I purchased a baby stroller from DHgate and still have not received the stroller. Since October 24th and the delivery still has not arrived. This is the tracking number UC624788354YP thanks. I am extremely upset because I have purchased other items from this website after purchasing the stroller and I have received those items and still have not received the stroller.

I ordered a rollup keyboard from Yanwen Express, it arrived two days ago, has not been able to keep a charge, nor will it make any type of sound at all. I have not been able to find any information on the company that this was ordered from and all important information on the invoice is in Chinese characters. I'm not even sure where this order originated from.

My order with tracking ID S00000064669467 was expected to arrive on the 24th of October 2019. I have been going to the local post office but was informed that the goods were yet to be received by them. The delivery time is long overdue and the information I have on the AliExpress app is to contact the support team. However, there's no details of the support team or whoever to contact for this inconvenience.

The missing parcel under order #926MEE54
with tracking number UE809624115YP was never delivered to me. Also after visiting my local post office told me that they haven't this parcel on their system at all. So how is it possible to be shown as delivered to the post and to the buyer? Maybe your tracking method isn't working as it should. We pre pay the products and now we have to apologize why we didn't received them? Fix the problem asap.
