where to buy them. Their new mixes of plain scents with odd scents together is not for me, either. I have a few allergies. Please bring back the Naturelle cologne, or I I won't be a faithful customer anymore (since 1992).

Desired outcome: Apologize and bring back my favorite cologne

unfortunately this is a common thing with many companies. they will discontinue a product or change the formula, to make it "better" but only end up making it less effective from the original, and never tell the customer.

i used to get a shampoo and conditioner 2-1 that was great for my hair. unfortunately it was years later reformulated and split into 2 separate products [conditioner and shampoo]...it doesn't work for my hair now.

i hope you find something that works for you.

I have ordered products online where I have no UK option and £68.99 has been detucted from my bank ccount.

However from the respond I have received from Yves customer service they said they can not deliver to UK address or cencel the order.

Yves Rocher Monoi de tahiti yves rocher

Hi, I have a product quality complaint regarding monoi de tahiti. I bought "monoi de tahiti" several months ago. I have been using it since last month. Beside I dont use it frequently today I realized that there is something inside seems like fungus. I cannot describe it well, I attached the relevant photos.
I am a pharmacist and right now Im very worried about the results of this problem that could improve my skin health. Do you have any idea? what is wrong with this product?

What has happened to the Evidence parfume? (L'Eau de Parfume)
It use to have such a beautiful fragrance. I noticed a change in my last order, but not to this extent.
I use to get complements from everyone that I smelled so good. And it was true. The fragrance was clean and floral.

... TEARS! It now smells sour and makes me feel nausea.

I'd return it, but not worth the shipping expense.
Darn! The most beautiful fragrance that I truly loved no longer exists. Now I have nothing.
Why was the fragrance changed. Big mistake.

ENVP Arbonne Iain Pritchard is using his loyal customer base on instagram to speak about consiracy theories about covid... here is what a customer says; Frankly I am disappointed to read that someone I have looked up to in the past, is using their influence to spread misinformation. If you would like a reliable source then please volunteer in a hospital and see what it is like for yourself, before spreading conspiracy theories.

Yves Rocher bad client service & bad return policy

I am writing to make a complaint on the return policy and minimal level of concern for customer satisfaction in two Yves Rocher stores. I bought a gift basket and wanted to return it.

The first time I tried to return it was at Place Rosemere mall, QC, and they wouldn't take the return since it was between dec 26 and Jan 5, which is ridiculous, first because usually returns are only not taken on Boxing Day, secondly in terms of customer satisfaction, I am lugging around a heavy basket and the sales person didn't have any consideration to make an exception for me.

Then, I tried to bring it back at Carrefour Laval after Jan 5, lugged it around again through that huge mall, and they refused to give me a refund because they said I had to go to Rosemere, where I bought it, again not making an exception for a customer who has a heavy basket, they know it's the second time I attempt to return this basket. PLUS it says in NO such place on the bill that I have to go to where I bought it to get a refund. And when I said it's the last time I'm coming here because of the lack of care for clients, the employee's response was "ok". This employee showed ZERO respect for the two clients in front of her and neither did the manager who refused to accommodate me.

If you want people to return to where they bought the product, you should have it clearly stated on the bill. I find this VERY frustrating. I have two small children, no time for anything after work and home life, and I now have to go to your store a THIRD time.

If Yves Rocher has no concern for the satisfaction of their customers, I have no problem finding somewhere else to purchase my skin care products as there are many options out there!

Yves Rocher manager

Hello, my name is Susie Lacroix and I was at your store at the carrefour de l'estrie Sherbrooke Quebec with my daughters today (because it's the closet one to me and I love your products) but I will never go back. You had a product on the shelf that read $9.50 but when I went to purchase it the clerk (she was very nice) said no it's $15.00. I pointed out that it said on the shelf 9.50 (marked all around that shelf of the display). I then politely asked to speak with the manager as the signs the entire way around the shelf were very misleading. I explained the situation to the manager as normally they are supposed to stay true to the advertised price. She then said (in french) if you read the fine print, it says it's for a pack of 2 products instead of the 3 products that were actually on the shelf. I explained I am English so I can't read French. The manager then proceeds to smugly say "well I dont speak english" touches my shoulder and in french says "you are in Quebec you need to read and speak French". I found this very disrespectful to me and to my daughters (who DO speak french). Sorry to say it wasn't a pleasant experience. She was very rude and condescending, as a manager should be respectful of their clientele despite languages. The matter was not dealt with with the professionalism I expected from this store. This was today, December 21, 2019. I have pictures of the product and the signs around display.

