Freelancer.com Spam inbox

Sometime last year, someone signed up with them using my name and email. Upon receiving unsolicited email from them, I told them to remove my email address from their system, to no avail. And since I didn't create the account in the first place, I can't login to remove myself from their email list.

To this day, these people keep sending keep sending me unsolicted emails. "Annoying" is too weak a word.

We would like to take your kind support and help in exposing off one of the biggest scam and fraud company with the name Freelancer.com Run by Matt Barrie who is the so called CEO of the company.
The company has always been in the news and press for providing one of the best platform for outsourcing but after surveying and searching the internet for past 2 months and after having a personal bitter experience with the company and a long discussion with their CEO we would like to state that the company is nothing but merely a HUB of scams and fraud. This company is not only doing internet frauds and scams but also spoiling the name of the country in which it is registered.
We registered as a service provider on the website 2 months back and won lot of projects online, our clients created milestone payments for us using their paypal accounts and all of a sudden company blocked our account without any reasons.
They asked for verification documents in such a manner that we got furios for the issue. The company asked us not to cross mark anything on the documents and also asked the owner of the company to send their passport and a verification code in both the hands and send them the pictures. This kind of verification made us quite suspect along with their statement that we must not darken or blurt or put any cross mark for our safety on the documents.
When searching on the internet we also found out that this company use to steal the identity of people and rip off them for their money. They use the id proof and documents of their site users for scams and frauds which involve money.
They Also usually suspend the accounts of the users when they are about to withdraw the money for their hardwork which they have done online. Apart then this company also suspends the accounts of the users who have some money in their accounts in the form of milestone payments and then mentally harass them to send multiple documents and never reinstate their accounts.
They also never refund the payments back to the project owners who had made the payments for the freelancer and neither they withdraw the money to freelancers. This way the company is running a huge huge scam online and both the project owners and freelancers are harassed.
One such incident occured with us when our clients with their username itgenie, eloko, proshopexpert made the milestone payments of 200 USD each and asked us to start the project, all of a sudden our accounts were suspended and our money with them freezed.
We sent them multiple emails, talked to their staff which really has very very poor customer support service. But no resolution was made, they also denied to refund the money to our clients and also didnt allowed us to withdraw the money, it was paypal who supported us at that moment and helped us to get our money back from freelancer.com which we paid to the company for getting the gold membership.
Finally we agreed to send them our documents but only on condition that we also requested them to send the documents of their company, their legal status, registration certificates along with the documents of the owner of the company in order to ensure that the company is a registered legal company and our documents are going in safe hand, but company denied to send us stating that they have strict privacy policy and they never send their documents for cross verification- which again made us suspect of the company.
You can check the authencity of our email by checking freelancer.com scam, freelancer.com fraud, getafreelancer.com scam, getafreelancer.com fraud and google will direct you to various websites like www.[censor]lancer.in, /link removed/ www.scam.org.
All the above three portals will have hundreds and hundreds of complaints against this company.
I strongly believe that the staff of this company must be put behind the bars for ripping off the users for their hard earned money.
with warm regards
Nitin Naresh

Freelancer.com Suspended my account

I joined this site since 2009. I won several bids and finished them with 100% positive feedback from the buyers. I requested to withdraw my $200 moneybookers on Dec 14 2009 . getafreelancer Say for waiting 6 days. But I found out with astonishment right today, the 15th day, they suspended my account without any warning and explanation. I added a ticket on their helpcenter, but no answer.

I don't understand why they suspended my account without any warning, and right before I should get my money withdrawn.

Also they act as an international firm, they don't even have customer service phone number where english-speaking people can reach and understand and get understood.

I anyway will try to get my money back, because I worked so hard for it, my effort should be respected.

NOW getafreelancer.com Cheat with buyer and service provider . BE CARE FULL WITH getafreelancer.com. BE CARE FULL WITH getafreelancer.com.

BE CARE FULL WITH getafreelancer.com. 100% Money lost possibility in GAF.

Any low in world For getafreelancer.com ?

Here is the details how freelancer is harassing people.

They closed my account without any reason. My account had 42 reviews and 400$ in cash and $500 escrow. They took all. They are just cheater. I have all proof against them.
First they told I have many dispute. I sent them the details that clients were not paying after getting service. So its their fault.
Then they stopped saying about dispute. They said you have violation report. I told them to show the proof. They failed to do that.
Then they said you have multiple account. I told them that is problem was happened 6months back. And that was solved. Then why again you harassing me.
After that they starts replying that: The decision was taken by higher authority. We can't do anything.
They are just a cheater.

