RoseWe.com terrible scam!

Don't order anything from Rosewe! I purchased some items from them and paid over $200! I ordered back in December and it is now February and still nothing. I tried to contact their customer service which is really hard thing to do. I tried to call, sent them many messages and even left a voicemail. It takes them days to respond and they always lie! They said that my items were shipped, but I received nothing! When I asked them to cancel my order they ignored me. When I contacted them again and demanded a refund they said that in order to cancel the order they need to charge me $3 per item. What a joke! So I contacted PayPal and asked them fro help. I opened up a claim and finally received all of my money back. This website is a complete scam and you will never receive your items! All the positive reviews are fake!

RoseWe.com this site is a bait!

I purchased a cute looking dress to wear it to my birthday party. I wanted to receive it as soon as possible, so I even paid extra for shipping. I was told it would take only 7 business days. They gave me a tracking website so I could check where my order was.Two weeks passed and the tracking system stopped updating, which really made me nervous! I wanted to check if there was anything wrong, so I tried to contact the customer service. There was no response from them. Two month passed and I finally received my item, but the quality was horrible. After I tried it on for the first time two buttons fell off! Things on their website look cute, prices are cheap, but you must understand that it's only a bait. So please don't buy anything from Rosewe.

RoseWe.com no refund

Rosewe.com is a joke. ALL of their reviews are fake. They claim to provide a 100% refund, but that is not the case. I purchased an item that I had to return for being too short. That was in September. Needless to say, it is now December and despite several emails and claim tickets, I have not received a response let alone a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY...YOU WILL REGRET IT. Now I am out of a product and my money!

RoseWe.com I hate this site!

That was my first experience with Rosewe. I placed my order around October 3rd. I ordered a cute looking dress and paid extra for it to arrive earlier. I needed it for some special event. Well, the dress didn't arrive until the day of that special event. I tried the dress on and it didn't fit. If it would have come earlier I would have a chance to change it or I could buy another one. That dress was horrible and ugly. When I opened the package I already suspected something. The dress looks nothing like the picture, was made of cheap material and also a bit damaged.I ordered size S, but actual size of delivered dress was XL! It was extremely huge and sleeves were so long. I was in panic. There was no time left and I was stuck with that horrible dress. I couldn't wear it. Even was already ruined for me. I was very disappointed. The next day I sent them a message and asked bout returning the item and money return. But still there is no reply from them. I have messaged them at least 10 times, just trying to get in contact . They are still ignoring me. Poor service and poor quality items. Never again will buy from this site.

RoseWe.com won't send return information

I ordered a dress from them, it didn't fit so I wanted to return it and they offer a 30 day return policy. They didn't sent any return paperwork with the package and after 5 days of emailing with customer service they still wouldn't give me a mailing address to send the item back to. Of course, they don't have a phone number that works either. I kept requesting return address info and they kept asking me why I wanted to return it. I finally had to get my bank involved, this company is so fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

RoseWe.com order x 2 damaged

I found a shirt on rosewe and ordered it on 10/30/15. A few days later I received an email telling me that my order had not been fully submitted and was still pending so I got back on the web site and it said it was still pending. I finalized order and submitted. Several weeks later I received 2 separate packages. I got back on and there were 2 purchases, 2 different prices for the same item. I opened the first package and it was damaged ( it has marker on it) the second one was fine. I asked for a refund of the damaged item, sent them pictures of damage. They said I should just keep it and they would give me "some compensation" which ended up being 15% of the price I paid towards a future purchase/ $3.00) . I said " no, it came damaged", they then told me "hello, sorry to that, I suggest you wash it, if return, you need to pay the high shipping fees.it will be more than the cost of the itmes". I told them "no, because that would void their return policy" and I quoted their policy. They refuse to refund my money for damage caused at the manufacturer. I escalated a claim thru pay pal and they have now offered me $6.00. I will never order from them again. They have terrible customer service. wont back their own return policy.

RoseWe.com liars and thieves do not order

Watch out- do not order from rosewe.com. They are crooks based in China. They take your money without sending you the items you have ordered. i placed a order in June, so been 5 months now, they gave me the run around, advising me it has been delivered to your local post office. They told me that at least 4 times. They just lie and steal. Then they promised me refund of 60 per cent. RoseWe.com no refund

Never order anything from these people! I ordered 3 items of clothing in a size large. When they arrived the large was equivalent to a small in us sizes. They obviously make these clothes for the asian market and size them differently. However, they do not tell you this on the website. I immediately contacted them to get the address to return them. They would not give me their address, just kept offering to give me 10% of the total refund if I just keep them. After many emails I finally got the return address. I sent them back and now they say they won't give me a refund because they never received them. I have a tracking number, but the us post office said it does not work in china! They are just a scam operation.

I received my product and was so very disappointed the dress was nothing like the dress I ordered have not been able to get in touch with anyone to return the product and get my money back this is such a scam they need to take this website off so they won't be able to continue to scam people like that take people money.

