Yapta Lost my money

I used Yapta a lot in the past and liked them a lot, but things changed. Last time when I booked a flight with them they charged me twice. Their customer service rep was nice and said that was an accident and promised I'll get a refund, but unfortunately they never gave my money back. I don't know what's wrong with them, they always seemed trustworthy, but now I'm afraid to use their service. I don't want to lose more of my money and I will book with another and more reputable company.

Yapta their prices changed so fast

I searched for the cheap tickets and my fried offered me the website www.yapta.com. I was shocked that the prices on the website changed so fast. I wanted to buy two tickets, but the price went up already. Seriously, it was nightmare to follow. I don’t how other people, but I wasn’t happy with the website. I haven’t bought from them, but it was too much to sit and look at their prices. I won’t recommend this website, so better find another one.
