Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to complain the recent post of yahoo news HK of a biased "story" of HK protest.

I believe yahoo should be neutral in political point of view instead of posting or reporting some unreliable sources of news or stories from unknown media/biased media.

Thank you and please review internally.

I am using the Yahoo news / Home page. Every article that I try to read has pop up windows in the middle of the screen relating to other stories.
That is a horrible presentation and I will be forced to dis-associate with Yahoo and it's sponsors.

You state that the complaint is too short. Sorry if I am concise and do not want to waste your time. If you don't understand the issue without wasting time on unnecessary chatter, I can see your problem.

The service was down for whole day and their speed of fixing problem is too slow. Frustrated with service. You guys need to fix the problem ASAP. We can tolerate for hours but cant believe such big company and their service was down for the whole day. Seriously you guys need to work on this. I am a loyal customer of yahoo and had been using this service for decades now

in articles comments of anything political- not just trump articles--pictures or advertisements pop up where you would print a comment or read others comments- all day yesterday and today..can you stop it emailed and talked to friends all are having the same problem and 3 people commented on it in non political articles, to see if happening to others..so not just me ..is it Yahoo doing it or is their a political bug?

Whenever I try to read an item on your newsreader, the subsequent page come up wwith two advertisements overlaying the text of the article I am trying to read, making the article unreadable. Unless you fix this (the other side of the page has plenty of space for ads!) I will stop usinf Yahoo as a source for my news.

I've been using your service this entire century, almost exclusively. I DO however have a serious problem with your censoring. I read your articles and comment on some of them. Also, I've noticed that many of my comments are being censored, by YOU, and often for no apparent reason. No profanity. No hate speech. Nothing. Just now, I was posting, or rather ATTEMPTING to post a comment on V.P. Pence's trip to Ireland. Yet again, you are censoring my comment, and again for no apparent reason. The comment I was attempting to post is as follows:

Pay attention people...….."Short said the original plan had been to hold meetings in Dublin and go to Doonbeg afterwards. A last-minute schedule change meant Pence would need to visit Dublin after over-nighting in Irelend, and no hotel in Dublin had been properly vetted."

This is a straight out lie. First off Mr. Short, Doonbeg and Dublin are BOTH in IRELAND, but by saying it was a LAST MINUTE schedule change, means there was ALREADY a vetted hotel in Dublin scheduled, and they changed it, pure and simple. Not only is the American taxpayer furthering Trump's income, we're now on the hook for FLYING Pence back & forth to Dublin each day. What? Are there no CARS in Dublin either? Second, there is no need for a hyphen in "overnighting". It's one word. Looks like the staff is no brighter than Trump and Pence themselves.

Now, you tell me what is so offensive or rule-breaking about that comment. I'm waiting.

You know, we ARE adults, and even kids don't cry when they see or hear the word "[censored]". Forget for a moment that YAHOO posts articles with far more offensive language all the time. I want to know why MY comments are being censored, especially the one stated above. Given the fact that your very own page states 1115 complaints with a mere 6 resolved, I doubt you'll have an explanation in the first place.

I was invoiced by leilaleila_1@yahoo.com for photographs sent to me by email download, with no opportunity to preview in the text of the email. When paypal notified me of the invoice, I shredded all photos of her (we had exchanged photos in the course of becoming online friends) and emails except those necessary to file appropriate complaints. Paypal said to ignore the invoice and I've blocked her. Yahoo needs to know she is using wireclub to start this phishing.

