Xenium Holidays Kashmir package

Dear Xenium Holidays Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of communication and unresponsiveness I have experienced with your company. I recently made a payment of 1000 rupees to Mr. Om Shiva for the confirmation of a Kashmir trip, approximately three weeks ago. However, I have not received any confirmation nor have I been able to reach Mr. Om Shiva as he has stopped responding to my calls.

I must admit that I am deeply disappointed by the level of service provided by your company. It is disheartening to see that your staff members are not proactive in providing updates or even acknowledging the receipt of payment. As a customer, I expect timely communication and professionalism from the company I choose to do business with. Unfortunately, this has not been the case in my experience with Xenium Holidays.

Considering the lack of response and unprofessional behavior, I have decided not to proceed with the booking of the Kashmir package through your company. I kindly request you to cancel all formalities associated with my trip and initiate a full refund of the 1000 rupees that I paid.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved promptly. I expect a higher level of customer service and hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.

Xenium Holidays Receipt and refund

I had made a payment of (helicopter charges included, payment details are sent by mail) towards advance token for Jammu Kashmir trip and had not received Receipt of payment towards advance payment. In view of the above, I have spoken to the booking team many times and also sent mail several times, but my problem is not attended to. I request to kindly expedite the grievance redressal so as to get further bookings in your company.

Xenium Holidays travel planning and misbehavior of the operation team

I have booked tour to Gujrat from 27th Dec 2019 to 31st Dec 2019 with this tour operator. While confirming my tour booking I have shared my flight itinerary also with them but they are so casual to the planning that they booked my hotel without looking at my arrival and departure time. While raising my concern, they took almost seven days to correct it and that was also erroneous. While speaking to them it made me feel that they are very much interested to grab the money rathan to address my problem. I am really scared to have my tour with this company.

You yourself check the date of complaint, whic is Dec19, 2019 & your response to the complaint is Nov18, 2023.

Which one I should consider fake your company or your statement against my complaint.

How to you expect people will preserve the booking details and all for the booking made with such fake company even after four years.

Rather I would continue campaigning against this fake company.

There is no escalation point to reach out. They have take the advance and no one bothers to pick up the call also. it is a completely cheating organization. I am really scare having my tour with this operator but they don't want to refund my money also. I am completely trapped. need an immediate help to get out of this cheaters.

Xenium Holidays trip to uttarakhand

Unfortunately the problem was not because the tyre got punctured the problem is the driver never left to pick us up .

Let me list down the problems which we faced throughout our journey and what behaviour was expected from you as our travel agent .

1)Problem no 1 was there was no transparency after we booked there was a change in meal plan and your attitude towards this was if we wish we could cancel our package (was this a solution or a rude attitude towards your customer infact your senior was ready to understand the mistake but you didn't agree that it was a mistake from your end ).it was a burden of 5K for dinner exp Please note we had chosen your package and then booked are air tickets and after booking you tell us to cancel the package just because you dint want to accept your fault.We still ignored and went ahead with you.

2) We gave you reminders to provide us with driver details and finally got them 7.30 pm on the day when we had our flight, we asked multiple times will the driver arrive you were damn sure yes he will, we tried calling him he dint recieve, he called back after follow up with few other numbers where they mentioned why are we coordinating last moment (how are we suppose to coordinate earlier when we were never given any details before )
The driver when called was in his deep sleep when we landed Delhi, he mentioned he is at Terminal 1 when we had clearly shared that we will be at terminal 2 .(He said he will reach terminal 2 in fifteen mins he dint call us for more than 30 mins for which we called him back and he said the tyre was punctured we asked him so what next he said let me chck if somone can fix it )
There was no call for another 45 mins .
Meanwhile we tried calling you (because you mentioned you will be available 24*7 if there is a problem please note these statements need to be practical because we were in a problem there need to somone who can give us solution ), We called one number(dnt know his name ) he said another number, called 3rd person he had no answer .
Finally Pradeep was the only one who had courtesy to understand and was in constant follow up and touch .
When he reached the driver (the driver was fast asleep and he never had left for airport, another driver was arranged thereafter 2 hours later after Pradeep reached the drivers place which is at 9.16 am in the morning )

SO PLEASE NO More stories of tyre being punctured .

3) We called you 3-4 times we understand you couldn't recieve then, As a travel agent you should have some courtesy to call back as soon as you see so many missed calls and msgs from my end and on top of it you are discussing very calmly as though nothing big has happened (the problem is attitude and the way you'll are dealing with a customer )

4)the problems dint end here, we Reacehd Bhimtal last evening around 6 .When we reached her there was NO BOOKING on our name in the hotel .
The manager here is much decent and had courtesy to arrange for a room temporarily where we were waiting for about 1-1.5 hour for another room which he arranged (again unfortunately when asked he said that our tours and travels have not cleared payment hence booking was not done infact he mentioned he has not recieved the payment yet ).

