I use Yahoo as my email. This came about after the tug of war with sbc global.net. The honeymoon must be over because many times I try to access my email from the Yahoo page and I enter my email, which is sbcglobal.suck, and the next step I get directed to an sbcglobal.suck sign in page. This is happening more and more. So I guess if Yahoo and their overseas support can't fix it I'll just have to cancel both the sbcglobal and yahoo accounts. It really isn't .suck but .net. If you can't stop it, I will find out by trying, then I'll assume it's a waste of time.

all day all i have on yahoo news is wonder woman outfit. Instead of any thing to do with D-Day celebrations absolutely disgusting don't want to hear about Donald Trump or his family. Please rectify this situation otherwise i will go to the broadcasting regulator. I do not have anything more to add except that putting a limit on the minimum charactures is totally ridiculous

I have used Yahoo for 10 years as my home page but am going to have to switch off it. Just like every other media outlet, unfortunately Yahoo has decided to move so far to the left, every singe feed is so anti-Trump liberal biased. Funny thing, I am an independent just sick of reading the constant negative news, we are all on this boat together. Yahoo is border line as bad as CNN right now.

customer service / account hacked
My Yahoo account has been hacked numerous times. This last week, my account was hacked again & a $50 digital GameStop giftcard was stolen from me. I tried to contact Yahoo, but the site redirected me to a page that denied me customer support until I paid a $5 monthly fee. I made a tweet with my dissatisfaction and shortly after my account was shut down. YahooCare responded to the tweet and said I could change my password or make a new account. I ended up going through another 3rd party to file a complaint where Yahoo was supposed to respond to me through email and never did, and that case was closed due to "my refusal to cooperate", although Yahoo had shut down my account and I was unable to reply to any messages sent to that account (I used my Gmail to file but nothing ever came through from them). As a frequent buyer through GameStop online, I also had multiple other emails from them in the inbox with my address in the email for shipping and billing purposes. They have been incredibly rude to me through Twitter & refused to help after I mentioned I would like to be refunded for the stolen giftcard, but due to the way I've been treated and the amount of other people who've had their accounts hacked, I would also like to bring to light this issue.

too many pop ups
I have noticed for months that Yahoo has applied so many pop ups to your regular news that you can't even read the news because of your website crashing on my computer here at work and also at home. I can't even scroll without it hanging up due to a pop up trying to play in the background to it even flickering in and out giving me a yahoo is now reloading to a loss in website error. Really ! you are trying to make so much money on your advertising that your site won't even run anymore? I will give it another month to see if you can fix your problems and then if not I will cancel everything and go to firefox I have been using your page as my startup now for over 15 years I guess that is to long. I also notice you lean so far to the left that you slam the president 10 to 1 on articles and don't concentrate on the important news anymore you are to much on what Hollywood cares and not the American people. Who care about what the Kardashians think and other actors they are entertainers and that is what they get paid to do.

pornographic ad on yahoo news page
As I was reading news headlines on Yahoo today (6/1/19), 2 pornographic ads came up on the right hand side of the "page". Both ads were the same and explicitly showed a woman wearing a pair of black lace panties with the backside of the panties totally removed, exposing the woman's entire butt crack. There was no way to close the ads. Please stop this! It is extremely offensive!

The headline on my Yahoo feed -- the main photo, headline, and blurb -- is an article by Alexander Nazaryan stating ""It was a coup": Mueller critics demand 'deep state' investigation, Obama testimony" and quotes extensively from a group called Judicial Watch. Yahoo doesn't explain who Judicial Watch is -- a conservative organization that denies climate science as "fraud science" and which frequently makes unsubstantiated claims that are spread through right-wing media. By keeping this Nazaryan piece as your headliner, you are validating the assertions made by Judicial Watch without providing a full picture of that group and its motivations. Yahoo News, I've been told, is garbage and now I see that's true.
new version of yahoo
NOW, I hate the new version, all of my photos gets saved in a folder whether I want them or not, which takes up space If I want to save them I'd rather do it on my own, I don't like that. When I want to go on the web and look for something I have to go out of the email and go to google, that is a real pain. Why can't you have search and and add the web like the classic yahoo. I don't like that you can't copy something from another email to use it again. Why do you make us use this new version when the yahoo classic is so much better. Why can't I go back to the older version it is much easier to use. There isn't anything I like about this new version. Just my two cents worth, fix it or make it right, just like the classic one.