Regarding security reason these addresses were managed with my desired from yahoo.co.uk.
What's the theme of comnplaint is?
Complaint shown an internet fraud and manipulation of yahoo pages and sent as: From 'yahoo; but in fact fake confimed codes in two steps.
These addresses were managed with two steps of confirmation.
But from several week before codes which were sent to my tel number were strange
something. In fact the codes were changed with 8 digit numbers only. Before that all codes were in 6 th digit letters only. I was wonder when I found out messages from yahoo in my address [protected]@yahoo.com, where yahoo.co.uk informed me that my post was visited from a brauser Safari which sent which was sent and these different codes than yahoo mail.Them yahoo letters were put from me in the bin at [protected]@yaho.com and were hided it from me.However today I visited a print house and when I asked from Yahoo to be open my post address I understood that my passcode did not work again.In fact He was hacked. When I asked from yahoo to be send new passcode for kaloian_goergiev"yahoo.com in second step I received again Yahoo original digit letter confumation code like previous which I received before from Yahoo. But in the second my address my address information about
these confirmed passcodes was changed immediately and I understood that my email addresses were manipulated from somebody else. Many times I changed my routers but provider I couldn't It was and is Bulsatcom.In my opinion they were not rewsponsible for this theft and spy.But because I shown in the face of BG Gopvernment a face of criminal manipulation of International finance and given them to Bulgarian Criminal Court my job with internet started too heavy.
I did it after I received HM'S Court preferences regarding this fraud and abuse regarding in USA FCPA/Bribery Act EU Parliament Reglament 596/ 2014, FATCA Agreements with USA Gov./2015 and International Pact dated 1970, Certified for Bulgaria /1976.I found out that World Financial Markets were manipulated from Bulgarian Government with fake documents of owners of World Investments. I received HM'S Court Preferences from HM'S High Court. That's way I would like to stress Your attention about manipulation of Yahoo email addresses and in Gmail my email [protected]@gmail.com from unknown persons and hackers. If Your Team can I beg You to investigate my email addresses and find out who visit them .
The they before yesterday I bought a Cisco router which was registered with my name from yesterday in front Linksys. I beg You for Your cooperation and help, because I found out many times that my house was visited in the time when I am not at home and internet was used too. Probably from my engine. Persons which did it these abuse are guarded by BG Government, because many times I made complaint in front Official Solicitors and Police about that but nobody like to know what had happened with me! It is confirm them hided participation, because theft money arrived in BNB.bg with other owners after internet manipulation.

I have been getting a request to sign into my yahoo account to no avail. Will not allow me to sign in on desktop says that my email or password is not correct so I opt to reset the password it takes me to att.net. I have contacted ATT several times spoke with reps. who gave me different information. I was told that Yahoo! is no longer part of ATT it its part of Verizon. The next rep. stated that they do not normally give out the number for Yahoo! and gave me a number which was for...AT&T. The rep. said that I should reset my password so I did and could not get into my Yahoo mail account. The most recent rep just said there was nothing that could be done on the part of AT&T that maybe it was an issue with Verizon. I cannot get into email by phone either. Same issue with by cell phone. This is not right to do to customers. I get emails for my daughter healthcare as well as mine, not to mention business emails. As of today I cannot do anything. I have not received any emails nor can I send any. I hope you will do something to resolve this issue.

I've been using Yahoo as my home page for years. While I understand advertising is part of the deal, your's have been become just too damn aggressive. About 6 months ago adds began popping up on the left hand side of the screen, blocking a portion of the readable content. At first, you just closed a couple and you were done. Recently, its a series of about 10 - 15, that pop up right after another. Now, they pop up right over the content we are reading, and there is no way to delete. You have to open the add, and you lose whatever you were working on.

I doubt seriously anyone will read this, and doubt even more that you give a damn. But I am no longer going to use yahoo as my home page.

Both of my accounts was put together by ya and i can't get in after someone stoled my phone and i no longer have that number. Both of my accounts are yahoo so it says i have to verify my account with an alternate but sense ya link the two i can't get in AND there is no link to let you put ur pass words instead .. DO YA EVEN CARE ABOUT YA CUSTOMER? You say we have to pay for a mistake on ur end.. I need help to get in my account without having to pay to do it.. i had ya for almost 9 years .. Dose that mean anything to ya? HELP !

I frequently experience a Cologuard advertisement automatically playing both video and sound when I am on the Yahoo News page. The ad does not respond to efforts to pause or mute the sound, and even continues to play after I close the browser window. This is highly annoying and ruins my experience on Yahoo. Please contact this advertiser and/or work to end this rogue behavior on your platform.