Freelancer.com A scam and fraud site

Hi every one!
I'm a Gold provider on Getafreelancer (GAF). i have have a good time during working on this site in past but now i'm really disappointed about it. Reason is because they suspended my account in a long time and now stealing my money from my account. They have been taking my business down.
This problem happened the same to my company account and some my clients and friends.

For my company account:
21, November, 2009: they sent an email to tell the account to be suspended and require to provide id card scanners to be solve. I've uploaded my ids (i'm a delegate of my company to make transaction on GAF). In this account was keeping 180$

1, December, 2009: After long waiting time and post many request via tickets, they sent an email to ask about relationship between my company account and my account. I ask my company to upload my company id license scanners to approve our is separated.

10, December, 2009: They suspended my account without reason. ( 2 suspended account activity only made right time our withdraw nearly completed). My account was keeping 500% and with a escrow and some willing payment from projects i've been working. I've provided my id card scanners, opened many tickets, even spent the whole night to wait they on support online but they were never there. And until now, there is no any response from their to resolve for us.

Today, 22 December 2009, there is an email from GAF to tell me they chargef 19, 95$ ( it's 12$ in past and no notice about this change) from my account for Gold fee which I couldn't use any more. We lost every projects and escrows. At this time, i know i lost every money in my account and my company account

Some my kind clients and friends tried to help us by using to open tickets but they was also disappointed like me once there is no response from GAF.

It's too big surprised that when i came to find how to contact directly with GAF via email or phone, there is nothing there. They don't have a real address and no phone number. How big surprised!

I'm attaching some images as proof about the ways GAF work and warning every one who working or having a plan to work on GAF: BE CAREFUL. They're trying to stealing your money. Try some another posts from this site or on internet, you will understand what should do.
Outside, there are some really good freelancers you can trust to work on. Get far away GAF from now.

This website is based on fraud. They are using small bidders as a trap for bigger ones. They just frozen my 1000 USD without any notification. No answer. No telephone. Live support is not answering when it is your turn.

Check google Please. You will thousands of such cases. In autofill getafreelancer SCAM is the second search term. Getafreelancer is based on a large fraud mechanism.

Hello,
I cannot believe, I have the account for 5 Years and just Yesterday they did the same to me. Freelancer suspended my account for no reason (because I deposited larger amount in their website). On my account there is a lots of money and since they have suspended my account they refuse to give me my money back.

Remember everyone, freelancer has no authority to ask for your ID card and a picture of you holding your ID. You are doing business with paypal or credit card and freelancer is the third party - freelancer is not your government institution neither police officer. What they do is illegal, it is fraud, because it is done intentionaly to many people. I am glad that I have found this complaint here. freelancer.com is risky be aware!
I am not provider there, I am consumer, and they are holding thosuands of dollars that I have deposited and submitted in milestones.

I am waiting right now for 48 hours and their customer service is ignoring me. Their "online support" is open but they just don't reply to me. They will take your money in the middle of your project and then good luck, just wait for days for anyone to reply.

The only way to get my money back is to provide them with picture holding my ID which looks like picture from criminals taken by police. i don't want to send them picture, I have right for privacy.

Anyway, very good material for lawsuit...

To Freelancer staff, if you're trying to pull some sort of lies to cover up, then you can just forget it!

I'm a buyer on the site, and when I tried to retreive my money from GAF account back into my PayPal account, you suspended my account! I haven't seen a penny transferred back into my PayPal account yet and it's been ONE MONTH!

It's a three figured amount and I'd like it very much to get my money back!

Freelancer.com Fake projects and identity

Attention: beware of the projects to bid on the website freelancer.com. There are project looking for a freelance writer for reviews, blogs and online marketing. Most of the projects offered like that are fakes and lots of fake identities. They encourage freelancers to write positive affirmations for their websites in exchange of money. Some paid cheaper and some higher, for how much cost is that... Still their ways are too cheap. The purpose of encouraging freelancers to write for them is that, they can attract prospect customers/clients to join the business or networking through online. Freelancers can be of use to the projects offered fake services to boost the confidence of the future customers/clients. Prospect customers/clients would thought the business is reliable because of lots of positive comments from their site, without knowing that positive comments were wrote by freelancers. Did you get me? In other words, affirmative comments are fakes too. Affirmative comments wrote not because customers were satisfied of products and services offered for them, but because it was written just to attract you... The prospect customer. I hope this would get you knowledge about the different tactics on networking or any marketing business on the net, before you leap to act.

