I ordered 3 blankets from the company www.stopdropandrelax.com. I placed the order and got the confirmation info, but these jerks informed me that my order was in process. After 10 days it was still in process. The reps provided some fake promises and blah-blah. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
Since we don't have an order for 3 blankets that did not ship within 24 hours and we do not have a record of a call or contact regarding this situation, this is obviously bogus and we are working to determine the source of this comment. Please contact us directly if you have an issue.
