I purchased a replacement wheel for my Power Washer from Canadian Tire. It says on the label “for use with 5/8” axles. The outside diameter of the opening IS a tad larger than 5/8” BUT the insert (that allows the wheel to turn) makes it impossible to affix to the axle.

I did buy a more inexpensive model which too, did not fit. So I upgraded my purchase to more of a “name brand” at a $10 premium and when i got it home it still does not fit.

I live on an island outside of Vancouver so it is not an easy return.

IS there any hint on how I can utilize this wheel?

I bought hose and after a while sprinkler started not working as well, look at hose and it's bulging! Thought it was sprinkler issue removed sprinkler and still same with like maybe 1/2 the amount of water coming out as it did first day I bought it! I got new hose cause old hose seemed do the same thing and I thought it was sprinkler so I got new hose and new sprinkler! Well guess I will not buy these hoses again! 50 dollars down the drain for the hoses at Menards! Think it's defect in hose end allowing water to get between two layers of the hose!

We had obtained yard services from craigslist. A man named Matt responded, we had estimate and he did the service, a very bad service. The first day he showed up with a partner, then the partner got upset and left. Service was done and he was paid., this was in April. On June 5, 2023 my husband got email from his bank stating someone was attempting to charge his card again for $2,600 and then another $1,300. Luckily we caught it in time and had to cancel credit cards. This guy is a crook and I do plan to file theft charges against him and this company.

I bought this hose at Canadian tire today May 21st 2023. I went home, hooked it up and right away noticed it was leaking towards the end of the hose... I used the swivel handle at the end to tighten and where the hose connects to that end piece is where it was leaking and a lot... I turned off water then loosened and then tighten again and it leaked again AI could see the hose coming away from the end of gold piece of the end and then it just came off... I packed up the hose with cable ties as best I could and I will be taking it back to Canadian Tire tomorrow. What a piece of crap, hose from yard works for 80bucks... They better credit me

I purchased a Yardworks garden hose from Canadian Tire Spring 2022. I decided on the most expensive hose Canadian Tire carried as I believe in "you get what you pay for."

I paid $120 instead of the other 'heavy duty' $39 options and before the end of our summer found the Yardworks hose had burst right near the end of the hose where it is factory crimped to the end.

Water leaked for two days at the side of my home!

Canadian tire replaced my hose no problem however it was not until my water bill arrived did I realize that it also cost me an additional $550 over and above my average $150 charge. A $707.99!

I'm very disappointed with the experience and figured I would see if Yardworks would stand behind their product malfunction instead of it costing one of their customers.

I have the receipts as well as water bill for it along with history of the water bills we have experienced.

I would be very happy to supply you with them if you need.

I would like you to know that I am not happy with this product.

I was excited when I first saw it as I knew it wouldn't tangle up but I have now had two this summer.

Both ddid not last more than 1 month and both have torn in the fabric part of the hose making it impossible to use the hose for watering the flowers.

I can not even see where this hole or tear is other than the water keeps leaking thru the hose instead of the nozzle.

I would not recommend this product to anyone and will never buy one again as I did think maybe the first one 50ft was faulty but now the second one this one 100ft did the same thing is just acceptabl, a waste of money.

it leaks

So I grabbed the extra long black garden hose. I thought great, this is lightweight and easy for me to work with and I can get to all the flower pots on the upper patio.

It’s been maybe a month and I have a hole in it. More like a bulge that is leaking everywhere. I turned it on one day and just gushing water… flows over the patio and into my truck park down below with the moonroof open. Dang, was not expecting that !

I did try that black flex tape to see if I could make due because they hose is expensive and I just got it.

Of course that didn’t work.

I’m disappointed in this hose and fire sure would like a new replacement as there is no reason for there to be a hole.

