we paid extra sum for the delivery, but the seller hasn't delivered it
We bought set of ring, earnings and bracelet from the company www.florencescovel.com. We placed the order and paid extra sum for the delivery with the courier. We received the email, where the seller wrote that the order would be sent next day. I think that the seller hasn’t sent the order at all. Also he provided too much promises and blah-blah, but we still haven’t received the order. Don’t waste money on this website.
they cancelled my order without any warning
I ordered bracelet and necklace from the company www.florencescoveljewelry.com. I placed order and paid for it without any problems, but after 5 days it turned out that the seller cancelled my order. I have no idea why. I tried to contact the support team, but they didn’t provide any reply and I still have no idea why the order was cancelled. It was the worst services and attitude. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I got order, but everything broke after several days
I bought bracelet and necklace from the company www.florencescoveljewelry.com. I was disappointed, ‘coz the necklace and bracelet were bad quality. I received them and wore only once, but bracelet and necklace broke in several places. The rep of course told me that it was my fault and stopped to communicate with me. He didn’t return money back as well. So be careful if you buy from this company and share this info in order to warn other people.

they didn't deliver orders and their info about delivery is lie
I placed order on the website www.florencescoveljewelry.com. It was mentioned that the delivery would take about 14-28 days, but it was big lie. I waited 30 days and my order hasn’t been delivered yet. I called and left messages, but these ### only promised and blah-blah. The company is really unprofessional and they diddle-daddle, but you will never get the truth. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
they simply don't send my order
I placed order on the website www.florencescoveljewelry.com 2 months ago. I sent tons of emails to the seller, ‘coz I haven’t received my order. I was really desperate, but the seller told me that my order was in process. Each time I heard some fake excuses and promises, but in result I haven’t received anything from these ###. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
I ordered two rings and it had been two months they told me to email them again by the first if I still have had no tracking or email from them . Now they won't answer emails ! THIS SITE NEEDS SHUT DOWN !
I never received this order although the money was taken from my account, i want a refund immediately, or semd my bracelets. I never had a problem with ordering anything and your reviews are terrible. Wish i would hsve checked before ordering. What csn be done about this, i will contact my payment institution and delete the money.

Broken after a use, three of four seams.
This company is a fraud i never received the goods, TI ordered the above product to be delivered at my work address where there is one reception everyday. They said it was delivered at the same address . When i asked for prrof of delivery they were unable to provide me with the details.

I requested three separate orders and received from these people. I found their delivery quick to arrive. The problem I have found, so far, is that one of the bracelets has since broken and a pendant did not match the advert on their website; it was very weak and not as described. I shall not be ordering from florencescoveljewelry again.
