People use the comments feature to call out Yahoos obvious biased news reporting. Now you take away that feature in order to prevent people seeing how biased you people really are. Please provide a more balanced news page with all sides of the issued represented. A balanced news site would include both sides of an issue. The country is divided in their political views and when your news is about 90 percent negative on on one side it can no longer be presented as news. It is instead political advertisement or opinion and should be presented on another format. Not as unbiased news.

It's bad enough some of the other ad pop-ups! I am offended greatly, and on that particular ad, I don't have an option to delete future viewing of this ad.

Please remove "ALL" such ads from general public viewing.

Feeling really stressed up and bullied using yahoo mail I have been locked out of mail by yahoo on purpose first they request I verify my account from my other yahoo account then locked me out my both yahoo account still requesting that I verify my account from the accounts I have been locked out even though I know my passwords yahoo is causing me frustration and stressed why should someone suffer so much to use something that got their name and details on it?

Yahoo! have also delete comments without any good reason

I am sick to death of your totally negative "news" reports on our president! how righteous or just is it to never report any good he has done for our country! while polosi & the rest want to turn our history, laws & constitution upside down! while hiliary, obama, comey etc etc have been proven to commit crimes..While crazy ortez calls for a boycott against a man & his company for thanking our leader, praying for our nation & replenishing our food pantries! it is outrageous, maddening & insane! print this.

I am 74 yrs old and been a member for 11 years and I am not as young as I used to be (quick, eyesight) an I go to sign in 2 weeks ago and they start with you need a new password, recoverys etc. I was shocked, when I finally get it all down, they change it on me. Well, I followed the instructions to change password; but the problem comes with recoverys. I had a govt phone for 13 yrs and it died; the power just went off. My sister went out and bought a new phone, so I could have a recovery phone. Well it has no texting, so when you send me a code to verify, her phone doesn't get it. (texting is extra money per month. Her e mail address verifies; but I can't find anyone who will give me their phone for recovery. I moved to tennessee from virginia and there's not many people around where I live and not friendly. Please help me get back my acct back; I am lost without it.

Why is your "news service" so one sided? Your service does nothing but incite & show just how biased your company is when it comes to telling the news. Your company is obviously filled with democrats, which is entirely your business but when it comes to reporting news you should tell both sides not just the parts that piss people off. As far as I'm concerned your service & others like you are also responsible for the riots, looting, burning, breaking laws, etc. You are just as responsible as if you committed these acts yourself.

It's clear that Yahoo is biased and partisan in their news stories. Everyday, especially today, there is Trump bashing and false narratives about him, yet nothing but accolades for other figures in Yahoo news stories, who are not what they are made out to be. The editors are not fair. The only reason I have any association with Yahoo, is for the Yahoo mail service. I have always used it. I have one other email account, which is Gmail, which isn't as good. But I wish the news stories on the Yahoo home page, once I log out of Yahoo mail were more inviting, rather than insulting, negative, anger provoking, biased, partisan and a bad example of what news should be.
Yahoo and Yahoo news would have more members if they were not biased. There are more people out there who want REAL news stories than those who are on the wrong side of the tracks, or who just want to see partisan plucked bashing.

Once again, an email using my former yahoo name was sent to my former email contacts in my yahoo list. I have not only deleted the contacts and changed my yahoo password, I have deleted my account entirely. And yet - there are still emails being sent in my name. What gives? This is not how you're going to beat google. I am very disappointed in yahoo.

It's up to you, yahoo, to resolve this issue.

I am writing to make a formal request for assistance, because, I have been unable to gain access to my yahoo mail account since early 2019.
The problem began after I deleted the (then) new sign in app for yahoo mail from my cellphone.
I did that in genuine ignorance without knowing that I would thereafter be locked out of my account.
Ever since then, I am unable to sign into my account because I'm not signed in on any app.
That, in fact, is the message I receive, each time I try to sign into my account.

Can you help me please?

