do not buy this software which is being offered from www.Unlock-Apple-iPhone.com.i purchased this last sunday oct 31. 2010 inorder to unlock my 2 iphone 3GS who work with os4.1 and newest modem firmware 05.14.02.i purchased this software to be able to unlock these 2 iphones and hook them up with another provider but shortly after i downloaded into my pc noticed that this software does not unlock new modem firmware such as the one that i have on my iphoned and is the latest from apple.. this is some thing that they don't say it when some one wants to purchase it.they claim that thier software unlock os 4.1 or your money back guranty.what a losers these people are.they do not answer phone or e-mails.be careful and stay away from them.
I sent US$ 29.95 to unlock-apple-iphone and they asked me to do this and that.
Being a non technical person, didn't know what a jail break is.
Then they asked for more money to do FULL UNLOCK.
Got fed up and didn't send more.
Initial loss is a loss. Didn't want to face more loss.
Went to telus office, who unlocked it for $50/- flat rate.
No questions asked.
So unlock-apple-iphone is a TOTAL SCAM.
Don't fall for their sweet false promises.

these guys are shameless people. i paid lastweek to unloch 5s. no reply to email and support ticket.
Another thing about this company is that they are sneaky and dishonest. When you try to upload the software, they tell that the download
is available only for Windows and not for IOS. I have an Apple laptop and I do not have or like Windows, what the heck?
DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! TOO BAD I DIDN'T KNOW BETTER BEFORE I FELL FOR IT.
I agree, this company is a FRAUD! They advertise that they can unlock any iPhone including the 6 plus but is not so.
When you start the unlocking process, on the second page and in real small print they specify that this software will not
unlock the iPhone 6 or 6 plus! What a bunch of crooks! I'm still waiting for my "100% money back guaranteed refund"

I would stay well away form this company. I certainly wish I did. I paid around $29 to unlock my apple I-phone S. When I received the e-mail I realised that I could not unlock the phone unless I log in and access the phone. This was not possible as I purchased this phone second had and locked on a different provider. Also they use a jail-breaker software which means you cannot download regular updates for your apple software once unlocked or you risk to lock it again. This was not explained before purchasing their software otherwise I would have staid well away form them. Another very annoying thing is that when you access they e-mail link you are taken to a Chinese website where you cannot read or understand half of what is written down. I tried to contact them and I e-mailed me explaining that I am unable to use their software and asking for a refund. I could not get anyone on the phone and no one answered back my e-mail. So I ended up losing the money and paying another company to do the job they could not do. This company is a scam. They take your money and provide no support or refund. Stay away at any cost!
I feel so dumb right now i payed friday to unlock my phones from the same site, should have known that i should have checked the credibility first.

they said it took 2-10 days to send unlock code, 3 days left i will wait 3 more days . if i do not get any information i will get action
I also paid for unlock of my iPhone 4s for 23 us Dollars, what i got is a subscriptions, what I'm expecting is a code. Its only this morning that I found out that this sites www.unlock-apple-iphone.com is considered by Trend Micro Antirvius as engaged in On-line Fraud Activity. If Skrill is not part of this fraudulent act, they should take action to stop accepting payment. Now I learned that before i do payment online better search for the credibility of the seller in various forums.

have reported this company to Skrill the company who receives the money hoping they will take action against these fraudsters, will let you all no if I have any luck, would be good if all who have been scammed would also report them to Skrill, maybe the more complain the better the result although doubt we will ever see our money again
they are steeling our money, they should be in a jail . how we can open case against of them?
pity I didn't find this posting before I sent them my money, software was available for free but wouldn't unlock my iphone 4 although there compatibility test said it would, then asked me to go to another site and pay again which I did and it unlocked my phone and they promised me a refund of my initial payment, but up to now sent several emails and submitted 5 tickets but not one reply from them, so all in all not very good, so BEWARE will not unlock iphone 4 and will not get money back.
There should be an action against these guys, they are seriously fraud. Advertising what they cannot do. consumer advocate need to do something about this

I don't understand how they are sill trading I got scamed with my iphone 5 in November 2014 and the first person was in 2010 so why is this web site sill open and scaming people it should of been shut down a long time ago ..
They also cheated me, i paid them £49.99 several weeks ago to unlock my iphone 5c. This website http://www.unlock-appleiphone.com/login/ is a scam, nd their correspondence email is support@unlock-appleiphone.com, u will not get any sort of response from them. I am amazed they are making fraud from last 5-6 years but yet no action against them
This website http://www.unlock-appleiphone.com/login/ is a scam! I paid to unlock my iphone 5s, but they never did, and they never replied to my emails. I made a claim on paypal, paypal said that lost because it was a service and they do not cover that.

I was also scammed by these fraudsters. They do not reply to my emails, and the service promised did not did not do what it was meant to do.

Just unlocked an iPhone 3Gs, very happy.
Suddenly my support ticket containing Claim of refund was deleted after a week and I haven't heard anything from them - LOSERS
Unlock two iPhone's - whole thing took me about 10 minutes - very happy with product and servce.
Don't expect Tech Support! Unlocked 4.2.1 on 3GS as per their instructions, GPS went away. No response to numerous emails. Tried the recent 4.3.3, again following their instructions exactly, this time it bricked my phone! NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE!
I've actually used this site to unlock my iPhone a year or so ago and found the experience pretty good. The tech support I received was outstanding and the phone was unlocked - Joe McAllister, Florida.