5)On the contrary i have been explained that the car can breakdown anytime and it's not in anyone's hands.
Please let me tell you we are a frequent traveler .
We always predict possibilities and make sure we have back up if we travel on our own.

And after paying such a huge amount i expect that my travel should be smooth and hassle free I am not here to keep coordinating with you'll .
Infact I expect calls from your end to make sure everything is going well. I just don't understand there was not even one call from your end.

When you intend to serve people and make memories for people, please make sure you work hard to achieve that .
Here we had planned this trip and was expecting it to be special but unfortunately it was very stressful and we are here wasting time in writing these emails of complaints for which the response is so casual .

So hencforth I would need somone who looks into these customer services problems .

Kindly escalate this to them so that I can explain this to people who want to understand or who look into resolving these queries which I have .

The booking was done with the name Nausheen taqi and Abdul Rasul khan.

It is is pethetic to see you took nearly 4 years to reply the complaint that you don't aware the name of the booking.

I mentioned the name Kokila and she is/ was your employee,can't you check what she has done.

Anyway check your records for

Customer name Nausheen taqi and Abdul rasul khan.

Xenium Holidays holiday packages really unprofessional

Unprofessional company The hotels given in confirmation mail and later provided is really different and downgraded.
While taking the booking advance it was a different hotel provided but on arrival it was found the hotel has been changed for all the 4 nights. It's really big fraud.Also on enquiring to provide the Tax invoice it was refused telling later we will provide.Really bad service.

Xenium Holidays tour & travel hotel accommodation

Bitter experience - himachal tour.

The "xenium holidays" being one of the leading travel & tourism company having good vission, mission and good customer care.
We trusted you "the xenium holidays" new delhi as our tour operator. Taking into confidence we eight family members booked our"himachaltour" from 05-06-2018 to 10-06-2018 through madam ankitha, tour expert, "xenium holidays" mobile no : [protected]. It is very much astonishing that the "xenium travels" allotted the "rockvilla hotel manali". But we had a bitter experience with your company booked hotel. I don't know whether some in-charge person for hotel bookings from xenium holidays visited the rock villa hotel manali or not. Since it is not at all advised to recommend for your esteemed customers, as no minimum facilities are there in the hotel as mentioned.

As per the advise of the tempo driver mr. Pawan, stating that only cash has to be paid during visits in manali (1) for rohatang pass (2) river rafting (3) para gliding we drawn cash before going to manali.

The entire tour program was spoiled by the theft happened and lost rs. 50, 000/- (rs. Fifty thousnad only) with empty purses in the hotel followed by the rude and harsh behavior of hotel owners and staff caused tons of mental tension and agony. As soon as we noticed we informed hotel manager, owner and also I informed to madam ankitha (tour expert) from hotel itself. Madam ankitha talked to the rock villa hotel owner sri. Harinder singh and advised me to lodge police complaint. A police complaint was lodged. I am very sorry to say that, we didn't received proper assistance/customer support during our crucial and complicated period from "xenium holidays". We faced lot of harassment from hotel management. Inspite of my request our entire family members, six female members including two children asked to stay at reception/ outside hotel, hours together till 04.30 p.M. On the other day i. E on 09-06-2018.

After return to hyderabad from himachal tour, on 11-06-2018 I talked to madam ankitha regarding the problem faced at rockvilla manali, she told that after discussion with seniors she will come back to me. Till date no information from you. Last week somebody called my daughter from your company and took feedback about tour.

Few words about hotel rock villa manali

No board to hotel, arrogant & reluctant staff, no amenities, dangerous location to stay, no security and safety. Thefts happened. Worst hotel.

Hotel has no board. On 07-06-2018 night when we are in front of rockvilla hotel manali enquired the person (cook of rockvilla hotel) who is out side rock villa hotel, he confused us stating that we crossed one rockvilla hotel and for another rock villa hotel we have to go further, then some tourist cab driver told that hotel itself was rockvilla hotel. Now we recollecting and realizing that the management may changing name of the hotel frequently, as the cook of the hotel itself don't know there hotel name. Worst hotel. Arrogant owners, reluctant staff, no amenities, theft happened, lost huge amount of money (rs. Fifty thousand from my purse and my wife purse leaving empty purses).