I purchased this dry seal watering gun. I paid 19.99 plus tax at Canadian Tire. Within 3 weeks the gun handle cracked. This is terrible for a water gun that is very new. I am including a picture below. Yardworks is supposed to be high quality, clearly this is a problem. I would hope to receive a credit and or a replacement:

I had just purchased this hose ( proflex fibre hose ) from Canadian Tire at the Manning store, in Edmonton, AB. In April of this year ( 2022). It has worked beautiful every time I had used it, up until today. I went to use it and that is when I discovered that this hose had a leak in it. The outer part of the hose does not look to be damaged at all, but the water is just pouring out of the hose at this one particular part of the hose. When I first started to spray, the hose was fine. The next thing I knew was back of my leg is being soaked. I went to look and this is when I noticed that the water as pouring from this one part of the hose and water was all over the place. The box says that there is a guaranteed leak proof. I would like to request a new hose.

I bought this hose a couple of weeks ago at Canadian Tire in Calgary for $39.95 on sale. I used it today but absolutely no water soaks from this hose except at the ends where it joins another hose, and at the end of the soaker hose. It appears not to have any holes punched in the hose.

I cannot find my receipt.

I bought the Yardworks Pro-Flex garden hose in May 2022. The hose is leaking after approximately 6 uses. I paid $49.99 + tax at Canadian Tire. Unfortunately I did not keep my receipt figuring there would be no reason to do so. I am very disappointed. I am a senior widow and struggle with heavy hoses so I bought this hose assuming that it would do the job.

Got this for my birthday in June last year. I loved it until the hose bulged and is leaking terribly now. It was expensive and very disappointed this happened. I can’t use it now without getting soaked

I bought an electric lawnmower just over a month ago (48v 5Ah steel deck) from Canadian Tire. I've tried 3 different numbers for "customer service" and apparently no one knows who has to deal with electric mowers. The battery is dead, will not charge, and yet I can't even tell anyone that because no one can deal with it. I've used it 3 times. The last 2 it died mid cut straight off the charger. The battery even has an indicator to let me know it's current level. It drains incredibly fast. So far, clown service for a clown company.

I’ve now bought four of these over the past two years thinking that maybe I just got ones from a bad product line. All three, pictures here, are not functioning properly. The handle is stuck in all three and the one I am using now is starting to act the same way. All four were purchased at the Canadian Tire Store in Chateauguay, Quebec on September 2020, June 2021, September 2021 and the most recent in May 2022.

I have bought 2 of your leaf racks and both have damage in the same place.

They our flimsy and the wood part going into the rack is not long enough.

I use this type for leafs only so you don’t have to force rackThis ones our garbage and i can’t return them

I purchased the unit two years ago and found that it clogs quite quickly. I made a couple of changes to the blower that has reduced clogging down to a point that it's not regarded as a problem anymore.

I purchased a Lawn Vac 2.0 at Cold Lake Canadian Tire store some years ago. I just got it out of my storage as I had used it around the yard 3 years ago. The bag had literally fallen apart and the bag material had stretched on the first time using it and shredded itself. I tried to repair it with duct tape but couldn't get it to hold. I went to the store to get a new bag and they tell me that it was discontinued and they can't get me one. They said another Canadian Tire store may have them but they could not order it and transfer it. I have spent the last 3 summers calling every Canadian Tire store in Alberta. No success as of yet. Why buy a product if you can't fix it when it breaks. If I had known that they would discontinued this machine I would never have purchased it. I am left with a relatively new machine with no bag for it. In my view I feel I have been deceived at paying full price for a machine that was actually no longer available. I am unsure of the year but under the warranty I was informed at the time that "it was discontinued and the parts were also discontinued and unavailable". What am I expected to do? Must I buy a new machine just because the bag is now inept? The blower itself is perfect.

While using wheel barrel yesterday to move some top soil, noticed it leaning to one side. upon examining it, noticed main support brackets underneath were broken and bolts were pulling through body of wheel barrel. Both brackets were broken beyond repair. Wheel barrel as it is at present time useless and not operative