I tried to login to my yahoomail account, which I have had for years. Just now I wanted to go to my mail. My email name was there and and I pressed too soon (before my password appeared). I was told to go to my Shaw email account ([protected]@shaw.ca) to get an ID number from Yahoo mail. I did. There was no Yahoo mail ID. I logged out and tried 3 times on my [protected]@shaw.ca account. NO ID FROM YAHOO.

If I cannot get my Yhoo mail, then good-bye Yahoo. I will inform my contacts touse my GMX or Shaw account

I received a Y-mail alert notice about failing to upgrade to the newest version which will result to a permanent closure of my account. there is an attachment to the mail but i am hesitant and will not open it. I am afraid it is a scam I heard so many scams or phishing from friends. I am sending screenshots of this said message. Please review. Your reply is highly important and appreciated

After clicking on one of your sponsored ads selling "cheap tvs" about 4 weeks ago, I was directed to www.appliancelimit.gq. I purchased an item from this site and paid about £75.43 for a LG TV . Within a short time, I was informed that the item was being shipped from China, and that it was a Dyson Hairdryer. Strangely, this notification was from a company whose email address is cs4@customercenterhome.com. I emailed this company to inform them that I did not purchase a hairdryer but a TV. After a lengthy delay, they emailed a reply, apologising for the mistake and stating that the correct item would be dispatched. In the meantime, the "Dyson hair dryer " which had supposedly been dispatched, arrived at my address. The item turned out to be a "Canada Goose" beanie cap !

I think the whole episode has been designed to delay any complaints while a wider fraud is being carried out on other Yahoo readers. It has taken almost a month since I paid for a product which I have not received. I have no doubt that I have fallen victim to a scam which I blame totally on Yahoo because I trusted that your company would not be carrying the ads of fraudulent companies.

As such, I would like a full refund of the money that I've lost to the scam.

i made an id 6/7 years ago just to use facebook. i used that id for few months just. Now when i try to open that id on yahoo. it shows an error that this id does not exist. kindly fix this issue. the id which i was using was [protected]@yahoo.com

Hi, our association has a yahoo group forum. The group owner has resigned from the organisation but is refusing to leave the group and transfer ownership to our new executive officer. This means he is using the name of our association and accessing private information about our members. How can we transfer ownership of our association's yahoo group forum to our new Executive Officer.

My $50 entry fee was collected by Yahoo on 7/27/2019 at 8:02 AM. The draft filled around 8:50 AM and wasn't allowed to enter the draft after trying on a smart phone and 2 computers. My internet was working normal and I was able to use it for other services (we have 100 mbps), I also tried using my cellular data and restarting my phone/yahoo app. Nothing resolved the issue. On 7/25/2019 I had already filed a complaint with yahoo because I entered a $5 best ball league, it filled and then disappeared. I sent screenshots to yahoo of the $5 coming out of my account and never being refunded. Yahoo is new o best ball and obviously their software has some defects. Customer service (Billing) advised they would send the complaint to Engineering and didn't respond when I asked if I'd be reimbursed.

I attached screenshots of what I experienced as I attempted to enter the $50 draft today and my account history showing proof of payment. What I'd like is to be reimbursed for both of the drafts ($55) that yahoo provided flawed software that didn't allow for participation after payment.

With sincere respect, as big as Yahoo is, I can see why it might want to ride on its history.

Still, as a former teacher, author and community advocate, I find myself saddened by the so very low IQ and ultimate contribution to society that is operating behind Yahoo's news .

Indeed, there is SO very much that could be accomplished were to Yahoo to give up being a low IQ sensationalized venue in preference of providing highly intelligence news that could make a qualitative difference both in our society and an in all candor ... "society-at-large."

IN FACT, I'd venture that if YAHOO did a 180 degree turn around to provide intelligent news that could make a difference in our society - and too, provide intelligent "options" for the public to become involved - we might well see Yahoo serving as a major catalyst sufficient to foster both a more intelligent, healthier society AND one which, btw would demonstrate significantly less violence.

As it is, I would offer that Yahoo News "feeds" violence and a low IQ society.
