They decided to stop provided Zee Channels and they are not ready to cancel my subscription. This is their f**king response:

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations of quarterly, half-yearly and yearly packages will not be permitted in middle of term or
Subscription period as they are available to consumers at discounted prices no matter what ever the reason may be.

Note: Once the quarterly, half-yearly and Yearly packages gets expired it will be renewed automatically to not to cause any interruption.
If any User does not want to continue after expiration of the non-recurring package,
he/she would have to call YuppTV customer support and request for cancellation of the respective package before the TERM EXPIRY .

From Friday morning no z-bangla serial is visible . z-tv bangla was as usual until Thursday night. I paid my subscription in full for one year. I have been a member for last several years. z-tv bangla is the most important for me. If it is not available I would like to cancel my membership. I need to talk immediately with customer service. The phone number provided for customer service is not working . I tried to chat and asked for my money back but support person did not give me proper answer. I found Sling TV still offering Z - TV Bangla . i wanted Zee and if Zee is not there i want my money back. i do not need hotstar or any other channel . if zee is not there i do need yupp tv . so, please give my money back . Please contact with me ASAP.

Since this morning I lost access to all zee channels. I tried calling both their support numbers but they are not answering any of those numbers and kept me on hold for around 20 minutes.
When I contacted their freshchats I was informed that due to strategic reasons they have removed all zee channels. Great. So I asked that without zee there is no reason for me to have yupptv and what is the process to cancel. After keeping me waiting for for a long time this guy (screen name praveen) asked me to give him my phone number and that someone from the billing team will call me. Haven't received a call. Still waiting. I think they will not refund me my annual subscription money so I want to warn other consumers from this fraud platform called yupptv. Do not fall for it. They literally suck and now have no reason to exist.

Many channels from YupoTV has been remove.
They gave 10 days freetrial to deceive people into letting them think that they are getting a good service with hindi movie and hindi drama channels such B4U and SonyTV.
After people have paid £132 a year .
2 month later those channels have been removed.
Those channels was the primary reason I chose to trying it out for 2 months but as soon as my debit card details were entered for Yupptv subscription they changed my duration of my subscription to 12 month and charged me £132.
They scammed people out of £132 .

I have been using Yupp tv in my sony tv and i lost the app support from Opera and i liked to discontinue the service as i'm not watching it in on Tv or anyother device. The support person has called me and gave an offer they will be providing the yupp tv device for the extension of my current subscription with an additional payment of 10 euros for shipment of device.I was ordered it 4 weeks back and still I'm waiting for the device also i didn't get any proper response for my email complaints and really it is frustrating and a very worst service provided by Yupp Tv.

when it come to cancellations why don't you guys have any thing to unsubscribe like any other tv simple trying to rip off money from customer its not good for your future customers now a days people are seeing the reviews and taking the connections and need wait for hours and hours to when we call customer care to cancel worst worst worst guys don't take it

It had been more than 2 week that I am not able to see any yupp tv content from my laptop

I subscribed YuppTV Kannada channel to try it out. I barely used it for first few days. It wasn't much useful, you can find better things else where for Free. So I stopped using it. Month went by, I had visitors so I didn't cancel it. I was looking for an option to cancel auto-renewal and I didn't find it. Today it auto-renewed and I got an email. Immediately I reached out to cancel it but they refused to cancel it effective immediately. I haven't used service and I don't plan to use it for next 30 days. Today is November 1st and they want me to pay for entire month. It's cheating business. I will never return to YuppTV and will not recommend it to any one.

If you forget to cancel before it renews, they will silently pull your money. Thumbs down to YuppTV.

I have been a subscriber of YuppTV for a number of years paying over USD 25 on a monthly basis. I then renewed my subscription one month ago. Now I find that when I travel, Star Vijay does not come when travelling to other countries. What use is this type of subscription? When I called them to cancel the annual membership, they tell me that I sm unable to cancel the membership! I find this unacceptable! They are happy to take your money, but do not provide the services they promise!

