We are non profit based and helping out struggling artists at our own costs of studio recording and mixing and technician fees.

we have more than 80 videos uploaded which never violate any copyrights.
We have used few free open source photographs framed by our local friends with their permission, and used those same photos in creating video for most of the songs.

hence you tube has been rejecting our monetization since 3 months.
They should consider that its one of popular and non profit channel helping many poor artists to fulfil their dreams at our own pocket expenses.

If anything is wrong, you tube can warn us and we will take care in future. But rejecting monetization is embarasshing.

also there is no way to contact them/ call them directly.

On June 27, 2019, I received a no-reply email from youtube.com, saying that they deleted a comment that I published on a video published on their website, because someone complained that my comment violates their Community Guidelines. The video that I commented on was a video claiming that the Holocaust did not happen.

YouTube did not tell me in their email what I said and I do not remember exactly what I said, but for certain it was a statement written to protest the content of the Holocaust denial video. Whatever I said, it could not have been worse than the content of that video nor did my comments threaten anyone or use foul language.

YouTube needs to stop the censorship of people through inconsistent and arbitrary rules.

I have YouTube channel from which I am logging in by yogasmita.[protected]@gmail.com. I don't have any channel on YouTube. Than how you can blame me for uploading violent videos. Still I have suspended from YouTube channel. I don't know what happened .on which basis I got suspended. Is my account hacked?

Without any reason if I got suspended. Than this is not a good thing done to me. Kindly check again and review the problem happened again.

The video does not violate any YouTube policy - the video before it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QF_Lo2k3tLo&list=PLsuEGdyk3RuhMqYs9mfcxsSMo3tb-79Up&index=13 and the two after are 'the same' content type - removing tree stumps as a nudist gardener - and they remain.

Resolution: reinstate the deleted video and remove the message blocking my access to YouTube.

Every now and then I'll log into my YouTube account to find that all of my playlists and subscriptions are gone. I'll go and resubscribe and try to remake the playlists, but it gets deleted again! Its always random and it never gets resolved. I have no clue if its a hack or a glitch. Please, if anyone can help me I would be so appreciative. Thank you, in advance.

last week I had pornographic content appear on my screen. The most disturbing part was that I could not get out of it without completely shutting down my phone or computer.

I am extremely upset & am asking you to explain how this can happen.
The fact that I couldn't get it to go off my screen is not acceptable & your company should not let this happen. I am absolutely sure that the videos I was watching would not be associated with this type of content.
Something else I am not comfortable with is that I cannot just send this complaint. I have to now log in "Log In with Socials"? what is this? Do you really think I am not aware that you know who is making this complaint?

When I'm scrolling the main page of my personal account, it shows recommended channels with there own recent videos, etc. Recently it has begun to show channels that I'm already subscribed to as an unsubscribed, and as a recommended channel. When I click on the channel and get taken to there page it says I'm subscribed and it still has me subscribed in the subscription list on the left bar. Honestly a weird bug and I just wanted to let you know about it because why? I want at the very least something I'm NOT subscribed to. (In case it matters, the specific channel appearing was the game theorists)

I clicked on freeyoutubemusic. I was on for several months and enjoying it then my bank account was charged 99.00. That is why I am inquiring about the charges. I was not told anything about any charges when I started using freeyoutubemusic. I have already talked to two different people about my situation, one even hung up on me and the other told me I had the wrong number.. I do not know what is going on but I smell a rat somewhere. Another thing I don't understand how you accessed my bank account without my permission.

I get on my daughters channel yesterday and i am taken to a strike that was put on the channel for a livestream that had been up for a year and 3 months. Youtube says you can view the video for 7 days but they immediately took it down and i couldn't view it to see how we might be in violation of the community guidelines. This is a video of my daughter doing a funny skit of her acting like a dog. She is in pajamas clothed from head to toe and youtube is saying that the video is child endangerment and hence we have a strike on the channel which is absolutely ridiculous! i have tried reaching out to team youtube on twitter they won't respond. I appealed the strike because how can you strike a channel because of their constant change in community guidelines for a video that had been up on the channel for over a year!? this isn't the first time the channel has gotten a strike for ridiculous reasons! i tried to appeal this and every single time we appeal something it is rejected immediately. How can you reject an appeal immediately it means they didn't even read it! they are treating smaller channels horribly especially channels with kids! i see channels where people are doing drugs and those are still up. I see channels where small children are cussingup a storm but those are still up. I see channels where children are in danger of predatory comments that are still up because of the content the channel is providing. I watch my daughters channel like a hawk and i am so mad right now having a strike for a video that i haven't viewed in a year and not even allowing me to view what they might be talking about because they say i can view the video for 7 days. I am so angry and i have made several complaints to youtube regarding other channels that there is legitamate stuff that violates community guidelines and they do absolutely nothing about it! we sat in monitization status for 9 months and because this isn't first time they gave us a strike for no reason and took away live streaming it hurt the watch time of the channel and now that we have waited 9 months we aren't in review anymore because now our watch time is under 4k watch hours. There has to be something that can be done because this is a joke you can't legimately talk to anyone on youtube. The only time they listen to anyone is if it is a large channel with millions of subscribers. Their process to create an account on youtube is crap. You can create so many fake accounts and that is why children are at risk for predators! instead of doing something about that they are punishing the channels instead of getting the scum off of youtube! i am so mad over this right now because we work incredibly hard on the channel and i spend a lot of money putting into the channel and have to deal with this crap. Its not fair at all so whatever this complaint site is about please do something because i am not going to stop until youtube is held responsible for their lack of structure and help to smaller creators this whole thing is bs! i have pictures to provide but i am not going to put them on here if this is a public site.

