I have gotten the run around from this company for the last two months about processing my gap insurance. They sent me a list of documents that I needed to send, and when I send them tehy first claimed not to have recieved them, and when I sent them again they told me that they needed additional forms. I sent those and they are now telling me I need a form from the police report of the accident that has already been sent away for state archives. The longer they delay the claim the less they have to pay out. I am furious. I ask to talk to a manager and got one, and he said that other then the president of the company no one was higher then him. I use to call the 1-800 number and have the ability to talk to a customer service agent. For some reason now when I call back it transfers me directly into this guys voice mail, and in no way will let me bypass going straight to his mailbox!