I was come to yves rocher store at paris van java bandung in Dec 14, 2019 and Miss Dea was do unpolite attitude with calling me Madam.Im very unpleasent with her.I hope all customer can call with miss or sister.She doesnt need to know about marital status and keep in polite with call me sister or miss.I have been member in a lot of cosmetic product and they took care me so well.

I bought the above product from shoppers Stop along with toner .iam using this from past four days and m feeling redness and itching on my face also some wrinkles iam feeling .I don't want this product anymore and I will return the product need my amount back as the sales person said it's completely natural product no harmful ingredients in this but as I can see in d ingredients lot many unnatural ingredients present.i also bought under eye cream and m feeling the same inconvenience.Kindly understand my concern and provide me solution

Yves Rocher unethical behavior

On 27.06.2019 my mother went to the Yves Rocher store and asked seller to show her products which do not contain "Aloe Vera", as she has a severe allergy to it. The seller showed her some products and she bought them. At home I read the ingredients of shower gel and saw that it actually contains "Aloe Vera". Next day we went to the store again and asked them to change it, but the seller told us that we are not alowed to change or return it. During the talk it turned out that the seller herself was uninformed about the product that she was selling. She behaved unpolitely and we asked to call her manager for complain. But the manager didnot showed up. Then she stupidy told that it was written on the bill that we do not change or return the products. However the bill is a formal proof of completed transaction and anything written on it except the transaction details do not have any juridical power. When I explained her that the bill is only given after the transaction completed and if as it says on it we cannot return or change the product how come it is possible to do it then. She again stupidly told that you could return it while you were in the store which is very hilarious as noone buys any product whith intention to return it seconds after the transaction completed. After long talk in front of other customers she unethically refused to change the product and because of her guilt we left with the shower gel which we cannot use.
Because of this kind of people now we and many people like us stopped buying your products and you are loosing your customers. Please monitor the sellers in Azerbaijan and be sure they match your quality.

Yves Rocher service of gran via store in madrid

So, yesterday I bought this perfume at yves rocher, that I wanted, paid cash and later opened the box and later at home realized the girl gave me the wrong aroma. I went there today tried to change with the correct one but since I have thrown the box they didn't change it.
I wanted to have the jasmin but I have given neroli instead... I don't like it, I don't want to use it and this was not what I asked and paid. And it was not my fault but totally the shop assistants fault. Still, they are not even trying to help about it. I even asked them to change it with a tester of jasmin one (which was half empty and was not fair because I paid a full amount) they just rejected me.

Yves Rocher total disrespect for online customers

I'm hoping this complaint will reach Yves Rocher in France, even though I purchased their products from the US website. I feel both locations are at fault.

Once you have made your purchase and have handed over your money, the shipping facility at the Yves Rocher warehouse practically vandalizes your merchandise. They do NOT use the correct sized box. They do NOT carefully pack or wrap your items. They do NOT include promised samples or free gifts half of the time. They simply take all your items and throw them into an oversize box so everything can smash against each other while in transit.

Each time, I contacted customer service and sent photos. I asked where my missing free items were and I asked about products that arrived damaged. But I either get ignored or I get an auto-robot message stating "we're sorry you were unhappy with your order & have a nice day". Not ONCE have they ever tried to make things right.

Yves Rocher be kind to members

Hallo,

I would like to complain, and at the same time make some suggestions.
I was visiting a Yves Rocher outlet in Klagenfurt today, and I have brought along the wrong voucher/coupon that had expired unintentionally. (I actually had the current voucher at home.)
Unfortunately, the store attendant did not offer me the latest member promotion even though I had provided her my membership card.

This situation is not the same when we were served by different store attendants. The other visit, another attendant offered me the gift/promotion even without a voucher.

In my opinion, you should have an online system that has records of all used vouchers and automatically provide your members current promotion without the need of a physical voucher. This will even more uphold your reputation as a member or company that promotes environmental friendliness by reducing paper usages.

I hope you could improve your customer service, especially for loyal customers.

Yves Rocher racial discrimination at the store

I went to the marienplatz, munich store on monday, 15th april 2019. I asked for white botanical cleansing oil, the tallest staff there told me that they don't sell white botanical cleansing oil since they are white. I am an indian so I was treated like that. Horrible experience ever. I decided to not enter yves rocher store ever after. I would rather go to douglas or sephora or muller and buy better cruelty free, vegan products than buy from yves rocher which claim that they are botanical and do not use harsh chemicals which is not true according to the ewg.
