The worst customer service Ever! told the restaurant not to redeem vouchers in wrong way but they did not want to admit that's their fault! The manager call "Alison" kept saying it's my fault to change own tracking status to "used". That is an optioanl tracking indicator in my account setting. I can check it or uncheck it anytime. has no right to tell the restaurant to refuse honoring vouchers because of this. I was ended up to pay the full bill as food was in preparing...Never deal with Livingdeal again!
