There have been no new movies added to the yuppflixTamil for nearly a month. (It is much worse for other languages like hindi where there are no new movies for several months) When I tried contacting these guys through live chat the agent was simply copy pasting a standard reply . no matter what question is asked regarding the new movies, his reply has always been -
"I do understand your concern, as informed the movies in Yuppflix depend on the copy rights which we get from the content provider, once we get the copy rights we will update you through website."
I have never experienced a terrible customer service like this. For the money they charge us there should never be any copyrights issue. This is a useless service I would advice everyone to stay away from.

billing scam: subscription cancellation
'YUPP TV USA INC' was deducting a sum of £16.98 monthly for past 11 months this was after I received a confirmation mail from the same company saying that the package is deactivated as per request a year back.
Luckily I came to know regarding this unlawful deduction after checking my Bank Statement, if not for that this would have continued for another year or so.
How can a Service provider charge the consumer monthly -
without any notification of an active membership
without sending monthly receipt for this deduction via email
After speaking for hours to the customer service agents/manager they have acknowledged that the account was not active for an year and agreed to a max 4 month refund which makes no sense! Zero Value for Consumer rights.
This seems unlawful and the customers needs to be vigilante.

yupp tv alt balaji package
We subscribed to Yupp TV a few months ago with ALT balaji and paid upfront . Our subscription is valid till end of jul 2020. Now suddenly you have stopped ALT Balaji on my package much before the expiry of the package which is in 2020. If you guys are not providing ALT Balaji - we are NOT interested in continuing the subscription . PLEASE CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND OUR MONEY . This is just ridiculous that you guys did not even bothered to send a courtesy email to inform cancellation of ALT Balaji due to some change in your strategy . You cant fool your customers like this . Please either resolve this issue or REFUND ASAP - failing which we will have to file a complaint with fair works australia and will take your company to tribunal .

why are there ads if i’m paying for the service?
If you want to show me ads, make it a free service... The unskippable ads are unacceptable and anbearably annoying. There is no other comparable service that engages in such crappy behaviour. I'm definitely not renewing my subscription because of the ads. And stop with the [censored] that you tried to contact the customer, but they didn't reply and the complaint is invalid.

annoying advertisements when opening a new program or channel
After listening to many good reviews, I switched from Lyca Tv and subscribed to YuppTV and now I'm having issues with this subscription.
When I'm trying to switch any program I see advertisements(mostly same advertisement) which is very annoying to see. Please try to fix the problem.
Try to resolve it as soon as possible because my time is getting wasted in those advertisements itself instead of watching actual program.

constantly repeating ads
I paid for a subscription to watch the cricket world cup but Yupptv plays the SAME AD after every over (100 overs per game, so 100+ ads per game) always the same 1 or 2 ads repeated, throughout the whole tournament. SO annoying! I have paid 20 euro and I still have to watch ads, which also means
I miss out on commentary between the overs and even sometimes miss out on replays. What am I paying a subscription fee for if there are so many ads? Definitely cannot reccomend yupptv to anyone because of this.

such a horrible customer service
my id is ebin.[protected]@gmail.com, its been two years i was using yupp tv and today the July4 2019, when i ubdated my tv i needed to sign in again to my account then i have lost my 49 CAD, when i asked to customer service i have been told that its for device activation fee and due to technical error you guys couldnt charge when i continued this year. Is it fair enough to take money when ever you guys think, If there is an error you should have to let me know before withdraw money. I wont suggest at all the Yup tv to any one in future if you deals your clients lik a [censored].

Bad customer service
They were quick to contact and have us subscribed. Later a channel which was the primary reason to subscribe for us was removed from subscription due to differences between the channel and yupptv. Response speed is more than a week now and have been asking to terminate subscription but they won't listen anymore. Beware, once subscribed you are on your own.
Another disrespectful act from them - they contact you as part of response to reviews claiming they will resolve so that it shows up on the review websites that they will address all concerns. In reality I haven't been contacted neither has there been a response for over 2 weeks now. You truly are on your own

not processing refund for the monies charged without consent.
I have been using Yupp TV for an year and did not wanted to continue the subscription for personal reasons. I have informed this to the Yupp TV representatives whoever called me for renewing the subscription and clearly told them not to renew it anymore.
Later I came to know from my bank that they have gone and charged for another year from the Paypal details they had on file. Having details in the file doesn't mean Yupp TV can charge after I told them not to do so.
Upon I calling Yupp TV and raising a ticket they have agreed to rectify and refund the monies charged, but still no indication on processing the refund.
Please advice when will you refund the monies charged?
Not communicating this information and keeping silence is not acceptable.
Yupp TV representatives have called me many times to push for renewal, but now nobody is communicating at all to communicate about the refund. Why is approach?

As of today I have not seen a refund yet. If there is an unexpected delay you should have updated me.

The Steaming service is not working for the last 2 days, whenever I switch on the service it simply says something went wrong. money taken from account without consent
I recently (31st May, 2019, order no.6966551 ) watched a movie through yupp movies and was asked for one time payment to watch the movie. I payed the money with my card and the next day, I saw that a monthly fee for movies had also been charged from my card (charged on June 1st) in addition to the one time payment. I only received the receipt for the payment I made for one movie and have not received any receipt for the money taken later without consent.

Subscribed for World Cup live streaming and paid through Apple Pay, but the subscription is not getting active even after multiple attempts.
In fact ended paying twice for the subscription through same account, for which have attached required screenshots for your reference.

I have subscribed your channel last week the order no. 6800353, while subscribing I opted to take one year subscription as per your ad that ICC World Cup 2019 Live is free with the yearly subscription. When I tried to view the ICC World cup live yesterday its saying " The content you are looking for is not available in your region" . I contacted your customer care today morning and the reply received was that you don't have the copyrights for the World cup in our region and sorry for the inconvenience and will remove the Ad.
I seek a clarification from you that I have subscribed your channel seeing your advertisement that ICC World Cup 2019 Live is free with the yearly subscription and how a common man knows in which are the regions YuppTv got copyrights and not for World Cup. By saying sorry for the inconvenience and removing the Ad will not give any relief for me unless my subscription money is compensated.
I am really upset by your reply and your misleading advertisement to increase the subscription base by false offers. I expect a prudent action from you at your earliest.

channels streaming issue
My first email concerning a streaming issue was sent to the support department on Tue, Aug 28, 2018 soon after I had subscribed to Yupp TV. The issue was resolved briefly but popped up a few days later, then another complaint went from my end which met with the same fate. Multiple times I was in touch with their support staff over email and chat, however, there is never a permanent fix to the problem, till date.
They don't usually revert to the emails within the turn around time mentioned and I follow up for a response, yet nobody takes the complaint seriously. A simple technical issue that doesn't load videos when channels are opened could not be fixed by an organization that boasts of having a presence in multiple countries is strange, unprofessional and extremely inconvenient to the users like me who rarely switch on the tv to find that there is issue with channels. You can't be behind this silly thing your whole life and therefore, I choose to cancel my subscription.
Even your escalation team could not fix the error, looks like there is no one who knows the job there!

I have asked to cancel my subscription over a month and a half back but Yupptv still keeps charging my card. I have spoken to their rep named Rajesh on the chat support who said it would be cancelled but my card still gets charged at least twice a month.. I DONOT WANT YOUR SERVICES SO STOP CHARGING ME FOR THE SERVICES I DONOT NEED. I just want you to cancel this Subscription and stop charging me.