YouTube, WHY DO YOU have the Audacity to age restrict a bird video that only has one or two bad words that are f**kin ol ba****d? This is not cool at all. Offensive to us birb lovers! And how come you can watch a video that has 10x worse language than the video 'Cocky the Swearing Cockatoo?!' really? It's a friggin bird! They do that! Then you RANDOMLY age restrict videos that really aren't that bad like funny fails compilations or gaming videos! I wish this was resolved by to slow down on random age restricting! Its beyond ridiculous! Please fix at least the bird video. Oh it gets worse! There are Roblox videos that have adult/sexual content in them and you gonna not age restrict that but you're gonna age restrict a bird video?! And I'm almost 18 so I can watch the bird video!

Please stop censoring YouTube content. I understand that content that is illegal must be taken down. However, you are removing content simply because some people disagree with their message. As a guiding principle for a platform such as YouTube, "If it is not against the law, then where is the flaw". The fact that people disagree with a program on YouTube should tell you that you are doing something correct. I have contract my representatives and our President concerning YouTube's misbehavior towards opinions that YouTube disagrees with. STOP CENSORSHIP!

Carlos from vox has repeatedly called for Assault and battery against people that disagrees with his ideas and statments. You demonitize steve crowder who states that he dosent support volience, doxxing or any harassement of anyone, but you allow Vox to post videos and make money in which he specifically calls for the assualt and battery against those that he dsoent like. i thought your guidelines stated that you dont allow this content. We demand that you take action against these calls for violence and harassment against people with opposing ideas.

Let me start with this. I dont follow Steven Crowder. I dont pay for any of his services. Hes never gotten a penny from me, but demonetizing him the way that has been done is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. From what I have watched of his, and going through more of his content after hearing what youtube did, Its apparent that, even though he is edgy, and the things he does upsets some people, (becuase apparently they cant manage their emotions or be an adult and accept that its ok for someone to disagree with their beliefs) he has not done anything that warrants what you have done. First you made a ruling that was far and correct, and then, simply because some people started complaining, people that all happened to be of the same beliefs, mostly politically, you come back and all the sudden "broaden" how you apply the rules, making another ruling on something that had already been ruled upon? You changed the rules more or less. Its so clear youre appealing to the mob, that its sickening and it certainly doesnt help with all of the cries that google is already a biased company. This is an ergregious slap in the face to free speech and just gives me another reason to cancel/ stop using the services I currently have with google. Comedians are raunchy, and say things that can upset people. Its how they operate. You can choose to ignore them, same as anyone else. To censor them (short of seriously calling for violence or constantly harassing the same person) is censoring free speech, and killing comedy. At the very least, you are majorly changing the game on many people on youtube and how they can operate and make money, if at all anymore. Worse than that, there are many who will see this as a bias move that will only effect one side of the political spectrum. Alphabet is already being probed for an antitrust by the govt and has lost billions...yes billions of dollars in value over it. Are you sure this is a good idea to do? About a month ago, I was watching some clips from 50 shades of grey when I noticed something strange on the thumbnail grid that appears after every video. I hovered over it and regret I ever did. It was a disgusting title that you wouldn't be able to guess by the thumbnail itself. It was suggestive of possible child exploitation. Anybody could've stumbled upon it. I won't name it because I don't want to advertise such things that would lead perverts to it. I am still disturbed by it and hardly feel safe using the site anymore. I can't even enable safe mode because then it gets rid of all music videos I actually do want to watch.

YOUTUBE. For the love of all humanity please do something to clean up your site that so many of us rely on so that no one else has to fear accidentally coming across such videos.

I contacted Google support and was opened a chat from Chezka B. who proceeded to completely blow me off and tell me that my videos were not in compliance with advertiser friendly policy.

I have over 2, 000 videos, that are all advertiser friendly.

