XPLOD Social Social Media growth service

I purchase a weekly growth service from this fraudulent company and they just sent me fake followers into my account. When I notified them about this and asked them to cancel my subscription they never respond me through their chat messages on their website or the emails i sent and they were charging my card every single week and also removing the followers for what they charged me. I am super upset with the dishonesty of this company. They need to stop messing with my account and fix all this BS they are doing on my account by removing the followers they charged me

Desired outcome: Fix the mess they created and send only high quality real organic followers for those charges they took from my card after I requested the cancellationCancel my service and refund my money

XPLOD Social instagram service scam

I tried to remove the funding source within the free 3-day trial period directly on the web-site of xplodsocial.com on 10 April 2019, but each time I pressed cancel payment on their account dash-board I received the following message - "xplodsocial.com says : Network issue. Please try again." The xplodsocial web-site therefore refused to let me cancel my payment. Thus they obtained payments without my permission.
