Yes, it is scam and the formerly owner is dishonest.Look what he wrote : Update: We should be able to make all the payments by end of October. I only get to do something during the weekends and will come up with more updates this weekend.
Now is December and of course no payment.
I have earn about $0.80 as per their cashout, i have asked for payment since 7th sept, till date they have paid yet.More over now the site is showing

i got my money from cashnhits and i just got my money the total amount $2.56.
This is true. They owe me big amount of money. I also invested 10$ in a full account..and the next day they blocked me.