Here is the following email that one of the projects offered in www.freelancer.com is fake :

http://data.getafreelancer.com/pmb/_rmNcAOyqTFC2dbYa/Guaranteed600%2524MonthlyWritingReviews.txt

The above site has mailed to one of the freelancers who accepted the offer. They instructed to make a fake identity in order to get a u. S. Identity by acquiring free vpn in this website http://hotspotshield.com. the rest of it is yours to decide…would you still accept that offer? For the freelancers there who accepted that kind of offer, are you that desperate to do that? At least once in your life time, that incredible ability in writing of yours wouldn’t be thrown in a trash…please instead of accepting the offer and trick others, report them immediately. Or share your knowledge on that kind of activity so that consumers on the net might aware.

They create fake client profiles, posts large amount projects, awards them to a freelancer, take 10% of the amount as freelancer.com fee (where the freelancer who accepted the job haven't got a single $ from the client.), cancel/delete the project or suspend/delete fake client profile and earn smartly.

Freelancer Technology / Freelancer.com / Getafreelancer.com — accepted offer of a project and got charged $150 as freelancer fee

Hello, Amit.
Let me check on this.
What's your username?
amitmishra2u

What's the project ID or the username of the employer?
https://www.freelancer.com/projects/project-17752760

As I see here, the employer "piotrbbb" is the one who deleted the project.
Their account is also still active.
I also see that you were able to communicate with the employer outside our website through a third party app.
Please note that communication outside our website is a violation of our terms and conditions.
This is why you received a warning via email from us.
It is best if you will always use the Private Message Board as your means of communication because any transaction and communication conducted offsite are unsafe and beyond the scope of our support.
he wanted to have a call and screenshare to show me the work he wanted thats why we need to go outside freelancer

This being said, we have no way to check if both parties are still communicating, and if the project has been completed outside of our site and whether or not payment has been made through other means.
Therefore, we would be firm in implementing our policy about the project fees being non-refundable regardless of the project's status.
but his requirement was something different then I supposed and thats why we havent got this work done and after requesting him for so many days he have cancelled the project
sir why you will bother about the project as you have already got the fee
where as other platforms only charges fee to freelancers when they get money from the client
you charge the client when they submit the job or when their job got accepted by some freelancer that is good but what the freelancer do if after the fee deduction the client gone

You're the one who initiated the offsite communication. You sent a message to the employer saying "s-k-y-p-pe".
By spelling Skype like that, I'm sure you're aware that offsite communication is against our Terms and Conditions.
However, you still circumvented our chat by spelling it that way.
this chat was before he awarded the job to me
if you can see
and he awarded the job on freelancer
if I had to take it outside then why would we have paid you fee?

Before or not, you still violated our Terms and Conditions.
That does not change.
we freelancers also need security thats why we trust you
if the project is cancelled by the client without paying a single $
why should we freelancers bear the fee ?

Because we charge a project fee.
from both client and freelancer
then ask the client to pay me the fee I got charged by freelancer.com on accepting his offer

The project fee is charged after a freelancer "accepts" a project.
yes sir thats what I am saying

When a freelancer is awarded a project, they have 36 hours to decide on accepting or rejecting it.
what is the surity that the client was not a fake client created by freelancer.com itself?

You can chat and discuss the project's details within those 36 hours.
what is the surity that the client was not a fake client created by freelancer.com itself?

During the 36 hours, you can ask the employer to complete their account verification.
that can be done by the people of freelancer.com as well
I am asking how to know if the client is fake or real?
how to find if the profile is not created by freelancer.com
why should I pay the fee if I am not earning a single $

If you're basing everything on that conspiracy theory of yours, then anything I say will just be you saying "How can we be sure that it not freelancer.com making fake accounts".
So what's the point of this discussion.
I am already paying you membership fee every month

Paying a membership fee doesn't mean that you can violate our Terms and Conditions.
if I am getting the job awarded on freelancer.com and freelancer.com taking a 10% fee then who is responsible if the freelancer not got paid a single $ even after paying $150 to looting freelancer.com?