Extremely bias headlines and "Leading" Headlines to imply Israel Falou in the bad light. Is this a joke? Is this the standards of YAHOO Australia?
We are not against two sides of an argument but YAHOO Australia personnel have taken sides in their headlines.
Fire them or your reputation as fair provider gets extremely questionable. If the YAHOO personnel are LBGTQI and feel for the LBGTQI, they should react with the same professionalism that they would expect treated upon them.
I have had a Yahoo email account for years. On May 14, 2019, I attempted to log into my account and it had been deleted by Yahoo without warning. I have tried contacting Yahoo every day since to get help but I can't get any response. I finally tried Twitter and their response was to pay for their assistance service in order to get help. I feel like this is extortion. I want Yahoo to respond to my numerous requests and to reactivate my account at least long enough to retrieve important documents.

I have used a yahoo email address for nearly 20 years and have virtually all my website subscriptions and personal emails signed upto it. Yahoo are now saying they no longer recognise my account.
I have tried their help site but there is nothing for this issue and absolutely no option to contact them directly.

The situation is pathetic ... Example: if one is attempting to sign on Yahoo, using Google Chrome, one hits a wall of stupid, as in being redirected to the a t & t sign in, which appears clueless (perhaps by design) about one's yahoo account. It would seem well within the realm of possibilities that a t & t is attempting to force users to drop their yahoo accounts in favor of starting a new a t & t one, thus saving themselves the expense of supporting old systems ? Perhaps leaving people in the dark with glitchy tech leads exponentially to conspiracy theories ? Regardless, there may be hope. I have on several occasions ask for help with location problems. I have had no response. I am located in san francisco, ca I have never lived anywhere else. I used your service for ovef 10 years without any location problems.
2 years ago I purchased a new computer and as always added my same location in san francisco. I have for 2 years cannot do any because it boots up with either in german or dutch language. I have to every time I go to yahoo I have to change the language back to english. Whyyyyy? I have tried to send for help with you guys, but have not received response. Please help. I had a small business account with yahoo, billed quarterly. On 1 May 2019, which was the first day of new billing period, I received an email at 4:19pm that my rates were increasing. I cancelled and received the cancellation email at 5:29pm. I checked my credit card and the charge hadn't been posted. So I thought I was good until the charge showed up on 2 May. After multiple attempts to contact customer service I finally got thru on 5 May. They refused a refund. So, theoretically, by their logic, yahoo could have increased my fees by ANY amount and I would not have an opportunity to cancel and get a refund. Unbelievable. The CS guy was nice and "tried" to argue my case but was refused. So I'm disputing the charge with my CC company. Wish we luck. The $$ isn't the issue it's the principle.
Almost all Yahoo small business mails nationwide are down. They won't help, reply, support, or even acknowledge there's a problem. Been going on since the weekend. It's putting us out of business.

This seems to me like a detrimental priavcy violation and I have pictures / screen shots to back it up. I am infuriated cause I can't stand the forced reliance of technology as it is when it can't even be made to oporate correctly. I never had this problem with Gmails and coincidently just recently started a yahoo email. If I dont get feedback on this problem I will be sure it announces to a more concerned superior of yours. By accepting / writing and then posting such an article you agree to accept the murders and play "nice nice" with the murder. Don't do this. It's simply disgusting.
It brings a mere shame onto journalism, or rather a lack of journalistic education.

Despite having recieved and sent 14 emails to your customer service I have been unable to recover my yahoo mail acount [protected]@yahoo.com it seems your customer service is only programmed to send robotic responses and not to think for themselves I have supplied more than enough information to recover my acount including a scan of my passport I find this totally unacceptable and if t wasnt for the fact that I was waiting for the response to several important emails I would have totally ditched yahoo long ago please dont send me another robotic reply the only reason I couldnt acess my acount is that my mobile phone was stolen and I cant recieve the code to recover my acount because I have blocked the line I have supplied my new mobile number but to no avail do you think you might possibly be able to change my mobile number to the one prvided to your customer services
