I have been trying hard to find the manufacturer details in order to talk with them.
I have had delivered x2 T-shirts, which I was expecting.
The shirts are lovely but unfortunately are both XL and are too big, so I want to change the sizes.
I cannot find the sellers company details or the Courier to find out the sellers details. I ordered x2 XL shirts.
These were delivered today, but I want to change the XL shirts to x1 M and x1 L
Please tell me know who I can contact to get this corrected ?

I have been waiting on my package (lp00132606804823) that was sent through yanwen. The tracking says that it was dispatched from the yanwen sorting center on 04/21/2019. That was the last update that I have recieved. My package has not reached me. I ordered 2 things from the same company. They shipped one chinahina post and that has reached me. The package in question has not reached me and there has not been an update on its whereabouts since 04/21/2019. glasses to alter to suit any vision
The glasses are very flimsy, you cannot alter them to focus properly, a complete waste of money, no instructions or returns address inside. Customer ref t-lv-os ydh. With over 300 orders to Aliexpress, I've learned through experience to avoid Yanwen entirely. 60 days China to Bangkok (a 2 hour flight) is their norm with no meaningful tracking. Pay a little more and get it within a month, the aggravation of Yanwen or other cheap shipping is not worth it.

i ordered a watch on ebay and it was supposed to be sent to near berlin, germany. I just checked on the shippment tracking and it suddenly says that my parcel went through switzerland and it is on its way to italy. Also the destination country says italy.

I have just received three of my items ordered on the 4 April 2019 I am disgusted at the quality of the garments and will be returning them when I can get to the post office tomorrow. i have waited over three weeks and was looking forward to wearing the garments on Holiday with in the next few weeks but i would not be seen dead in any of them I will inform Paypal of what has happened and will hopefully be refunded the money I unwisely spent with you.

I'm in Japan, and ordered an item from a Chinese seller on eBay 2 months ago. I was provided tracking number, and can track the item until it came to my country, however, after that, Yanwen doesn't provide the new tracking number for inside Japan (the site says Yanwen passed my item to Japan post). So I cannot track the item even if it came to Japan 1 month ago! As a matter of course, it can't be tracked on Japan post web page with that tracking number!

I bought an item in th ebay and the seller sent and I received it about 11:00 am April 19th in Korean time and the item was damaged when I opened it and it has never happened to any of my similar product The item was staue figure and dozen parts were broken and some parts are even missing This is totalyl unacceptable and the workshop says it takes at least 150 usdollars to fix it

On the tracking page, it says that the Lensball I had ordered cannot be shipped because the "customer consignee refused to accept delivery", but nobody came with the package. This incident took place on 8th April, 2019, at 11:30am.
The package is a cardboard box with a crystal clear glass ball of 80mm inside it, weighing approximately 4-5kgs. It has been delivered from the Lensball company.