There was an an "auto renewal" payment taken from my credit card back in march, I have never had an account with Yupp TV. They don't have any of my details on record, my name, address or any security information you need when authoring payment. so how can you auto renew an account that doesn't exist? I emailed them requesting a refund and was emailed back quoting an account with an email address that doesn't exist and an email that does not belong to me. (it clearly has a different persons name.)

On the 11th of march 2019 a payment of £83.99 was taken from my American express credit card ending in 1007. I have not authorised this payment and would need it refunded into my account.

The account they are referring to they should be able to check that it is not in use.

I hope this has not happened to anyone else and request payment to be returned to my account.

On march 2019 one of your representatives contacted me to renew my account. since i am not interested with current facility which i was using, he offered me a deal for four devices and i accepted it, also i provided my credit card details and they deducted money from my account as well and I continued to use the facility. On July when i updated my tv I had to sign out from yupp tv application, when i tried to sign in again i had to pay extra payment for my device. I called customer service, informed me that Yupp TV charged only for 2 devices and didn't charge for four devices due to technical error, so i have to pay that. I explained him that its not my fault and i had to face rude behavior from you guys. Then I filed a compliant to you guys, I got my money back which you guys took extra and made sure no more errors on that. Yesterday the October 20 2019, same thing happened, when I signed out, i couldn't login and I called customer service, again same situation, like i haven asked to pay extra money. I got a email that you guys gonna figure it out within 24 hours but i haven't received any responds from you guys. Now its completely no use i couldn't even use any device. When I checked my account today ( oct 22 2019) there is 20.93 CAD deduction as well.
I would like to continue with my 4 devices... Also I want to know that whats going on ? If you treat like this how can i continue this service for coming years ? I hope you
gonna fix it as soon as possible.

One of the bukwas company and channel never work as they promise to you . Once you register it will work for 20 days and after you pay second month then it will never work . All excuse from customer service to their manager

Waste of money and time ... customer service one of the eight wonders of the world .

Not at all recommends anyone to take subscription of Yupptv .

No Tamil new movies getting added to the my subscription its been couple of months now. Please get this resolved at the earliest. I am fine with other service of YuppTV. The main reason for me to subscribe yupptv is for yupflix movies which is not getting updated with new Tamil movies. The last movie update it had was NGK. Request to resolve at the earliest.

I wanted to cancel the subscription; they ask me to call the customer care phone # but no one answer's, i was on the phone for over 1hr multiple times. Interestingly, i regularly get call from YUPPTV requesting me to extend my service, if i request them to cancel they always ask me to call customer service to cancel. I am fed up, will report to my Credit card company and file a complaint with BBB.

Abruptly cancel the channels which was promised during the payment. Later when I called the customer service she said I enjoyed the service by watching the other channels and programs. This behaviour was very unprofessional and rude. When there was an issue in yuppTV they should rectify or atleast be polite. I received a cancellation ticket immediately. Again it shows how they handle the customers

There has been no new movies on YuppTV Australia for over a month now. I have previously emailed and no reply. I did not be a subscriber by option but because Herotalkies was acquired by YuppTV. Herotalkies did a good job with their 2 weekly new movies.

I will complain to the Ombudsman if this continues this week without new movie. I also want a rebate to my account due to poor service.

We subscribed to Yupp TV a few months ago with ALT balaji and paid upfront . Our subscription is valid and renews automatically every month. Now suddenly you have stopped ALT Balaji on my package without prior permission or notification.If you guys are not providing ALT Balaji why did you advertise it first while buying package. Please address this issue soon else I will discontinue yupp tv

Getting of shutting down program Z-bangla as well as other program I am getting now as a valid customer. I have yupp tv paid membership at least one more month to go. I am getting warning that I will no longer watch the program shortly. I do not understand the reason. For past five days yupptv is not working in my Hi Sense Television. I have called them n number is times but until now they didn't resolve the issue. It's still showing black screen across all live channels. And they say this issue is there across all hi sense users. I am just bothered to know when this issue will gets resolved and what is the compensation from yupptv end on me losing these days and my time spending with them by switching on and off the tv to see if issue gets fixed.
