I’m complaining to the department of fair trading as he scammed me as well. Let me tell you exactly what he did. He is nothing but a crook and property Spruiker.

Now come to think about it it was such a scam.

How are you. When you purchased your investment property in NSW it was valued by your bank. If your bank or yourself had an issue with the valuation then it would have been raised prior to settlement.
Now if in the past few years the value of the property has dropped then this it what pretty much all of Sydney and the Hunter area has experienced.