Under normal circumstances, we would have given you a refund of the project fee once the project has been canceled. However, since you communicated outside our website, we will not be refunding the project fee.
As I've mentioned earlier, we have no way to check if both parties are still communicating, and if the project has been completed outside of our site and whether or not payment has been made through other means.
I knew it everything being done on freelancer.com where they dont have screensharing option at all so that client and freelancer can do everything over there without going to any 3rd party app and if they do this then freelancer's polity got spoiled and you cant claim for refund
very very very good
can you show me where the hell freelancer.com have screensharing option?
even fraud freelancer.com does not allow to call the client before accepting the offer
what happened?
not able to find the screensharing option on freelancer.com
?

Freelancer.com (formerly GetAFreelancer, Scriptlance and vWorker/Rentacoder). Here is a company that verifies a client's financial standing/sources and marks them as financially verified on their profiles before allowing them to hire people through their website. The scamming starts when the verified client pays for a project and then Freelancer.com takes their cut and refuses to pay the rest to the Freelancer (who has worked her a** off probably for weeks). Is this not a scam especially when the reason given for this is that the client's finances were still being verified?

This is scamming of contractors since the client has already got their service and Freelancer.com has already deducted its commissions. Mathew (Matt) Barrie or someone in the finance/billing department ought to address these issues as critical and not just hire Filipinos who do not even have direct access to the concerned departments and who get paid to tell you to wait indefinitely or to search through and quote pre-written terms and conditions and pre-written responses.

"Ms Michelle Hammond once published an article titled "Freelancer.com founder dismisses scam claims" (If you do like to read it, you need to register. It is free, simple and they deserved it as they signalized that Freelancer.com may have its very bad side). Since the posting of this article there have been thousands of complaints raised on similar issues See here; /link removed/ and one wonders if this is not a sign that the low level support team at Freelancer.com has the capacity to address these issues."

My main concerns;
- Why should Freelancer.com mark a client as Financially Verified if the client is not?

- Why should Freelancer.com block withdrawals of finances that are already in a contractor's account and yet make deductions of their service fees if the client funds source is questionable?

- Why should they block contractors from withdrawing funds long after the projects have successfully ended and positive feedback has been given to the client if this is not supposed to be their trap for the next contractor?

- When a contractor raises such an issue, why does the support person close the ticket even before the issue is resolved?

#. Anyone who has direct contacts to the Freelancer finance department or to Mathew (Matt) Barrie, please send them to me. If anyone should contact me from this company, it should be someone who is qualified enough to solve my problem by looking at the problem history or someone who has direct access to the department that has this capacity and not some Filipino who is hired to refer to company terms and condition that have no relevance here.

This site takes money from job seekers as a subscription and also has audacity to take fees per job.

In less than 1 month on two occassions they have taken fees for jobs that do not exist and on one occassion they simply look the other way and make excuses and transfer funds out of my account to places unknown.

They cannot explain their invoicing or charging system and when i was told of a refund recently for one of 7 odd charges, i asked for a credit note to show what a refund was for,

I was appaled when after 1 hour of chat the operative did not know what a credit note was and could not understand that if freelancer can raise an invoice for $15 and take money from my bank account or paypal and the invoice is found to be bogus either for a non existent job or some system glitch which happens often on their system then the remedy is to raise a credit note for the equivalent amount and refund the amount and the credit note should read taht it is credit note 12345 for a reversal of xyz fee of $15 against invoive 54321 of whatever date and this is the right way, any other way is tantamount to shady accounting and loopholes for theft.

I am also well informed that others use the site to sweep unsuspecting prospectors into pyramid job schemes, or job owners into paypal scams and much more.

Its a bizaare thing and the only reason I am staying on freelancer is because i believe that by the smallest of follies doth a giant fall and i have become rather determined to take them to the cleaners.

its the only way they will learn that job hunting is not a brownie point scheme where you rob folk that are seeking work for any reason and expect them to work like slaves under any circumstance and fiddle accounts in exceedingly vast ways.

i have used people per hour for years., i have never once been charged a penny by them... same with guru and many others.

a massive lesson needs to be taught to these folk and I welcome anyone who has been scammed financially on this site to contact me for their details to be added to my shortlist.

England has a launderette, its called the county court.

what a horrid way to treat people.

Not so complicated to see that this site doesn't have any moderation. We can choose between projects handle by scammers, fake projects or stupid people who wants the moon for a few bucks. I have an average of 7 fake projects (they are canceled, frozen for weeks or the like) with 10 bids. That incredible.