No fans in some rooms even though if fans are their they won't run. No proper dining and also no fans in dining, forced to take food as per hotel choice. Rude behavior of staff with our family members. No cc tv, no lift, some rooms are designed in such a way that they can be easily enter by outsiders as big stone wall is very close to one side of hotel rooms. No safety from bathroom ventilator, it is dangerous to stay in rock villa hotel manali. They have no check whom so ever can come inside and access the property. Rooms never been cleaned until you are staying in the room. Better to select other hotel but don't allot here. Worst food.
To sum up it is a worst hotel.

Kindly let me know how "xenium holidays" is going to compensate us for this "bitter experience".

Trust you justify our "tons of mental tension and agony".

Xenium Holidays irresponsible attitude

We were not at all satisfied with the worst service provided by ANKITA and AVINASH. They just messed our tour of UTTRANCHAL and played with us from the first day.I Don't know whether the MD of the company is in knowledge with such type of frauds .If not then he should kick those out of the company to save his company from under ratings.pls don't trust them.

Xenium Holidays bakwas

I have started my tour on 20th may 2017.
From Xenium package Ms Zaveriya assist me and give assurance for fantastic tour.
Before strart my tour she told me if u don't like hotel at Gulmarg we will change immediately...
When we reached to Gulmarg hotel Gulmarg Sahara was so dirty...
I called Zaveriya from Xinum holidays &I talked about hotel
Only first time she replied me afterwards she ignored my call
We have spent our night compulsory over their
... & they spoiled our tour
So this is my humble request to all don't book ur package with them
Only at time of booking they talk very sweet afterwards nothing...

I booked family tour pkg cost of 165000/- 5 adults and a child. I completed tour program of gujrat through xenium holidays but tour manager services are not good even hotel booking date is mismatch, no advance booking in hotel at dwarika and ahemdabad, no phone call follow up regarding tour experiences, I still not satisfied the service . Our primary investigation found that there was no booking made with us by the name shown in your profile. In case you have booked a tour with us by some other name, please give us the details - name of the person and the contact number used while booking. We will re-probe the matter and will take the appropriate action against the person you have made the booking with.

Kindly note, there are plenty of fake/negative reviews against our company to tarnish our online reputation. In case, after the re-investigation, we find your charges against us false, we will not hesitate to take legal action against the person posting the negative review.

Xenium Holidays unprofessional attitude

We booked Uttaranchal tour through Xenium holidays.
On the eve of start of the journey, they called saying their driver has fallen sick & they need to arrange another driver which will cost 3000 extra. Either pay extra or take refund of booking amount. Being helpless at the end moment, we needed to agree for that.
Again, after some time when we call to get the car & driver details, they will say that Ertiga will pick us up, when we booked Innova. We need to argue & then they will say that they will confirm back in some time. At the last moment, an hour before the travel, we again followed up asking for car details & they said they will send it through sms. No proactive information from their side once you pay advance booking amount.
They said that extra amount they charge for alternate driver was for proper driver who knows the routes & site seeing spots to make our tour smoother, but the driver they sent did not even know the route of major destinations, forget about site seeing. We had to navigate through maps for all the spots.
Overall, worst experience through unprofessional tour operators.

Xenium Holidays Unprofessional

Hello. I bought a tour from this site www.xeniumholidays.com and it was nothing like described. We had some difficulties with our hotel room, it was in a terrible condition. We did not visit two places but in the description it was said that we will go there.
I decided to order a tour because of their prices. XeniumHolidays would be great, but unfortunately they are highly unprofessional and cannot provide proper service.

Xenium Holidays Very unprofessional service!

I have booked a hotel via XeniumHolidays two times. And both times I have hired a driver via this site. I met the driver and told him that I need to go to the hotel and he did not know where it was! When I hired drivers I told XeniumHolidays that I want him to speak proper English, but both times my driver did not understand a word I said and it was impossible to communicate! I'm very disappointed with XeniumHolidays, they are very unprofessional and do not respect their customers!

As your review, you had booked hotel from our side, as your review we can provide any service booking throw online so how can possible to book any service online. we only receive equerries from the client for trip and our travel expert workout on the package according to the client requirement so the booking is done off line only. we cant provide any online booking for hotel or cab. and thepoint is to send you feed back so i request you to please share your details with us or with public if you are genuine. because as our investigation and after seeing your id, you are fraud. you can share your details of send any details or booking sjlip or details you have received from our side. we also check your id is fake.

Xenium Holidays They wanted more money and therefore they lied to me

We decided to visit some country on our anniversary and contacted the company www.xeniumholidays.com. We chose the travel package and paid for the full trip at once, but the company contacted us and told to pay for the hotel. WTF? We checked the details and told that we have paid for the hotel as well, but the rep simply wanted to scam us and get more money. Don’t fall to their tricks.