I am also in a dispute with Rosewe. They refuse to give me the return address ! Why does PAY Pal allow this fraudulent company to use their payment method. The money was gone from my account long before the item was sent. This is nothing more that a scam and PAYPAL should be accountable also. I am going to persue this with PAYPAL as I have given up dealing with ROSEWE.

I ordered 2 dresses from this "company", as they call themselves... I recieved my order 2 months after I payed and What I recieved has nothing to do with the photos they sell you. Poor fabric, miserable color and rough stitching work. We are dealing with a bunch of cheaters and I see no point in even sending the items back to them becouse I understand my money is gone Don't even think of buying from these people!

This website Sucks ! I will never ever order from here again ! I had order a dress 3 days before valentine day and got it to ships from 2-3 business days and my order never came yet in it all most June and I order my dress February 10 and I still haven't receive it or heard anything about it and I tried searching to get contact with somebody and can't find no number to reach them like this ### here is RIDICULOUS !

I ordered a dress at the end of September from here and NEVER received when it should have been in by October 10th and it's now April 28th. I tried calling them, emailing them, live chatting with them, and I get no response! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Placed order on April 1, 2016 for $202.00...the money was taken immediately and I have yet to receive anything I ordered. I contacted the company and received a computer generate response. It has been 20 days and my order is still "processing". I want what I ordered or my money back!

I ordered a swim suit 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive it however they have taken money out of my account. I suited inquiries but the email they send in reference will not open, if course all their advertisements do open! The phone number only leads to a voice mail saying, "the person you are trying to reach is not available. So far all this company represets is theft! !...and see I am among many!

Ordered swimsuit 3 weeks ago and have not received however my account was charged. Inquiries are being ignored and finding it impossible to reach them by phone making it impossible to even discuss the matter or get my money back. This company is about theft and seems they are continuing to get away with it. How many complaints does it take?

RUN FROM THIS COMP. When I ordered over $100 of clothes from ROSEWE, it took almost a month for my shipment to arrive.Once I got my order, the clothes appeared and fit nothing like the pictures they present on their website which I've learned that are stolen pictures. It's cheap material with threads handing out and look like it was hand sown together very horribly.

This is both a warning and a request to repost this. Beware of shopping from an online store rosewe.

I'm asking for your help. I purchased some items online from a company, rosewe which I found on pinterest. I purchased 6 items for around $135 on august 24th. I received the order september 2 and the items were not as pictured and of poor quality. Two days after I received the package I returned the items as per rosewe’s instructions (within 7 days as specified). I emailed rosewe informing them of the return. No response. I then searched their website and contacted the company again via their ticket process. (no email or phone number on their website). They replied that the package was probably hung up in customs as the return address was in china. After two months of following up weekly I was continuously told be patient. I finally kicked up a fuss as was promised a 50% refund. (I declined their 'generous' offer which they have since rescinded). I asked to speak to a manager. Was given an international number and no name. Thank you in anticipation. ‪#‎rosewe‬

RoseWe.com no confirmation info and no delivery

I ordered prom dress 3 months ago. I placed order on the website www.rosewe.com. After I paid for my order, I waited for any updates or info about my order, but the seller didn’t provide the confirmation email or the tracking number. Also he didn’t communicate with the customers. I sent a lot of emails, but the seller didn’t respond at all. I waited couple of weeks, but nothing. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.

RoseWe.com they didn't deliver my order on time

I bought sweater and cardigan from the company www.rosewe.com. The prices were low, so I decided to buy more from them. I got all confirmation info, but unfortunately they failed to deliver my order on time. I called to their customer services, but the rep told me that it wasn’t their mistake and advised me to be more patient and wait. I waited 2 more weeks, but the order hadn’t been delivered. At this time, the rep told me that the manager would call me back and hung up one. No one called me back. The worst company, so stay away from them.

RoseWe.com seller didn't change orders and they have real problems with the sizes

I ordered t-shirts and two dresses from the company www.rosewe.com. After that I got the T-shirt, but the colour was wrong. The dress was small for me, but I took my size. At the beginning, I decided to leave these things, ‘coz I needed to pay for the return postage large sum. But I was furious and contacted the rep afterwards. I explained the situation, and he promised to change order. After that he simply vanished and I never spoke with me again. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

My dress do not fit and i need send it back the size is not right and the material and the way it looks is not what i got. I would like to send this dress back i needed it for a engagement but it is wrong and i want to send it back for a refund i cannot fit it

Bathing suit was supposely delivered on june 6th. Have not recieved it. Wroye 3 different "tickets" with no response. There is no actual number to talk to a live human being. Filling a complaint with bbb. So irritating!

I still have not received my stuff, order it on April 25 and I paid for standard shipping and still nothing. When I track the package it still says in China? Like really this is a flipping joke! Never again 😡 I've done submitted two tickets and still no response!