They are so good in charging money but when the time come for withdrawal they give lame execuses.
I worked on 8 projects.
When i gave a withdraw request after 15 days they cancelled it without even telling me.
When i asked them about it they said the employer is not following the guidelines of freelancer.com.
What is my fault if the employer is not following there guidelines.
I talked to employer he said i have already paid you.
They are cheater. They deducted $50 from me without any reasons when I withdraw the fund and not ready to back the fund in my account. When i asked them about it no reply comes from their side.

Now what i can do? i suppose nothing . There should be some company who can visualize what these people are doing.

Freelancer.com is truly a scam site.
after my first withdraw request they limited my account and asked for some documents, I uploaded that documents and my account verified but after that every time that I requested a withdraw they canceled my withdraw and supports are just like a robot that just says click on this link, after some days they limited my account again for no reason and again the support system wasn't responsible for that.
I uploaded the documents again and a message appears that we will review this documents in 48 hours, but they didn't, some days passed and I saw no response from them, and also every time they closed my ticked and did not answered
they just stole 500 usd from my account !

Freelancer.com Scam

This website seemed a scam to me. They have no respect to the visitors at all.

I tried to post a project. First they say posting the first project is free.

No this is a lie...! They say they will refund the money later... This is a lie too. They say $ needs to be deposited.

At the checkout process all of a sudden they wnat you to deposit $10...

Plus they charge you transaction service fee...

Then you fill out the form... Give them your credit number...

Another trick!

After they got your credit card number address, phone... They tell you they need your cell phone number too... The reason that they made up for it is that they will need to send you a text message to verify you you're the person you tell them you're... This is a #...

First of all, I don't have to provide my cell phone number to verify myself. I might have a paid phone... I don't have to have a text messaging service on my phone either...

I wrote sent them e-mails. No one responded me. My credit card number and all my info stored in their database...

Now i've heard many bad stories about their "company policy" and poor treatment. They haven't release the money to the freelancers... They over charged to the buyers...

Warning: do not go to that website. Thay are bunch of money craving people. They will do any thing to take your money and information...

SCAM, FRAUD getafreelancer and freelancer

getafreelancer and freelancer are fraud website as how they are making fool to customer

Here is the scenario

1) I have bid on one project in past I was winner for that project and it was $5000 cost

2) As soon as I was selected getafreelancer and freelancer taken $150 fees from my account

3) I had started project

4) I had worked two month for this project and client was paying me at getafreelancer and freelancer through escrow

5) I had completed project and send all source file to client and he paid me

6) After two week getafreelancer and freelancer taken back all money from my account

7) I asked support team why so? than they told me that I need to contact my client when I contact my client he said me that he paid me getafreelancer and freelancer and he was right he paid me on getafreelancer and freelancer so no question again to him

8) I ask again to support team why my balance is debited again they told me to ask my client and they said they will not help more

9) Now I lost two month work plus fees taken by getafreelancer and freelancer $150 I ask them to credit fees and they refuse to credit it

10) So here getafreelancer and freelancer making dummy project and pay to developer and taken back money as well charging for fees

11) So later I come to know the client to whom I was working its was getafreelancer and freelancer dummy client account and they are posting dummy project on getafreelancer and freelancer and just collecting fees %3 from developer

12) getafreelancer and freelancer is fraud website they are posting dummy project from their dummy accounts

13) After this I moved to ODesk and Elance they are far better then get a freelancer and free lancer

So Be aware from get a freelancer and free lancer they are fraud company

Share this scenario with others as many as developers in your group so they can not capture in getafreelancer and freelancer scam process

Thanks

Getafreelancer.com is a scam site. one customer had selected us, gave us project details, kept communicating ON and OFF, kept paying ON and OFF and then suddenly disappeared for a month.

He then came back and told he wanted to continue and we were busy doing other projects. we told him it would take more man power and time and requested additional payment which is a fair business practice considering his erratic communication.

He then asked for us to complete the website for the payments he made which was 50% of what he had initially negotiated.

When we declined to continue, he silently reported to getafreelancer.com and guess what they did? they reversed payments from our account ( we curse ourselves for keeping payments there ) and sent back all the payments he made without trying to investigate who is at fault.

Make no mistake getafreelancer.com - we already started the process of finding your company and are going to take a legal course to get justice served.

these kind of unauthorized and unethical actions will not happen forever and we will spread out word to the world through internet to know that your site is a scam website that only has personal interests.

