Don’t buy from the website www.yekitek.com. I bought Samsung phone from them, but they charged me and provided only useless confirmation email. No receipt, no tracking number and no delivery. I called them and heard only machine voice. I sent emails, but no one replied. They tricked out of my money and I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
This customer was a fraudulent customer. No money was collected. The credit card charge was refunded. The order was canceled as it was a fraudulent order. Please email us at info@yekitek.com for any questions or concerns. If you email us and provide the order name and order number we could advise you of what the exact reason the order was canceled.