Xenium Holidays Cheated us

Yes we blame you. Coz u deserve this. You are fraud. For your kind information we have booked goa 5 nights and 6 days package with honeymoon inclusions with inr 16000/- bt now u saying it was inr 15000/. Wow ...How u r liar. After tour compelete now u want to show that it was 15000?. Yahi tumhara jhut sabit ho gya.
Second thing we have booked 3 star category hotel but when we reached at hotel we saw that alor holiday resort was not 3 star hotel. There is no facality of 3 star. We have booked 3 star hotel.
3. - after check in room was cool but we did not get hot water. Tv. Remote was not working, there is no room freshner.
4. - second day sightseeing dona poula was left by your side which was included in sightseeing as u mentioned when we booked package.
5. - 2nd day sightseeing u did not provide guide.
6. - when we face many problems your. Agent mr. Narandra was not picked up our calls. We called him many time but the whole day we did not get a single reply.
7. - fourth day he received call. When we told him about whole problems his behaviour was foolish and manners less. He dont know how to talk with womens.
8. - when we said that give us your seniors executive ankita mam"s mobile noumber, he said she is on leave. Then we asked about managers mobile number, he said that i dont have my managers mobile number.
9. - hotel staff and the agent both were rotete us. Hotel staff was blamming to agent and agent was blamming to staff. It whole was bluff. We surprised that after all this happened they demanding more money!
10. - at last after irritating we left that hotel one day before. Our tour package was 5 night n 6 days bt we shifted other hotel one day before.

they even cheated us too.
We had booked delhi-manali package, hotel offered was 3rd class and cheap quality. There was no hot water, no heater, no proper blankets, no lights, electricity. Room was not cleaned properly, even the sight seeing which was arranged was not upto the mark. they didn't take us to all the places which were offered. Driver was rude and arguing very much. Guys please don't go for Xenium holidays anytime.

We would like to re-assure you that we have carried out a very thorough investigation on each and every point you have mentioned, and we can assure don’t have any issues from our side but if you have any trouble then you can call to the office complaint no. but we don’t have direct received any feedback from your side our customer care team have called you so may time but you can cut your call if you don’t face with us of don’t tolk with us what we can do? You have check out from the hotel without payment and after asking the amount you can create thease type of issues this is not a good think sir, so sorry from your side thease type of think.

We have received all the details regarding your trip so kindly find below the answers of your questions,

Sorry for that but Only 1 question in our mind after using the service why you not pic our any call at last day at the time of payment and if you have any issues regading the service then why we don’t have received any issues from your side day 1 or day 2 or day 3. At last day every time call pic your wife and she told we don’t have money.

From our side you can received 2 to 3 hotel option and you can choose Alor Holidays Resort with 16000/- if you have any issues from hotel side then why we don’t received any call from your side and at evening conversation with you and our customer handling team you said we have check in and not any issue if any issues regading the hotel to our any client we can change the property at the same time and regading the hot water. Tv. Remote was not working, there is no room freshner. This is type of issues we can shot out with in 15 to 20 minute.

Sir you can stay aatill last days and use our all service like accommodation, food, sightseeing, honeymoon inclusions and all as the mention in inclusions.

dona poula Sightseeing – you can visit the places with provate car ( all the common sightseeing like north goa and south goa sight seeing we can give sharing basis by coach and your dona poula sightseeing we can give you by provate car at third day you have already used this so your this point is not valid.

Regardsding the Guide – we don’t give you any guide service and cant charge for any guide fee, foe the some historical place we can give complementary guide but its complimentary if your sightseeing with coach if your sightseeing with can or individual guide id not important we can provide driver cum guide as this situation. At last day your issues is that we don’t have received guide and you are deduc the guide charges 5000/- its genuine charges? Your total package 16000 including breakfast and dinner, pick up and drop sightseeing and flower decoration and candil light dinner and honeymoon cake and all,

Sir, your 6, 7, 8, 9&10 point is not a valid, all the emergency no is available on service voucher all the no is our company contact person and hotels. All the details are mentions on vouchers but only second last mr narendra receive your wife call and ask for the dona pula and Mr narendra update you your dona paula sightseeing we can do with provate car because for this sightseeing only for you so we can give you provate car and both of you have done it.