She then proceeded for the next 10 minutes to tell me that my videos weren't advertiser friendly and then proceeded to argue the point for the next 10 minutes.

Today I woke up, looked in the trending YouTube section and then made 3 videos about them. I uploaded the first video, and to my surprise it was demonetized.

After being puzzled for 30 minutes, I uploaded the next one, which even more neutral, than the first. I immediately was demonetized. I program computers. I know when a computer has designated something as A, B, or C. It was impossible that the computer had already gone through the video to figure out what was said, even less, pick up anything controversial.

Clearly my video was flagged for demonetization immediately.

As I provided all the links to Chezka B. she suggested that they were not and that YouTube would never do that, and hence insulting my intelligence. She went out of her way to be as condescending as possible.

I am filing a forming complaint against her.

Hello, I usually don't mind all the ads on Youtube, but there was just now an ad on a video I am listening to that was one of those quick 5 second ones and it said the F word. I am really upset about this because I was not able to do anything about this and I feel like it was totally inappropriate. I don't even know what the ad was for because I was so surprised that the F word was in it, it had something to do with addiction. Anyway, please do something to prevent ads with curse words in them. I love using Youtube but if curse words continue to show up in ads I will stop.

Dear YouTube Complaints Department,

I am writing in regards to YouTube's seemingly nonchalant attitude towards videos which are endangering to the people within the videos.

I am referring specifically to the YouTube Channel named: Alexandre

Within his channel, you will find several messages of hatred, slander and libel against a group of fringe Muslims who follow an Imam called Ahmed Al-Hassan. The group is called 'Rayat Al-Sud' or the Black Banners of the East. We are against the Isis types of groups, against the idea of violence and terrorism, and against the killing of any person based on their religious beliefs, gender, or sexual orientation.

In reality, this new sect does not adhere to any particular mainstream Islamic belief. Rather, it is a minority of minority within 'Islam', but unlike regular Islam, this sect believes in the truth of all world religions including Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism, and even Zoroastrianism. We believe that all adherents to faiths can go to Heaven based on their personal life choices (not based on whether they are Muslim or not) and that even homosexuals are not doomed to hell based on their orientation alone.

Furthermore, the idea of the headscarf has been lifted from the female followers of this Black Banners sect, as well as the idea of fasting 20 hours in summer for the month of Ramadan.

This kind of change has proven to be too much for some people who used to--or at least claimed to--believe in this sect. They have left the sect and left the Black Banners communities, and as a group we have no problem with this. People are free to choose what they believe and don't believe, what they practice and do not practice. Their belief in our sect and our Imam is of no importance to us.

What we cannot tolerate is their cyberbullying, their harassment, their endangerment of our children and families. The YouTube channels Alexandre and Muhammad Mahdi have, within the past week, focussed their energies on fighting against our group.

We don't have a problem with their disagreements to our beliefs. They are welcome to say that they do not agree with our beliefs.

What we cannot tolerate is that they are posting personal videos of our members--videos taken in personal settings, some showing members' houses, stating our locations, giving full names and faces of people who have not 'come out' in their families and communities. This is, for many, more dangerous and stigmatising than 'coming out' as homosexual in Western culture and even more than in Muslim culture. The reason for this is that our group is considered akin to apostasy from mainstream Islam. The punishment for apostatising in Islam in many Muslim countries and families is death--public death.

Therefore, by posting the videos of several Black Banners members pledging their allegiance to the Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan and calling the videos 'exposing' videos, they are not exposing anything except their hardhearted extremism. They are in fact posting these videos in bad faith. They are aware that none of the people in the videos have given permission to use their faces or voices within their channels. They are also aware that all of the people in the videos could be in danger from their governments, local Muslim communities, and even families, by being seen to be associated with a sect considered to be 'apostasy'.

The users Alexandre and Muhammad Mahdi have even posted videos of people announcing they are married whose dangerous ex-spouses do not know that they are re-married or where they are. These Channels have even posted threats against us, are slandering me personally (Abdullah Hashem) calling me unimaginably disgusting things, and damaging the reputation of each and every person whose face has been posted without their express permission.

As you can see from the women calling themselves 'ex-membes', this group of 'ex-members' are extremists. Their women cover their faces, and they cannot imagine a world in which the head covering for women could be a woman's choice, not an obligation.

I would like the videos all removed which slander me, and any videos which show members of the Black Banners, and lastly, any video which has my name (Abdullah Hashem) in it, as I do not nor have I ever owned a random shop in Germany nor any restaurant. I do not wish to be affiliated with any of these.

We are speaking to lawyers and police on our side to try to get these individuals to stop harassing our members and posting our private information, locations, faces etc. But in the meantime we would appreciate YouTube's cooperation and help in this matter as well.
