Someone broke into my room!
While I was travelling I visited Paris and stayed in Young & Happy Hostel. One day I took my camera and went out to explore the city. I was out for about 5 hours and when I came back I noticed that all my stuff and bags were messed up! Someone actually broke into my room! I immediately checked my bags and found out that my tablet and my wallet were gone! The only way to get into the room was with a key card. So I went to find some hostel staff, because I already knew it was their fault and that they stole from me. That was obvious because the only people who had that magnetic card was me and staff! When I went out I checked the door and it was locked for sure! I checked it very carefully because I left my bags, tablet and etc. in the room. I found the hotel manager and then we called the police. But unfortunately my things were gone forever! But later I realized the hostel staff was innocent, and I was not first one who was robbed.

Someone stole our stuff, but the staff didn't care
The customer services of Young & Happy Hostel are terrible. I and my friends went to Paris and stayed in the hotel. The rooms were closed by magnetic locks and no one except us was able to get into it. However, after we came back from the excursion, we found out that someone was in our room and they stole our stuff. I didn’t find my laptop and of course we informed the reception about it. However, these guys didn’t even tried to find the thief and said that it was impossible that someone stole everything.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
We want to catch your attention onto the fact that everything was done correctly and your complaint was immediately taken into account by us.
The usual process was applied immediately, and we 're not responsible about the police investigation.

I also insist, we took care about your situation, being very watchful about what we saw in the common areas and dorms. Did you remember the staff at reception do so with you in the whole hostel ? it seems not...
So we are also questionning about your claim, we never said we do not want to search for the thief ! But we cannot do this, we do not have the power to, only the police could start research. That's the normal way of doing, you have to be informed about this !
For these reason, i suggest to be less virulent and to be aware that in a city like Paris, you're not sheltered from such annoyance during a foreign travel.