I have expected to get my money ($100) at Nov, 24 but at Nov, 21 my account was blocked with no email notification. When I try to log in I see message that my account is suspended and that I should sent them scanned copy of my ID. At Nov, 22 I have sent copy but for today (Nov, 25) there are no response from getafreelancer.com

Agree totally. On the 5th of this month (october 09)when I checked my credit card account online there was an unauthorized transaction from GAF for $190. I emailed them about it they said they would look into it but guess what, when I tried to follow up on it, they showed the status closed, even though the matter was not resolved. On the 10th when I tried logging into the account my account was suspended. On the 11th (today) I received an email from them saying that the milestone/escrow payment I made regarding a project I had posted before I noticed they took money from my account was cancelled and returned to me (still nothing from them as to why they took $190 from my card via Paypal on the 5th, mind you).

Here is where it gets strange. The payment was 'returned' to my account, but when I enter my login details to go to the site to see if the payment has indeed been returned, they have closed my account so I cannot login. Now, I have no means following up with them, unless I create another account, and they frown upon multiple account creation so technically I've lost something like $500 with these con artists between the $190 taken from my Paypal card for something I know nothing about and the $150 for the project I had running that they supposedly returned but have blocked my access to the account so naturally I cant get the money. They have no phone number and now I am learning the address is a fake.

Stay away from them. Deal with people whose addresses are real, customer service real and you can get a live person on the phone. They embalzon an LIVE SUPPORT button on their site but all it does is take you to their email form so their support is not live particularly when they take days on end to answer, if they bother to answer at al.

Freelancer.com Irresponsible dispute resolution by its staff

Not only there are many legit people who try to get their job done, but also there are a lot of scam artists running afoul at getafreelancer.com website.

I was scammed by one of those fraudsters, and getafreelancer.com will not do anything about it.

Their getahelpdesk.com system is supposed to protect honest people and be an impartial arbitrator to an issue between the parties.

However, its Staff often times leaves the dispute between fraudster and victim on their own to resolve the matter.

Obviously, a fraudster being fraudster never admits their wrong doings, and the victim is forced to deal with those frauds. As a result, the resolution is not going anywhere.

Asked for help by the victim, all the Staff at Getafreelancer.com can say is that

"Hello
If there's a dispute between you and your provider, you'll have to find an agreement with the other side. We do not act as a judge in case of disputes (see our terms).
Thank you
GAF Support"

What is this?

I strongly suggest people not to use Getafreelancer.com unless they are willing to protect people from fraudsters.

I am presently having a problem with getafreelancer.com in that I transfered money from credit card (via moneybooker) to my account five days ago and have not been credited even though money was taken. I have now sent two tickets but have not received a reply. There is actually no way of contacting anyone at this website.

Some people also control whether you get paid by saying something is "results based" if you can not confirm the results they simply to not pay. You may have worked and did everything just as they askes, but if they simply say that they did not get the results- you do not get paid.

In my case after posting a job there my account was mysteriously blocked. They said I had access to dispute resolution and could contact them .

However on attempting top contact them I kept getting back to needing to log in with a valid account! This was a catch 22, and I still do not know what I did wrong.

They are not just irresponsible, These guys appear to be insanely irresponsible, and negligent

GetAFreelancer offers dispute resolution services since November 22, 2008, which helps in such cases as yours. So if there's any problem over escrow payment which was made after this date, it can be resolved either mutually between service buyer and provider or by involving GetAFreelancer.

Freelancer.com Account suspended

I joined this site since 2017 but didn't put many effort on it until October 2017. I won several bids and finished them with 100% positive feedback from the buyers. I requested to withdraw my first $30 to my moneybookers on Oct. 25th to test if this can work out well. According to the site, we should wait 15 days for the first withdrawl to finish. But I found out with astonishment right today, the 15th day, they suspended my account without any warning and explanation. I added a ticket on their helpcenter, but no answer.

There is no phone number on their website. I googled this number +[protected] but after long time wait there came only a computed voice in Swedish.

Hello, my account was closed on the pretext that I violated the terms. They are telling me that they can't do anything. I feel this is unfair for an account that has earned them more than 15000$ as fees.

They did not even indicate what I violated, I never violated their terms.

Can you double check it? I know there's something with this. I just created my account and sent them my verification and yet they closed my account for no reason.