Get rid of the Kardashian clan

Ten years ago I recall Yahoo News delivering real news so last year I made a switch back to Yahoo News as my home page. I quickly learned this was a BIG MISTAKE as for all I see each day is not real news but rather celebrity gossip and the most ridicules headlines about the Kardashians, a name I would welcome never again hearing.
By the numbers below I can see that I am not alone in thought . In just 7 search query's over 486.870, 000 million other people searched the same, each number represents someone who is just as sick of this Kardashian clan.

The US population is 328 million and with almost 487 million searches looking to rid themselves of the Kardashian name equates to 158 million more queries then every man, woman and child in the US combined.

From what I see Yahoo news has actually become The Yahoo Kardashian/Jenner clan News. How much is this clan paying Yahoo to be the headline news?

With the world on edge, people dying each day and so many locked away in their homes while losing everything I think there's so many more important issues than a clan of idiots who post every hangnail.
I'm done with Yahoo News, I'm switching to another source for news, one that actually cares about the people who support it and provides REAL NEWS.

If Yahoo wants to publish garbage about unimportant issues about unimportant so called celebrities then create a tab for this but don't put such ignorant people ahead of the real issues people must face each day.

Over the past few weeks, using multiple browsers, I am unable to provide feedback on Ads. I cant say "I keep seeing this" or "Its not relative". You can make the selection on the screen but you cant execute the command. Its like somebody at Yahoo was paid to turn that feature off.

Need Immediately action on my husband's account, someone reset his password, changed his recovery email address and recovery phone numbers.

I am his wife and legally married with him at the time of death.

can you please block his account because some one stole his phone since April 30th 2019. now they start using his emails in May 2019 they did fraud in my husband's account.

I sent this email to Yahoo customer care on 14/01/2020 with copy of my husband's death certificate and our marriage certificate.
I called them around 20 times they said we are going to temporary closed the account and they gave me case number [protected].
They still can't closed the account, I called them 07/03/2020 Time 20:30 spoke with Ashley and she clearly said account still open.
If I face any other fraud through my husbands yahoo email so Yahoo will responsible for all matters because they still can't close the account.

Golden Garden website that you can win money and gift cards on I believe is a scam. When you get near the amount where you can get paid out, you can no longer get in to collect. Every time I shut down google chrome, yahoo search engine hijacks my default google search engine, even though I have repeatedly made google my default search engine, and deleted yahoo from the available search engine options. This has happened to me repeatedly and I feel it is absolutely disgusting behavior by your company. I would like to know if there is a way to permanently delete all yahoo apps from my computer, and block and apps from taking over my search engine in the future. I will never in my life use your outdated and inferior search engine or any yahoo product. I find it offensive that you would think I would be stupid enough to not notice the switch and use your terrible search engine. I've run out of patience. This is absolutely infuriating.

What has happened to my email and google chrome? I can access my emails through firefox, but no longer through google chrome. Chrome is my search engine. I was looking through my emails 2 days ago via chrome, when all of a sudden the mail disappeared and was replaced with the sign in page. I tried to sign in over and over and realized I was in a loop. The only way to get my mail is to go through firefox.
What's with google chrome and yahoo email and when will it be fixed?

In the past five weeks I have registered a problem with yahoo postmaster.
Yahoo is rejecting emails sent from my ip address to yahoo addresses due to 'user complaints'. All other email providers accept the same email.

This has been happening since the very first time I started to use this IP address. There cannot have been any prior complaints relating to my work.

All I receive from yahoo postmaster is an automated acknowledgement and a list of things to do to ensure compatibility.

I am fully compatible with all of these. The same exmail if sent from another server, or from another email address is received OK by yahoo. So it is not the email or its content.

It is clearly the IP address which must have an block on it in the yahoo mail system, probably from a previosu user to whom this IP address was assigned.

Yahoo postmaster then does nothong. I ask for updates, and receive nothing. After five days, the ticket is cancelled because I have not responded, despit the fact that I have indeed responded.

This is very poor support, not worthy of yahoo.

I need it resolving, and only yahoo postmaster can do this.