All the issues create at last day because we have receive the call from hotel side also and received the complaint ageist you and are disturb to other guest also in lobby. Sir we are making happy traveler and its most important for our future so why we create issue our job is solve the issues to the client is serve the hassle free trip. From our side you receved so may calls and your wife is also tolk with our owner Mr Arvind Singh but shee is every time called we don’t have money she is no lisin any words from our side and we requested to, madam please transfer call to sir, but you also not face to us then what we can do both of you check out from the hotel with checkout formality. That is the reason we cant trust you. And after arriving also you can not ready for tolk to us.

We all working for the organizations and making for healthy relation with the client this is our job, then why we show bed behave.

And t last day we don’t have demanding any extra amount as you mention hotel staff asking balance payment that is not paid from your side at the time of check out.

As you said we have proof sir please advise and show me and all the public if you have any proof that you can not use aal the services mention in the attachment and we have proofe that you can stay and use all the service and don’t pay the balance amount 5500/- and check out without payment after this matter we also can trust after payment we can give service. And you advise for our staff so please take your word your self and follow on you.

We don’t now why you are give wrong massage to all.

Our leagle department already send you the notice for non payment and wrong massages and they also work for legal action so if you have any proof you can carry and we also received the details from hotel, transport, side.

our any client is not face these type of problem so if you have any issues with us please give your details and your package details and booking id number because our every point is clear in each and every point is vary clear mention in writing and verbal also and discourse with our client also our all client feedback is vary important for us to grow our service day to day

Xenium Holidays No email about the trip

Don’t book any travel packages or trips through the company www.xeniumholidays.com. I booked the trip and received the email, where they told me to wait couple of days and they would provide price information about the trip’s plan. I waited 4 days and there was no email at all. I emailed to the customer support, but the rep assured me that they would provide and he told me that there were a lot of people, who waited for these emails. I again waited and nothing. Be careful, because they mislead.

yes we blame you. coz u deserve this. you are fraud. Kind your information we have booked Goa 5 nights and 6 days package with honeymoon inclusions with INR 16000/- bt now u saying it was INR 15000/. wow ...how u r liar. after tour compelete now u want to show that it was 15000?. yahi tumhara jhut sabit ho gya.
SECOND thing we have booked 3 star category hotel but when we reached at hotel we saw that Alor holiday resort was not 3 star hotel. there is no facality of 3 star. We have booked 3 star hotel. 
3.  - After check in room was cool bUt we did not get hot water. TV. remote was not working, there is no room freshner. 
4. - Second day sightseeing DONA POULA was left by your side which was included in sightseeing as u mentioned when we booked package.
5. -  2nd day sightseeing u did not provide GUIDE.
6. -  When we face many problems your. agent mr. NARANDRA  was not picked up our calls.  we called him many time bt the whole day we did not get a single reply.
7.  - Fourth day he received call. when we told him about whole problems his behaviour was foolish and manners less. he dont know how to talk with womens. 
8. - When we said that give us your seniors executive ankita mam"s mobile noumber, he said she is on leave. then we asked about managers mobile number, he said that i dont have my managers mobile no.

Xenium Holidays They reserved wrong hotel room for us

We ordered one travel package from the website www.xeniumholidays.com. We chose the package 3 weeks before the departure. It was terrible, because they informed us about one hotel, but we arrived and it turned out that they reserved wrong room. We needed two separate double beds, but there were only two single beds. But the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. We didn’t like that they have made such mistake.

Xenium Holidays Her advice ruined our trip

The company www.xeniumholidays.com is completely unprofessional. We planned the trip and booked everything through them. But the rep advised us another trip and told that we would enjoy it better. We felt into trap and purchased another trip, but we didn’t like it at all. So, people if you want to order trip through them, do as you think and don’t listen to them, because they don’t know what they offer you.

Xenium Holidays They didn't return money back

We paid money for the tour through the company www.xeniumholidays.com. These jerks provided wrong dates and time. We contacted them and asked to change it, but of course all their promises and excuses were total ###. We waited 2 weeks and got nothing. We asked to return money back, but still no sign from them. Please, help us to solve the problem and get money back. Share your views and comments.

Xenium Holidays They refused to provide full refund

I booked vacation package from the website www.xeniumholidays.com. It was total scam, ‘coz they promised one price, but in result they charged me for completely different price. I tried to cancel my booking after that, but they refused to provide full refund and promised to charge me for the cancellation. The company is bad and not recommended, so stay away from them and post comments about your experience with them.

Please think twice before approaching Xenium Holiday for any tour planning. I am also one such sufferers, who paid Rs. 9500.00 as advance and running behind them for a couple of weeks to finalise planning & hotel booking accordingly. I suspect they will drag it till last minute and put in such a trouble that there will no other option but to accept all their illegitimate demand.
