Yanwan LOJES we cargoes are sent by the company, now under the new law turkey customs agency additional tax imposition by the entire cargo and shipping from China, have begun to take extra tax, and therefore all such orders indifferent posts' are returned to us before delivery to China.

Please send all orders from China, Turkey with the more current shipping company.

I have been waiting over 2 months now for my goods, and I have not received any notification from Yanwen where I should pick up my items, this company is not good at all! I am even beginning to think, you stole my goods!

Sir, my item has been shipped by Ali Express with tracking no LP00130048466403. Many months have passed but it has not arrived from China to Pakistan. Checked from Local post office as well. I had a package that i wasn't notified of it was available at my post office and was send back to the sender. your tracking claims it is availble for pickup by sender. but they haven't done that so and they don't want to pay me back because it was availble for me for pickup, but they don't notice that it is send back to them and isn't deliverd to them specificly. Is there a way you could send the package back to me so I could still get it?

Dear Sirs,

This is not a complain from Yanwen, you have provided an excellent service but your local partner is providing a very bad service in your name!
I recently ordered in EBay an electronic component delivered from Shenzhen. The dispatch was immediately, with your tracking service was possible to confirm the arrival in Portugal on the 29th of June, everything was perfect. The problems came with the local Post Office, the company CTT. The first problem is that you tracking number, according to CTT, the last two should be CN to follow the "International Post conventions" and with this argument, they "loose" the packages. If we call the CTT they use the escuse that due your tracking number structure is impossible to provide information about the delivery.
Making a research in the Internet there are many claims from Portuguese customers regarding invoices delivered from Yanwen and they are very very frequent. The invoices are lost, the customer receive the invoices many weeks later after arriving in Portugal, and so on and so on, is a real disaster the service provided by your local partner!
As your customer, I would suggest that you confirm the service quality provided by your local designated partner in your name. As alternative search for a new local partner.

Toutes ces commandes sont passées par la compagnie yanwen et je ne les ai jamais recues.
Les vendeurs aliexpress m'ont dit avoir appeler l'équipe de support et l'équipe leur à répondu que les colis étaient arrivés au guichet poste de ma région. Mais ils ne sont jamais arrivés à la poste, j'ai été vérifié pendant UNE semaine.

The companies are from Ali Express won't do anything about it. They're called SRCOI Official Store and FreePeople Store. Please contact them about their shipment methods. The sandals arrived today but are much too small. I ordered size 5 UK which should be size 38. What I received were size 34 which are no use to me at all. Can I return them for replacement? Yanwen doesn't provide enough tracking information.
I have not received 2 different packages from Ali Express. These were ordered before 2 months approximately and I have never got any update from the service provider. The seller just seem to extend the dates with no valid reason.
Second, package was from Mowl.ml. There is no update in this case either. This was ordered in the beginning of this month. I particularly don't have any hope in receiving this either.

In Portugal NONE of the items delivered by Yanwen is delivered, the Portuguese CTT Postal service informs that it happens because there is no Protocol signed with Yanwen so they do not disbribute nor recongnize the tracking numbers, no one gets the dam packages!

Why is this happening?! Cant portuguese do their shopping and get the items they pay for?!

Thisis UNACCEPTABLE IN 2019 and it ONLY HAPPENS WITH YANWEN!

PLEASE find a way of resolving this as soon as possible!
The claims in CTT are of thousands!

2 packages were returned to UB7 0LB sent recorded and to be signed for. The address they were sent to was stated as return address on the outside of the packages. Both packages were received by Yanwen and signed for. I have since been told by customer services that they do not have a return address in the UK and that because I have returned the items to the wrong address I am being offered half of the amount I paid for the items. This is totally unacceptable and I am planning on escalating this matter as far as I have to in order to be fully refunded. It would appear that many customers are having the same problem.It would appear that Berrylook, Clolife and Wish are all part of the same company and use the returns addresses of UB7 0LB and UB2 5LF. I am prepared to report this company to trading standards, PayPal and I am prepared to go to the press with this matter if necessary, their conduct is disgraceful regarding their returns policy.

On 28th April I ordered item [protected] from eBay but I have never received this item. This was bought from the seller dtxmotor. The tracking number was UE740012598YP.

Tor this order I to deny the receipt of this item and ask you to interview the people who claimed to have delivered this. From the tracking number, it shows that the item was delivered on Sun, 12 May. But I still have not received it.

I, therefore, am asking for a refund for this sale as soon as possible. The cost of the item was $18.90 and $3.00 for the shipping. Total of $21.90.

I order the silicon protector from Aliexpress. Tracking number is S00000005469402. From May 29th, there is no progress from the shipping when I try to track the item. Until now, the progress is still "Order information received by carrier". I don't know where to complaint this. I try to ask the seller to contact the shipping service but they didn't response yet.
