Wotoba online shopping order

I have ordered some clothes from this company and my credit card was charged November 17 2019. I got a confirmation email with a tracking number that does not register. It looks like its from China. I have emailed them 2 times with no response to find out what is going on. They have NO phone number anywhere. I want to cancel my order and get a credit on my card as it appears this is a shady company. I cannot reach them. My order # is WTA50436. The tracking # LW85420056CN and it states this number can't be found and not available in the carriers system yet. Check back later. If the order is on the way why cant it be tracked.?

Wotoba return/exchange

I am trying to Exchange an item and you are asking for payment for that service?! The Orders number is WTA38929. Also, as I am writing this note, a "cookies" warning keeps popping up on the screen, blocking part of the message I am typing here. What gives?! Then I get a message that my complaint isn't long enough to be noticed. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of to warn people away from you.

Wotoba charged, but order never shipped

I received the below email over 9 days ago, and have yet to receive a tracking number or my order, although my credit card has been charged. Now the company won't respond at all :

Wotoba blue neck scarf

Wow. This was pictured as a shrunken-wool-look asymmetrical artsy neck piece and is anything but. It is a cheap fabric (used for kid's Halloween costumes), printed on two sides. It would probably cost about $1.50 at the fabric store on the remnant table.

As pictured: the first photo showing the piece as advertised. Kinda cute, no? Reality in the second photo on my living room floor. Huh?

Wotoba order #wta32575

II received a text message thanking me for my order. It said the merchandise would arrived in 10-20 days. I placed this order on Oct. 5th 2019. It is November 3, 2019. I have not received any order or e-mail, text message or merchandise. This is my first order from your company. It has been charged on my card. What is going on send me the merchandise or refund my money.

Wotoba sku: ou8g379a from order # wta25216

Item does not look anything like pictured and is too small. It is definitely not what I wanted. This looks more like a thin sweatshirt material not like a jacket/coat. In the photo it appears to be more of a denim looking coat and in real life it is a medium blue color. I ordered some shirts at the same time and I'm happy with those. I would appreciate a refund on this item. Thanks

Wotoba 3 shirts

where is my order. I have only received a msg. that said thank you for your order. I have no order # I have not gotten a msg. that said it has been shipped. But it has already been charged to my credit card. Are you getting it made or what. I have never been charged for something that has not been shipped before. Please give me a shipping date or a credit for the things you can not provide. Lynnda Isbell

You can not call these people and they only respond every other day or so via email.
